Only one elevator working and the one elevator that’s working needs to be serviced or replaced. Elevator is loud and door gets stuck opening and closing. Bathroom tub was dirty, bathroom counter stand is old and deteriorating, microwave door handle is broken and the mattress is very hard. Beds came with small pillows like for a couch. Asked for bedsheets to be changed, and they fixed the bed with the same sheets instead of changing the sheets like we asked. Didn’t get to swim because the pool was dirty.

Looked to be somewhat in disrepair...only had one working elevator...broken pipe situation infront...That aside breakfast was well stock. Impressive for a holiday .yalls employee NICK was wonderful ...friendly and helpful

Great location right off of I35. Lots of places to eat and a Walmart in walking distance. (The family owned pizzaria next door is AMAZING!!!!!!). Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was above average for your simple free hotel breakfast. Pool/patio was unimpressive. Some chairs were broken and pool was dirty. Mattresses were comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Expect normal older hotel issues like chips in the paint or a potential small stain on the carpet.

Floors were dirty, sheets seemed like they hadn’t changed in a few days. The smell of the carpet was also bad. Good area to grab food but you also have to keep in mind about concrete plant that starts work early. Pool you couldn’t see thru it and elevators were pretty sketchy.

The property and my room was very clean. I enjoyed the multimode shower head and the water pressure was the best! It feels like an older property but it's well kept. The property's convenient location was also great, there's a Walmart nearby and plenty of food options. It was also inbetween or close to the places in my itinerary. The only thing I didn't really like was that the pool was closed without prior notice. For the price and convince, I would stay again.

The pool, ice machine on the 3rd floor and one of the elevators were broken. I do not blame the staff, its the sorry owner of this property!!! I had to book another hotel the following night. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety. The coffee bar near the front desk apparently is not maintained after breakfast is ended. The Kleenex box in the bathroom is no longer used for Kleenex so we had to ask for a box which was promptly provided. One of the two elevators was out of service. If staying multiple nights the rooms are not serviced each day unless requested. We will probably stay here again on another trip.

This is the worst la Quinta/hotel I have ever stayed at. There was MOLD in the shower, frayed carpets, stains in carpets, dirty windows. Sticky floors, damaged furniture, damaged a/c, dirty a/c, broken thermometer, broken elevator, and a broken door handle for closet. They offered another room and that other room had MOLD also!

Firstly, the staff at this La Quinta were very nice and helpful. I think this hotel is overdue for a remodel and/or upgrades. Overall, this hotel experience for us was poor. The first room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smell. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. There were leftover cheese crackers on the floor, the window was covered in mildew/stains, the curtains looked visibly soiled, toothpaste splatter was visible on the wall/mirror in the bathroom, and the carpet appeared outdated and dirty. The front desk graciously moved us to a different room on the 1st floor, which appeared much cleaner, but still had a strange smell. The second night we were unable to access our room and the front desk had to re-generate our key. This was inconvenient as we were tired and wanted to go into our room. The overall noise level in the morning was extremely loud due to our room being nearby the main lobby. We were unable to sleep in due to the noise. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as the outdated/uncleanly environment is not worth the price.

I booked two rooms. The room that I stayed in was awful. The carpet was dingy and had stains all over. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs on the floor. The tile in the shower was cracked, which would not have been an issue by itself. But there was black mold and serratia bacteria growing on the tile and above the shower head. You could tell that the property decided to just paint over it. The room even smelled musty. This caused me sooo much anxiety, as I was traveling with my 10 month old daughter. The other room I booked, which my in-laws, stayed in was everything I hoped it would be. It was properly cleaned, the carpet didn’t look new but it wasn’t stained to the point that I didn’t want to walk barefoot or with just my socks on it. The bathroom was clean too. I was pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast they offer. All it all, it wasn’t terrible but it does not make the top 20 list of budget hotels I’ve stayed it.

Awful pillows, felt like a sack of chicken feathers, and when asked, they had no replacements. The beds were also not comfortable and slumpy. The water pressure in the shower was not good and when I asked if they could move me to another room I was eventually met at my room by the "property manager" who came in and turned on the shower and then proceeded to argue with me saying the water pressure seems fine when it was like a little more than a mist. The fact that he argued with me wouldn't move me to a different room for my second night (paid for in advance) was really telling of the customer no-service here. Not to mention the whole place in general was untidy and visibly not clean. Definitely would never stay here again.

