Really easy to find from the interstate. Plenty of parking was available. The office manager was very courteous and check in was a breeze. I will be staying at more home 2 by Hilton in the future.

The elevator had an issue, the AC on 4th floor halls was not working. The hotel was clean and new and staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevator was out had to walk up three flights of stairs . Also, there were some kids that were trapped in the elevator I was also charged the wrong rate. Hair was also in the bathroom that did not belong to me and a drink was in the refrigerator that was not ours.

Room was nice and comfortable. Good Location. However, when we took of our shoes to go to bed, Carpet was damp and now we knew why room had musty order. Carpets must have just got cleaned. Then from 12AM - 2:30AM were woken up by party by pool area that was just under our window. We called front desk and manager on duty spoke to group who were drinking and smoking since pool area was supposed to be closed. At 3:45AM group still there and same loud noise, and called front desk again to stop them since we were not getting any sleep.

Overall, the stay was good, and we would return. The rooms were a nice size and the hotel location to the shopping center was very convenient. However, the continental breakfast on our last day there was not up to the same standards as our first morning there. And the key-card access for the door to the pool was not working and no one informed us before we went outside and had to walk around the building to get back inside.

Loved this hotel and staff!! Any small issue we had was immediately fixed. I was dealing with major health issues, while also working, and I truly felt better at H2S than at home. My son didn't want to go. I do hope they are able to get the digital key is she resolved soon as well as the doors. However, I would pick this hotel over and above any others right there on the Eastern Shore. I stayed at a Fair..... A few months ago one exit up and it was HORRIBLE. Jan and her staff go over and above to get you anything you need. ***The only issue I had was parking, and that entire baseball teams/families used our pool as a party site, with up to 50 people in the pool at one time. Team members staying at LQ and BW came to H2 vs their hotel. My HFA son was very overwhelmed by that many people. This wasn't H2s fault, though. Also, the night staff worker is very unpleasant. "What do you need?" Was usually what I got. The weekend staff manager was excellent, though.

Parking availabilty was limited. It was a little parking lot for the size of the hotel. Had to park on the back of the building & walk around to the front. Walking into the lobby there was a very strong odor, almost like it used to be a smoking hotel that went non smoking. The odor carried over into the room as well. The first room I was given was filthy & had not been cleaned. Back down to the desk to be given another room ready for occupancy, but that odor was there too! Room was 2 doors down from the elevator, so every time someone came up or went down the ringing of the doors woke me up. All in all really disappointed, usually this is a great brand, have stayed in them across the country, but will not stay here again.

We tried to reach the manager from the moment we checked in regarding mold and smoke smell in one of the two rooms we booked. My husband does property management so we are aware of the two distinct odors. It made me and my daughter asthmatic to a point we needed to take medications for relief and loss of time to enjoy our vacation as we planned. Staff reported that they were unable to reach manager until Monday 7/7 day after we checked out. I contacted Hilton corporate and Expedia who tried to reach property to resolve and phones weren’t working. At check out phones still not working. I asked how I could contact manager if phones not working the response was they will contact me. This made me weary. Pool was nice and the second room we booked we had no issue with. My concerns is property staff being able to address concerns in the moment with no resources at their disposal. I asked for room deodorizer- they said they only had Lysol spray. Toilet clogged and they handed us a plungers instead of having staff assist. Hoping manager corrects this issue and gets in touch with us as staff verbalized.

The staff was kind and generous. The room was clean but absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Every floor smelled like either stale or fresh cigarettes. The windows didn’t open so there was no escaping it. We had to wash all of our clothes (including the ones we didn’t wear) and bags when we got home just to get the smell out.

The staff was very kind and greeted us often. However we booked a non-smoking room, and it definitely smelled like old cigarette smoke. Our clothes and personal items smelled when we left after only staying 2 nights. We also killed 2 small cockroaches next to the kitchen sink just before we left today.

Staff was courteous. 3 stars on cleanliness Weird smell when I got to the room. Finally found left over sushi in the fridge and trash from under the kitchen sink that hadn't been changed from the previous guest, I guess. Other than that the room was well cleaned, beds made, sheets clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was well cleaned. I would stay here again.

This area is very convenient and close to a lot of shopping/dining. The staff is wonderful. My main problem with it was the condition of the rooms. There was mold all over the walls and the room fixtures were falling apart. Everything feels damp is the room and smells like mildew.

