Elevator was out and TV wasn’t working. Was moved to another room

The room was neat and clean, but the pool was closed.. So the kids didn’t really enjoy that part but overall nice hotel…..

The pool was green with algae. No toilet paper, towels or shampoo, no bedding for pull out sleeper sofa. Needed to make multiple trips downstairs for these items. Blackout shades were partially broken and had to be rigged to close properly. Worst hotel stay in my lifetime.

I paid for a two queen bed room with sleeper sofa for 3 adults and the dumb nightshift manager gave us a single king with no sleeper, then got mad at US for asking for a room change to what we paid for. Also the breakfast was hot garbage, while the coffee was cold. Also, the pool couldn't be used, gym had no weights whatsoever... Just terrible overall.

Disappointed that the pool was unavailable to be used and it was not very clean but other than that it was ok , pretty good complimentary breakfast I enjoyed that.

Multiple issues with property. Constant smell regardless where we went in hotel (marijuana, heavy fragrance, stair well smell, mice feces/urination smell), loose tile in bathroom. Carpets had stained white spots as if bleached. Did have breakfast which was convenient. Mini fridge barely kept food cold/freezer did not work. One closet handle was not secure. Bed was loud. Gym and pool were out of order. Outside property smelled of dog feces/urination on two sides of building (not just in one spot, but across 2 sides of building over course of several days). Definitely not worth over 100 a night. I doubt I will be returning.

Staff was very rude. We booked a king suite with a pullout bed. We called the front desk and asked for a sheet, comforter and pillows for our children. Staff reported that they did not supply extra linen for the suite pulled out beds. She had the worst attitude. Our room was not the cleanest and the bathroom was terrible. Pool was green and nasty. We will never book with this property again.

My key did not work to the workout area, which why I chose Country inn, the lady said that is should work but it did not, but I didn’t go back to tell her. I just workout in my room

The amenities that the hotel advertised as having were all out of service; including the onsite laundry that was not working, printer did not print, the free internet had low to no signal strength! The towels were always washed late evening! And the free breakfast was not editable.

Elevator did not work. I was given the wrong room. Underneath the sofa bed & its mattress was filthy. Lady bugs on the ceiling. Only two face towels and when asked for more, still didn’t get them. Breakfast- HORRIBLE. Only scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage patties. We ate off of Great Value foam plates. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised.

The first night I checked in hair on the bathroom sink, bug in the bathroom, stained sheets was afraid to sleep on nasty sheets, front desk tried to accommodate with another room that was worse than the first room and......

Management do better I have never wrote a review so extensive in my entire existence. This location has potential however, this hotel is NOT worth the visit. The room was not clean. Start off with the bed. It was hard with the sheets and covers smelling like an old ass man. The initial towel count was one wash cloth and one bath towel. I went down to get more towels and it’s time to replace them. The towels are not clean. Rebranding also requires improving business operations to accommodate the new brand. Corporate do your job and evaluate this property. To the brand and standard you are trying to implement. Furthermore, the overnight staff is not attentive. Attitude gotta go. You are in hospitality. In this case this hotel should consider an autonomous route if customer service satisfaction is a problem. I requested for different bedding and the text feature of accommodation doesn’t work. The halls are smelly and disgusting. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. The breakfast is not like other properties I have been in. There were flies near the food and the food looks very displeasing.

The room I was given at first had broken A/C, and there was a moldy smell in the room. Normal for August in MS with broken A/C on the third floor. So I went to the front desk, and got another room. This room also had a musty smell, but with working A/C. Nearly every metal fitting/fixture had rust. Shower head, lamp bases, lamp stands, toilet paper roller, light fixtures, I mean it was a thing. This tells me the moisture is sitting in the room, and had been for some time. The shower head couldn’t fully switch between “shower” and “center massage”, so the water lazily dripped out of the shower head and hit the bath faucet which splattered water against the wall and out onto the bathroom floor. I mopped it up with towels, of which there were two. The beds were made, and the room had been swept/vacuumed. Those are the only positive things I can say. This review is meant for management to take note of, and hopefully invest in keeping this property in order. I didn’t get sick, I’m not angry, and I don’t think these items would be that much to ask at $118/night. Overall, between 2-3 stars. Wouldn’t recommend until upkeep has been completed.

Great staff. Room had ladybugs in it. Usually stay here and never have these issues.

Terrible! We were there not even 5 minutes and left. Dirty, stains all over, bed not even changed from previous family, BUGS!

The hotel was nasty, the carpet had highly visible spots throughout. The toilet had hair and urine around the base. It smelled like it wasn’t cleaned at all. The hotel smelled so unfresh, like a house that had been closed up for a while. We were visiting family so we spend as much time away from the hotel, only to sleep and shower. It wasn’t worth the price, should have been $70.

The pool was closed. I found our room not to be up to our cleanliness standards. It was dirty. There is no ice machine on the first floor.

My bed had hair in it. The room was smelly, and it was not clean. TV did not work. Way too expensive for the cost. The hotel should have 1 star.

I was genuinely surprised at how nice the room was. Very large. Very clean. The nreakfast was utterly lackluster but its free so...

Overall my stay was nice, excellent check in service. Only bad thing was my room toilet was out of orders and was never fixed. I did report before I left.

Sounded like rats running threw walls and got woke up be the people next door taking a shower at 3 am u could hear the water running

The rooms floor has not been swept, and the mattress in the box made noise just getting in out of it, and it was sunk down in the middle, needs new mattresses showerhead was not working properly

This is our third stay here, and we were disappointed in how "run down" it has become. There were stains in carpet and furniture and such. Employees were VERY friendly-everyone we encountered from front desk to cleaning crew were very nice. Breakfast was decent-better than it had been when we stayed right after Covid.