There was black mold in bathroom and tub, dog poop in corner. Not helpful when complained, advised them that black mold was harmful and he advisex well its because of COVID, i said that was two years ago. Said poor help, this place needs to be inspected, have pictures. Couldnt take bath, i usually sont complain and give good repirts, but i wont tolerate this. Took pictures.

LaQuinta is usually dependable for reasonable lodging at at competitive price. Unfortunately, we were disappointed: mold on ceiling in entry and bathroom of room 310. Bathtub had some enamel chipped off. One elevator out of service. Elevator waiting area on third floor had sticky substance on the floor and needed to be washed. Never washed or cleaned during our four night stay. We did not get shampoo until we requested some after 2nd night. Had towels changed once in four days after we requested needing more towels. To be fair, their staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included variety, hot and tasty eggs, sausage, and bacon. The hotel was in a convenient location. It felt safe and looked cared for.

My room was very clean, but, all other areas are very run down and in need of attention. The carpets are ripped and stained. There was a huge, dead, roach in the waiting area for the elevators, the elevators are just run down and filthy. My room was clean, but, again, stained carpets. I chose not to eat at the hotel after seeing the dead roach. The staff was great and aside from the stained carpet in my room, it was very clean. They provided plenty of clean towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. If i could base my review on just my room alone, it would be very good. Once walking out the door, the common area are lacking.

The room was quiet until a fellow customer decided to deliberately stomp around their room during the night and down the hall early in the morning. Also, even though the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were hard and extremely uncomfortable. Carts were available for moving luggage which was definitely a plus. The breakfast choices were varied and tasty. The food was in a separate room from the dining area which was nice. Also, both of those areas were very clean.

It was convenient for where I was visiting and the staff was friendly. They have a goid breakfast also. The only bad thing was the TV in the room had big black lines in middle of the picture so kinda annoying to watch TV.

The room was average. Ok for one night. The tv didn't work had to get staff to fix. No hair dryer, which was odd because I usually stay at LaQuinta but this location was a first time. No extra roll of toilet paper the bathroom had half a roll and no bag for dirty laundry.

I didnt get to stay at the property as expedias reservation was a lie. Once i arrived at the hotel there was no such reservation and expedia had already taken my money. I had to drive an hour away to find a place to stay with my family and now have to wait for my refund.

HORRIBLE experience, do NOT stay here. I arrived at 2:30pm with 3 tired teenagers who just played a soccer game and needed to shower and rest up before another game this evening. I was told my room wasn’t ready and they no longer had 2 Double Queen rooms left, which is what I paid for on Expedia. I told her she would need to find a room for us, and she was a little flustered as she didn’t receive the list of the clean rooms from the cleaning staff. We get sent on our way with keys to a room, when we arrive the beds are stripped. I see a cleaning lady and ask her why the beds don’t have sheets, she advises that the room hasn’t been cleaned yet. After about 30 minutes and telling the front desk that the kids need to shower/rest and our room should’ve been ready at 3:00pm check in time. We now get sent to a room with 1 king size bed because everyone was tired and were told our room would be ready in 20 mins. After 1 hr the boys showered and are trying to rest when a couple walks in the room as they were given the key to the same room we were sent to. At this point it’s 5:50pm and we’re still in this temporary room, I told the front desk this is unacceptable and the boys were unable to rest. At 6pm we finally get our room just enough time to quick change into uniforms and back to the fields. Breakfast was a mess & so dirty. No butter, no juices, no water. Just waffles, toast and bagels. I stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago and it was a very different experience. Will never be back.

My first room, the tv would not connect. When I tried to call the desk for assistance, I couldn’t. There was no phone in the room. I went to the front desk and informed the associate, I was told she was the only employee working and I would have to reset the cable box myself. I tried but no success. So, she told me I would have to switch rooms. We had already unpacked, so we repacked and moved to another room. This room was fine. The next day a requested twice to have the room refreshed, never was done. I had to go to the desk to get fresh towels. Saturday morning, we had the breakfast, but several items were depleted, I requested more, but was told there was no more. Nice facility, but not well managed. I was offered no apologies for the incompetence and failures during my stay. Did not receive a fair value for dollars spent.

The elevator was broken. We had no maid service after our first night. Breakfast was not cooked on Sunday morning, because the lady who cooks was off and the employees on duty didn’t even have the correct keys to replenish the juice, waffle batter, or any other items that weren’t cooked.