Large rooms with high ceilings were very clean and nicely accommodated with a separate bedroom, walk in shower, and living area complete with refrigerator and dishwasher. Great breakfast. This hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very pleasant.

Very thin walls! We liked the cleanliness of the property and the breakfast was good. The noise from people moving around and in the hallways was terrible. We would stay again but would need to set up a room on the top by itself or something.

We chose this hotel for the extra room (family of 5). Everyone was super friendly, but they did not fix our problem. Our shower was barely luke warm and we were shivering trying to take our showers. The soap container in the bath was also empty. We told them everything the first night and asked to be moved if they couldn't fix it. Maintenance was supposed to come while we were attending a wedding. Nothing was fixed and we weren't moved. I appreciate that everyone was kind, but paying that much money and not having a nice shower stinks.

I like the location as it is on the way to where we travel 2 to 3 times yearly. With that being said, dead bolt was broken leaving an unsafe feeling, no remote control for the TV and someone had tampered with the direct TV connection and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

My room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable — with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Housekeeping did an excellent job , and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. The location was convenient and safe, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service. 30 min away from OWA Tropic Falls. Great rates!

I arrived at 2:15 AM on March 28th. Desk clerk had locked herself out of the hotel. I had to wait 30 minutes until she returned with a key after driving 825 miles from NE Missouri to Spanish Fork. She was apologetic and I did not complain.
I arrived at 2:15 AM on March 28th. Desk clerk had locked herself out of the hotel. I had to wait 30 minutes until she returned with a key after driving 825 miles from NE Missouri to Spanish Fork. She was apologetic and I did not complain.

Loved this hotel and staff!! Any small issue we had was immediately fixed. I was dealing with major health issues, while also working, and I truly felt better at H2S than at home. My son didn't want to go. I do hope they are able to get the digital key is she resolved soon as well as the doors. However, I would pick this hotel over and above any others right there on the Eastern Shore. I stayed at a Fair..... A few months ago one exit up and it was HORRIBLE. Jan and her staff go over and above to get you anything you need. ***The only issue I had was parking, and that entire baseball teams/families used our pool as a party site, with up to 50 people in the pool at one time. Team members staying at LQ and BW came to H2 vs their hotel. My HFA son was very overwhelmed by that many people. This wasn't H2s fault, though. Also, the night staff worker is very unpleasant. "What do you need?" Was usually what I got. The weekend staff manager was excellent, though.

We tried to reach the manager from the moment we checked in regarding mold and smoke smell in one of the two rooms we booked. My husband does property management so we are aware of the two distinct odors. It made me and my daughter asthmatic to a point we needed to take medications for relief and loss of time to enjoy our vacation as we planned. Staff reported that they were unable to reach manager until Monday 7/7 day after we checked out. I contacted Hilton corporate and Expedia who tried to reach property to resolve and phones weren’t working. At check out phones still not working. I asked how I could contact manager if phones not working the response was they will contact me. This made me weary. Pool was nice and the second room we booked we had no issue with. My concerns is property staff being able to address concerns in the moment with no resources at their disposal. I asked for room deodorizer- they said they only had Lysol spray. Toilet clogged and they handed us a plungers instead of having staff assist. Hoping manager corrects this issue and gets in touch with us as staff verbalized.

My room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable — with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Housekeeping did an excellent job , and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. The location was convenient and safe, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service. 30 min away from OWA Tropic Falls. Great rates!

Overall, the stay was good, and we would return. The rooms were a nice size and the hotel location to the shopping center was very convenient. However, the continental breakfast on our last day there was not up to the same standards as our first morning there. And the key-card access for the door to the pool was not working and no one informed us before we went outside and had to walk around the building to get back inside.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint will be the breakfast, the coffee was warm but not hot, and there was limited food options and again was warm but not hot/fresh. Besides this, the hotel is a great place to stay.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel. Everything was fantastic except the much below the average breakfast and breakfast service. My worst breakfast for the money we paid. The taste was really bad and you have to wait long to get some of the stuffs.

Our room the AC didnt work. A big blue industrial fan was blowing when we came in. We had to be moved late at night after talking to them all day/week about a special request to be put with two rooms together. Then there was no soap, shampoo, conditioner etc in our new room. The new room had a weird smell that just never went away.

Great place to stop for the night. Newer, cleaner hotel and room. Didn’t use much of the amenities but they looked nice. Breakfast was a nice typical hotel breakfast. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the morning crew. We always stay here on the way to/from Florida, overall highly recommend and will be back.