Housekeeping was nonexistent. No amenties in the room. Had to go to front desk for shampoo, coffee etc. holes in bathroom walls where towel racks should be. Stopper in sink missing. No hair dryer first two days. Finally got the hair dryer and room cleaned the third day. And then only because the manager personally went and did it. Kudos to her. No internet the entire 5 day stay! Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever.

Went to make out the sofa sleeper for the biys, and we had no sheets, cover or pillows. Had to go downstairs to ask for some. There was one washcloth, 1 hand towel, and a bath towel in the room to be used by 5 people. The entire floor smelled of Marijuana. This hotel was chosen because of the indoor pool. The pool was green and nasty and couldn't be utilized. On our second night, we were in our room watching tv, and a man opened the door to our room, with a key card that he was given and assigned our room. This made us feel unsafe. The second night, it rained. The next morning, things that were against the wall, was soaking wet from water leaking into the room.

I had two rooms one room a/c didn’t work and the other room had an old/musty smell, microwave didn’t work, the TV wouldn’t connect to Netflix and TV kept restarting while watching movies. We only had one bath towel when we got to the room. The night attendant was great and very apologetic when I told her about the room with no a/c. She came up and fixed it herself. Kudos to her because although she seem overwhelmed when we got there at 12:30 a.m. She still had excellent customer service. The buffet could have been better, sausage was the only option for meat. Not looking for a spread but I’m looking for options.

Spacious room, very quiet.

Not the best hotel to be found for the money. Beds were comfortable but water too cool in the shower to be comfortable (reported to management)

Had to swap rooms 2 time because of the heat and the front desk lady was really rude and had a nasty attitude.

The Front Desk Staff amazing Jamaica was super friendly.

The staff at this site has always been ... un-attentive at best. When I arrived I was told the TV and internet were not working due to weather conditions. When I got to the room I discovered the power cord for the TV box was missing. When I left requesting a refund I was told that I was not charged, at this time my credit card still shows a pending charge. When I called back the next day I was told that a lightning strike or something blew out the electrical at the hotel 2 days prior and had not yet been repaired. I received a text from the property asking if I had any issue and replied that I needed assistance but my text was never replied to. I have stayed at this site several times before and each time there has been some problem and the staff has always been slow to respond. There is never anyone at the desk when I arrive. The desk clerk is always busy doing something else, sometimes outside smoking with no one behind the front desk. This is absolutely the last time I will book a room here.

The hotel staff was wonderful. I observed a difficult couple in front of me being quite nasty to the clerk but the clerk handled it with grace and style. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was no soap for the bathroom sink and shower and the shampoo was half used by a previous occupant but other than that it was a nice stay. I would stay there again.

The check in attendant, Amanda, was super nude, friendly and very helpful! The next morning attendant was not so much! I asked why was it only biscuits and gravy and no meat? She said she didn't have time to fix any more and never came back to try and offer anything else! That was the only down side to this experience. Couldn't get a decent breakfast 😒

The check in staff was very pleasant. She moved my room as the original room had animal hair all over the floors and furniture. The same lady was nice to change our towels the 2nd day as nobody brought us fresh towels after we turned in the dirty ones. The same lady didn't mind reprogramming our keycards 2x and walk to our room to ensure they worked after the 3rd time of me going to report they didn't work.

Staff opened my door without knocking at 8 am and ask if I was supposed to b in the room.. well come to find out I was overcharged 4 times !

The evening Front desk lady is very friendly! Very accommodating. Even tho the remote to the tv didn’t work but hardly a reason to give any less than five stars!

The interstate

This was my first time staying at this property and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and in a very convenient location. I will be staying again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very nice and clean. The host at the front desk was exceptional. She was pleasant and nice. All the questions I had she was able to asset. Thank you Ms Sandy

The staff were extremely nice. I was able to go to a nail salon and nice restaurant within 5 minutes from the hotel because of a recommendation from the front office clerk.

Not serve breakfast and we had to wait for 20 mins. Short of staff. We gave up and go to McDonald’s instead. I should get refund!

I am writing to express my disappointment with several aspects of my recent stay at your hotel. • Room Service & Housekeeping: At no point during my stay did I receive room service, nor did I see staff cleaning rooms on my floor. There was no indication prior to my arrival that room service would not be provided. • Towels: When I requested additional towels at the front desk, I was informed that the hotel had run out. The towels provided in the room appeared discolored and in need of proper laundering. • Breakfast Service: On one morning, the front desk attendant was solely responsible for preparing food, which led to long delays. I was told breakfast service ended at 9:30 a.m., yet at 8:30 a.m. I was asked to wait and ultimately had only a muffin. While I appreciate that on my final day a complete breakfast was available, the inconsistency was disappointing. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay. I believe guests should be informed in advance if services such as room cleaning or adequate breakfast staffing are unavailable. I hope you will take steps to improve service quality and ensure that future guests have a more satisfactory experience.

As always, I had a great time. I had 2 queen beds. One of them was quite squeaky but I rested well. Breakfast was excellent as well (would have been happier if there had been some scrambled eggs). Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be returning.

The person who checked us in was very nice. The morning employee was rude. Breakfast was pitiful. There was hardly any food out. We had to ask to get the coffee filled and the person was really rude and made it clear that they didn’t want to do it. There was not much a diabetic person could eat.

The facility could be more up-to-date and cleaner. But the staff is excellent. And the morning breakfast is excellent great service and great personalities to be around. They meaning the staff members are very attentive and willing to help in any kind of way. I will be returning to that location to stay.
