Liked-nothing really stood out. I did like the OIKOS yogurt despite a weak breakfast. Dislikes--Bedding and bed were not up to Hilton brand standards. I like what Hilton does with great beds and bedding. No extra blanket in room. Key card reader on door was very difficult to use and often did not read my key card. Sliding card reader is very old tech and should be replaced with something easier to use. Room 218 had no Do not Disturb sign in the room.

Pool was closed the sign said closed for the season. A inside pool closed for the season just doesn't set well with me plus I picked the hotel mostly because of the inside pool. Had it stated some technical issue I wouldn't have felt negative about it.

The chaise in my room was badly stained with who knows what. Check in took a long time because there was a crew of construction workers checking in and the 2nd attendant didn’t realize that I was not part of their group. Outside of those 2 things, everything was really good.

It was wonderful. The cleanest room we have ever been in. The receptionist was very nice and polite. The lady that fixed breakfast Sunday was so cordial and friendly. She did a great job with the cleanest and replenish the food for breakfast. I would definitely give it a 10. 👍

It was ok. The staff coming in was wonderful, but the ones leaving out were so/so. The bathroom could have been a lot cleaner and the room had a few things that could have been done better. But over all it was a decent stay. Would have been a great stay if not for the few issues.

Enjoyable overnight stay. Upon entering the hotel it was very quiet and clean bright and vibrant. Front desk staff Keisha was very friendly and helpful and professional explained everything. Room was also very clean and comfortable. Decor was welcoming and calming. They have a light breakfast different from other hotels I’ve visited. They offered omelets and pancakes instead of waffles and scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend staying here it’s conveniently located on the strip near plenty of food places and gas and retail stores.

This Holiday Inn Express has been updated and the amenities are top notch. Beginning with the large bathroom that is excellent for wheelchairs. I wish they had some sort of a small table to accommodate those of us who take are phones to the restroom. Just saying. The blinds are controlled by the touch of a button, and the coffee bar area has a small sink that makes too much sense. The tall closet with attached bench makes opening a suitcase or sitting down to unwind and added convenience. The beds and pillows are firm which is my taste, and the shower includes a handheld which I’ve wanted from hotels for the longest. Awesome job Holiday Inn Express.

Front foyer was messy, I had to wait to be acknowledged by the front desk clerk while she finished a personal conversation. She was also curt when informing me the debit card I used for my reservation wasn’t acceptable for the incidentals deposit

I did not get to stay because this hotel does not accept prepaid cards. Staff was friendly and took a while to acknowledge my entrance. She was in the back. I just drove 6 hours and had to leave and drive another 20 minutes further to another hotel.

The staff here are nothing short of excellent. Very friendly and super accommodating. Each night they greeted and chatted with me at the front desk making me feel like I was coming home as opposed to a hotel. If I ever find myself within fifty miles of this hotel and needing a place to stay, I will definitely be choosing here.

Is located in a point of easy acces to other cities. Also is near of variety of fast food restaurants. The staff is so nice, the facilities so clean and the included buffet breakfast is a plus. Not to get out to take the breakfast. Thank you!

The breakfast at this Holiday Inn express was a joke. I typically always stay at Holiday Inn express I love them, but when I went down for breakfast, there were no eggs. The gravy was cold for the biscuits. I asked for hot water to make tea and thought I would have some oatmeal. I asked for five times never received. It ended up eating breakfast at the gas station next-door.
