Very misleading to advertise indoor pool. They close it December to March so it should really be noted somewhere. My kids were very disappointed as they were looking forward to it. You can also hear every single thing that occurs outside your window so it’s not quiet. Our fridge also made a high pitch sound all night. Staff was extremely friendly so that was nice.

Recently remodeled, it was a better quality and cleaner than the previous hotel we booked through Expedia for the same price (about $200 Quality Inn and Suites, Calhoun, GA). I specifically filtered for an indoor swimming pool in both bookings, so the kids could blow off steam after the long car rides. We were very disappointed that neither hotel had an operational pool available for our stay. Expedia really needs to get their information up to date! This hotel has an "indoor/outdoor" pool open seasonally. The other one was fully indoors but was closed due to "chemical issues".

Property, cleanliness and staff are great but disappointing to find upon check in that the indoor pool is not open in December. Description on Expedia clearly says there’s an indoor AND a seasonal outdoor pool and we specifically picked this property, drove further and paid more so our kids could swim. Everything else is great so far but Expedia listing should really be updated to reflect that there is one pool and although it is indoor, it is seasonal and closed for 4 months of the year!

Although I found the bed comfortable for sleeping, the room itself was very dated….had mold on the ceiling above the coffee maker from what looked like water damage and also in the tub. There was dirt all over the chaise lounge as well

This was our halfway stop on our 24hr drive home. We liked the hotel overall. Breakfast options were good, although I did find the attendant to be quite standoffish and she could be taken as rude. The room size was good, we had a 2 king room and it was really nice to have as much space as we did. My only complaint about our room would be the bathroom. Everything seemed updated or renovated except the toilet and shower/tub. The toilet had a stain on the bottom of it that was rather off putting, the tub looked dirty and old and you could see soapscum buildup on the showerhead. Not a huge dealbreaker, but because of this we all chose not to use the shower. So, that was a little inconvenient for us considering we had another 12 hrs of driving ahead of us. 1.Would I stay here again? Ya, I still probably would because of the 2 King bed option. I would just go with the acceptance that showering may not be an option. 2.Would it be my first choice? Probably not.

The location is great, right off the highway and close to different locations in Knoxville. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room itself was mostly clean but the mirrors were streaked and there was dust accumulated on items. The worst was the hallway. The staff would leave full garbage bags in the hallway near the exit for hours and even overnight. One night I came in and the garbage was leaking and the floors were sticky and disgusting. The elevators did not get mopped once while I was there for four nights, the same stains were there the entire time.

Air conditioner is very loud, Heard vehicles all night. Booked a regular king room, received a disability room. Someone pressed the button outside the room and loud sound and flashing light went off. We finally just got up and left the property.

We were greeted by a friendly staff, had a super comfy room (sheets, pillows, blankets all soft & comfy). 2 king beds PLUS a pull-out sofa make our stay with a family of 5 perfect! The room was clean and quiet even tho we were right by the elevator. The Keurig in the room was an upgrade to the usual plastic "cup o java" in most rooms...we were thankful! Easy on and off the freeway location and close to Dunkin was a plus since we slept in and missed the free hot breakfast buffet! We will book again for sure!

The man that checked us in was very nice and professional. The lady that was there when we checked out was not nice and had on pajama pants. The lady the cooked the food was great. Good food and she was very friendly.

The Staff here were great. The night gentleman, I do not remember his name, was 1 of the nicest people we met. Gave us ideas for what to see and how to get there, and not the "tourist" trap stuff. Was a great experience overall!!! Super big thumbs up to this hotel.

This hote was a treat to stay in. From the minute I stepped in the door and was greeted with a smile by the manager at the front desk to the comfy bed and quiet night's sleep to the decent breakfast in the morning it checked all the boxes: I would happily stay there again and again. So convenient to the interstate and yet quiet - great combination! Marvellous staff!!

Beds were very comfortable and it was reasonably quiet and priced. However, upon arrival our bathroom had piles of hair all over the floor and counter like someone had blow dryed their hair in there and it had not been cleaned since (I also shed hair so I know what it looks like). Also our first night someone smeared tuna fish all over our rental, when I asked the front desk attendant the next day if they had cameras he said yes, showed them to me, but then said he didn't have time to watch 10 hours of footage. Didn't really apologize that it happened to me or offer us anything for the inconvenience, though I know you park at your own risk it just felt like they didn't really care. And not for nothing we had to go find a car wash and get it taken care of.

Check in took a while as no one at desk for 10 mins after arrival. Another traveler waited, too. Check in employee made a big deal, loudly, of my booking thru Hotels.com and that all financial terms were between us. Not sure why but you could tell not happy about us not using IHG website? Why would I when the quoted price was higher thru IHG? Room fine, a little extra cleaning would be good, bathroom vent crusted with dirt. Other than that, all was ok. Not best ever, but a servicable, highway hotel. Finefor the night but certainly not outstanding.

The front staff of the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff were not attentive at all. We had to ask several times for clean towels daily. We stayed three nights and the housekeeping staff never made our beds or cleaned anything in our room. We had to ask staff at the front desk to get trash out of our room. No other issues other than housekeeping. The room was very nice and plenty of space.

The property is located right next to the interstate which is convenient, but it was extremely loud with traffic noise all night long. I don't know if we were across the hall if it would have been better, but possibly. The breakfast was underwhelming, no bacon, no gravy for the biscuits, and the juice machine was out of order. We had stayed at a different Holiday Inn Express a few days earlier and their juice machine was also out of order, but they at least had a jug of Tropicana orange juice. This one didn't have any juice options at all. At least they had the cinnamon rolls.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Coffee was cold when we arrived at 3pm , Bathtub very slippery for seniors, could use another grab bar against the wall!!!! Would suggest having milk and regular cream for coffee, healthier than artificial coffeemate.

The staff here was amazing and efficient. We travel alot and I usually avoid Holiday Inns just cause they are a little on the pricier side. But this Holiday Inn Changed my mind on that for the future. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and super comfortable. If all Holiday Inns are like this one that is the only hotel I will be using from this point on.

The breakfast was made on location and was amazing. Delicious biscuits with sausage gravy, perfectly done bacon, and omelettes that were well above the average hotel eggs. Unfortunately, we were there before their indoor/outdoor pool opened.
