Absolutely fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, great location only a few minutes walk to the beach. Loads of shops and restaurants close by and only a short walk to the main nightlife. Ample sunbeds around the pool, bar and cafe in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.

Great hotel to stay at in Benidorm. It's really close to the beach and entertainment, but far enough away, so you feel like you can relax. The staff are really friendly and the room was quiet and modern. Parking was safe and easy to access too.

We were in room 121 - first night ok as the room next to us was not occupied, 2nd night - next doors occupants may as well have been in the room with us. WiFi not fit for purpose - kept disconnecting & extremely slow. No warm aircon - chilly in the room and asked if it was broken. Response was - ‘It’s not cold enough yet!’ On the plus side - shower was nice & hot.

Air con didnt work, and pool was ice cold to the point you couldnt go in it without turning blue. Bedrooms was clean and tidy. Tvs with wifi was a plus. Area was great everything was walkable.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel. Komfortabel und gute Lage. Café im Hause sehr sympathisch und nettes Personal. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ca. 10min. zu Fuss zum Strand. Nachteil: keine Parkplätze und schwierig einen zu finden in der Gegend.

We stayed here after deciding to extend our holiday by 3 nights and were unable to stay in our original hotel. It was only minutes from our original hotel so decided on this one and so pleased we did. We were shocked at how nice the apartments were and in fact, were better than the original hotel we were in as far as the room went. It was huge, very modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs was clean and the staff were very attentative and it was well priced. Breakfast was lovely. The pool wasnt huge but big enough and there were plenty of sun loungers, although a lot of the pool area was in the shade at times due to the hige trees surrounding. Great location, lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again as a couple but this time for longer than 3 nights

Fantastic property, with swimming pool & car park. Everything in our apartment looked as good as new. Great location, about a 10 minute walk from Benidorm Palace. Highly recommended! 😁

Didn't use the pool but looked nice. Good location. Rooms are a bit tired, paint coming off ceiling. Bathroom pretty poor as shower leaked in 1 corner and door didn't fit properly so leaked there too. Got coffee pods 2 on 1st night and that's all you get per stay without paying which is poor. Price was cheap but quality reflected. Bed sheets stained when we got there and not changed during our stay.

A lot of Stag do’s. Very noisy at night on my floor. Hotel is clean and modern rooms, no issue there. Only let down was the clientele but I guess it is Benidorm!

What a great place to stay in Benidorm walkable to beach and Benidorm Palace. We had a studio room with sea view and large balcony. Small kitchen with good facilities and coffe machine. Staff very helpful ,parking nearby. Loads of bars restaurants in the area all reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again if going to a show at the Palace.

The rooms were bright and very clean. Really comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. We had breakfast in the hotel bar and it was delicious and great value for money. All in all a super little hotel and i would have no hesitation in staying there again. The only let down was Hotels.com not advising them of our booking!! However, the reception staff were awesome in sorting tbings out for us. I would heartily recommend staying here.

Sammenlagt var det et rigtig godt hotel. Vi boede på lejlighedshotelet 1 nat, som var moderne, renligt og godt udstyret. Køkkenet havde mange gode redskaber, og selvom kaffemaskinen ikke virkede, var det ellers en fornøjelse at bruge faciliteterne. Udsigten var dejlig, poolen var meget ren, og møblerne var komfortable. Desværre var der nogle ulemper. Nattevagten var ikke særlig høflig og kunne hverken tilbyde os parkering, selvom vi kom i en handicapbil, eller hjælpe med en late checkout, selvom vi var villige til at betale for det. Vi blev derfor vækket kl. 11, selvom vi havde anmodet om at få lov til at sove lidt længere, da vi ankom sent på natten. Parkering var også svær at finde udenfor, og det tog os lang tid. På trods af disse udfordringer vil jeg stadig sige, at det overordnet var et dejligt sted med mange gode faciliteter.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, great location only a few minutes walk to the beach. Loads of shops and restaurants close by and only a short walk to the main nightlife. Ample sunbeds around the pool, bar and cafe in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.

Great hotel to stay at in Benidorm. It's really close to the beach and entertainment, but far enough away, so you feel like you can relax. The staff are really friendly and the room was quiet and modern. Parking was safe and easy to access too.

What a great place to stay in Benidorm walkable to beach and Benidorm Palace. We had a studio room with sea view and large balcony. Small kitchen with good facilities and coffe machine. Staff very helpful ,parking nearby. Loads of bars restaurants in the area all reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again if going to a show at the Palace.

Super Studio, sehr hell mit viel Fenster und grosser Terasse. 10Min. zu Fuss ans Meer. Schöne gepflegte Poolanlage. Nettes Café, gut für Frühstück, sympathisches Personal! Mittelgrosser Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe.

The rooms were bright and very clean. Really comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. We had breakfast in the hotel bar and it was delicious and great value for money. All in all a super little hotel and i would have no hesitation in staying there again. The only let down was Hotels.com not advising them of our booking!! However, the reception staff were awesome in sorting tbings out for us. I would heartily recommend staying here.

We stayed here after deciding to extend our holiday by 3 nights and were unable to stay in our original hotel. It was only minutes from our original hotel so decided on this one and so pleased we did. We were shocked at how nice the apartments were and in fact, were better than the original hotel we were in as far as the room went. It was huge, very modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs was clean and the staff were very attentative and it was well priced. Breakfast was lovely. The pool wasnt huge but big enough and there were plenty of sun loungers, although a lot of the pool area was in the shade at times due to the hige trees surrounding. Great location, lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again as a couple but this time for longer than 3 nights

After booking this hotel with 30 mins notice, the staff were great and accommodated us really well. The room was brilliant, spacious with huge balcony, it was only 2 nights but a great hotel and 100% use again.

Great location, beautiful apartment was a breakage fee think it was €200 which is returned on your card as soon as the room is checked. I left my passport staff emailed to say which was lucky! Would definitely stay here again. Pool bar was great also.

First of all the hotel is very clean which is always the main thing I think. Rooms are spacious i booked a studio room the balcony was a decent size. Unfortunately I requested a double bed but got 2 singles but they wernt the best and would move around quite alot I fell out 1 night so requested a change but was told will see what they can do and nothing happend. walls are quite thin and can hear alot from the next rooms. On a couple of nights had lads knocking on door about 2am obviusley they had got the wrong room so just be prepared it is a lively hotel. Its clean and rooms are decent and its in a good location for the price it is what it is personally I wouldnt stay again but good if your partying with friends.

Still waiting for my deposit back despite checking out ! Also wanted to evict one of our group when in fact it was another room responsible for bad behaviour , the manager was so rude to the person the person when confronting them. ! in fact it was the hotel that had made a mistake which they should have checked before treating the poor guests . The last day they let loads of random guests who were not part of the hotel use the loungers which meant there were no beds available was more like a scene out of love island with loads of young adults taking up the small pool area. . Found the hotel not to be welcoming and should get their facts correct when trying to evict clientele !
