Second stay for a week at a time for work. Always great friendly staff. Restaurant is delicious. Pool was out of service was my only complaint. Starbucks onsite for the morning and a bar to end a long day. Near all of the great restaurants. Plenty of parking even for larger heavy equipment service trucks. Always a great pleasure to stay!

I think the property is a good property. My qualms would be the fitness area maintenance, the ability to enter and exit, and the conex trailers taking over the parkong lot reducing parking for patrons and impacting safety. With the fitness room, a coupke out of the 4 machines were not operable l, so it made it difficult to access for some. Also, there was only availability for food for pay at the bistro. A continental breakfast would have been nice. Ive stayed with Courtyard prior and was provided for, I am not sure why the difference this time. I could have stayed with Fairfield on the same property. I found it disconcerting to have to xontie to walk around the building because side exits werent working and also I had to park behind the Fairfield because of inability to park at the Courtyard. Regarding tech, one of the 2 conputers were down, and printing was not available. It was down. I think maintenance is needed. But, other than that, the staff was nice and were as helpful as they could be.

Pool was out of operation ( out of season) although it was over 85 ° in may in south ms. Bed was so horrible, my back was hurting, and the ac did not chill the room very well. Hotel itself was nice and well kept. Staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast was great. At the price per night of $150 i feot ripped off with no pool and not getting good sleep. Is what it is

Being renovated!!!! Old smelly room. Signed up for king was giving double queen. No parking due to storage containers. Would not recommend till renovation are complete.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the water temperature and preasure was great. The size of the room was fantastic. There was mold behind the glass of the art in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are hanging on the wall in the shower that you will hit hou arm on them, guaranteed. I was very disappointed the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, I was really looking forward to using them.

Tub in 1 of the rooms was nasty. Couldn't take a shower. Didn't call desk because it was late and we wanted to sleep. In the other bathroom, there was mold on the shampoo/conditioner/ body wash holders. At check in and check out front desk was very nice.

The bathroom in my room had hair on the vanity and a dirty floor. There were no toiletries in the bathroom or Kleenex. There was garbage in the parking lot and the desk hostess was very unfriendly. We stay at a Marriott I’ve experienced. I did a review on the property and received a system generated. Thank you for your survey. I don’t feel like they really care about their guests or that property.

Overall, the property was very good shape, except the hallway that you have to walk in the carpet showed a lot of aware and some stains on the carpet. The employees were very pleasant and nice. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. Stayed going to Florida and coming back. Need to put a mirror in the bed area so additional people can get dressed while someone is in the bathroom. Great place for a night of rest.

The room had air conditioner that made a lot of noise. Their were 2 of us in room for 2 nights. We got 2 towels and 2 washcloths. For coffee, 1 K cup of regular and one of decaf. Do not see way the ratings are so high.

It costs more than nearby hotels so I was expecting a little extra. There was no extra. Room was clean and comfortable, but a little dated. Bathroom in need of a renovation. Tv too small and in an awkward spot. Mini fridge too small for a carry one container, probably because it was missing the interior shelf. No napkins or plasticware in the room.

Pictures are not accurate. I know this is an affordable hotel. You get what you pay. I have stayed in worse and better. The beds were horrible. The elevator was awful they only had one elevator. Carpet on third floor is peeling up. Hotel is updated to modern aesthetic however some is still outdated including pool. Staff was very friendly tho. Wall paper in the bathroom was peeling up. It was “ okay “

Rooms were very dark even with all the lights on. Thermostat was calibrated in Centigrade???? Deep-seated sofa is very uncomfortable. Separate coffee bar was nice. Shower head was awesome...lighting around the bath mirror, excellent. Staffing was slim....restaurant could have used two folks.

Room was clean and in good condition. Beds are very lumpy. Construction work is going on at this site so parking can be an issue. Otherwise it was ok for a one night stay.

Was at this facility from Tuesday through Sunday, not once did our room get cleaned. No towels, toilet paper or trash dumped, we had to go to the desk every day for clean towels we dumped our own trash and we had to go to the front desk for toliet paper and body wash because it was empty.

Overall, the property was nice. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and that's what we got. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't flush correctly. I called to inform the front desk and was told that they would aend maintenance up. An hour later, maintenance still had not arrived. In our way out to dinner, I told the front desk again that the toilet wouldn't flush properly and was again told that she would send up maintenance. We came back 3 hours later and wend to our room. Not surprisingly, the toilet still would not flush, even if I held the handle down the entire time. This time, when I called the desk, i was told that maintenance had left for the day. They didnt have another double queen available, so she offered to move us to a king room. Since we needed a working toilet, I agreed to the move. I was agitated because we had already unpacked. I think was agitated me more was, that for my trouble, I was offered a free soda from their store. Even though they sell the sodas for $7 each, it probably costs them no more than $1. So for all the trouble we went through, we were comped a whole dollar. Very disappointing.

Very clean property. We checked in late after being on the road for 9 hrs. Staff member was no where to be found. When she finally came out, she acted as if my presence was a huge inconvenience. Also, the staff member smelled like they had been smoking weed before I walked in. Once I got my family up to the room, it was 1 king and twin pull out sofa bed. I was so tired and lacking the energy to change rooms with all our stuff we just dealt with it. At check out, day staff was much more accommodating and reimbursed me for the 1 king vs 2 queen room. Very clean hotel, just be aware of night shift and their attitude.

Front desk friendly, the bar/food personnel was ONLY one person on a weekend! Arts Fair and baseball tournaments this weekend/ people were waiting to order and majority left. Workers seem to be set up for failure, we felt so sorry for them. Why only 2 people working night shift. Front desk and food. She had to attend bar, take orders, and cook ALL food. Disappointed in number of staff.

Emma was checking in a guest when we walked in to the lobby. Catherine was observing and training Emma. Catherine spoke and welcomed us to the hotel. Emma was very polite and quickly went through each step to get us checked in to our room. Emma commented this was her first week. I complemented her for attempting a new job and doing her best to make sure everything was correct. Catherine was by her side watching and explaining each step that needed to be completed and why. I complemented her for having the experience and knowledge to train a new hire. They both were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel and restaurant area was very inviting, nicely decorated and clean. When we walked in our room it was cool and comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working condition. We will stay here agian when we are in the area. Great job everyone.

I found it completely Poor customer service to not offer coffee or tea in the lobby. We stayed for three nights escaping a hurricane.They have a cafe with limited hours that will charge 5.00 for a large coffee. I feel bad for the staff that explain all day to everyone that they have no idea why Marriott needs to charge for coffee. They give you one pod of real coffee in your room- there were 4 of us- and it tastes awful- they sell Starbucks in the lobby but offer some no name crud in the room! NEVER again. I don’t care or need free breakfast but a stinking cup of coffee?? Someone explain what they gain by not offering this? Again even to purchase it - has limited hours!!!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, polite staff. Only complaint is they do not offer breakfast or a coffee station until after the restaurant opens so if you have to leave early, you have to go next door to the Fairfield to get hot water or coffee.

Room and property were nice. However, they don’t even offer a cup of coffee. You have to purchase it from the Starbucks counter, which is ridiculous. I knew they only offered breakfast for a fee (also from the Starbucks counter) but you can’t provide coffee? I couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee because the Starbucks lady was too busy making everyone their microwave breakfast. She said “it’s going to be a while” and didn’t even want to take my order.

The beds were the best we’ve had in a long cross country ride. The shower water pressure was so great! They have a Bistro with fresh made hot food and a small bar right there. Excellent service from Meegan the server!!! 10/10 will definitely stay here again!!
