The space Q Estate Lake view Guests room offers: Two Bed rooms-sleeps 5 Main Bed room: 2 queen size beds plus sofa and 4 seater dining table. Fire place: Electric Adjacent Bed room: 1 single bed En-suite-5 piece bath ( can provide a roller way bed for 6th guess if required. 2nd Bathroom adjacent to pool with double showers, toilet and sink. We do not include blankets and pool towels. We include Bed sheets, pillow cases on the pillows and bath towels.*** Starlink Wifi included OUT DOOR SPACE: The new outdoor cedar deck with dining table and chairs with a BBQ- grill and a tank of propane provided and relish meals while taking in the breathtaking beauty of the lake front. Badminton net set up for out door games and few other lawn games. Large screen TV with Netflix , prime, paramount plus and sports net, which is great for young kids and adults alike. Microwave, coffee maker (Keurig)and fridge in room Complimentary starter supply of tea/coffee/sugar/water provided. Please bring your favorite coffee pods, tea or creamers for the duration of your stay. *** All guests entering the pool must use the pool showers before getting into the pool*** Please no food or drinks in the pool or pool area. EV CHARGING: We do not offer complimentary charging of electric vehicles. If you drive an electric vehicle please inform the hosts that you require to charge you vehicle and for the cost. Thank you for your co-operation Guest access The guest suite is a part of a large bungalow overlooking the upper Rideau Lake. The guest suite has its own entrance via patio or front entrance through the pool area. It is private and not through the main house. 35x12' of patio space available with a BBQ and side burner on the deck. NO FULL KITCHEN meaning the guest suite does not have a stove or a kitchen sink present. but it comes with a fridge, keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave and 2 slice toaster.. we recommend Disposable cutlery, cups and plates only. If not we provide dishwashing service for free. You need to place all plates and cutlery in the dish tray we provide for all used plates and dishes and place it out by the bench outside or we could pick it up from inside. BBQ and 1 full propane tank provided Boardwalk to Lake with stairs going down to the swim dock. BBQ utensils provided for the BBQ. Breakfast can be provided upon request (fee)owner to be notified prior to 5pm the day before. During your stay I will be welcoming you upon arrival and any questions you May have I will be more than happy to answer. You can text/call any time during the day or early evening for any questions or requests to be met. Other things to note *** The guest suite is part of the main house with a separate entrance to the unit. Also I have 2 cottages on the estate about 80 - 100 feet apart from each other with their own space for each unit. So please note the estate consists of 3 rental units in total and other guests will be present but will be in their own space other than the common areas of the property. ie: parking and the dock by the lake. (Live bait recommended) If you enjoy spending time on the lake, a canoe, paddle board and Single kayak available. Drive IDA drugstore in Westport is -8 min drive No black garbage bags to be used at all. 200 Canadian dollars will be charged if black bags or recycling not sorted correctly into the bins. Restaurants in Westport: Tangle garden, Westport Brewery, Lost penny PUB, The Cove Inn(live music daily), Scheuerrmann Vineyard and winery, Rideau Pizza & country Kitchen. Grocery store, liquor store and drugstore. All within a 10 min. driveOur vacation rental is a smoke-free zone inside. This is important to us in order to keep our property in the best condition possible. Guests can only smoke in outdoor areas such as the balcony or deck as long as you respect the rules we have in place. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. Guests can only smoke outdoors in the designated areas. Please do not throw cigarette butts onto the property lawn. You should instead dispose of them in the ashtray/container and dispose of it safelyFailure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Discovering guests have been smoking inside the property will also result in loss of the security deposit. Strictly No pets due to allergies etc No parties allowed. No unregistered guests allowed for over night or day visits using any facilities on the property. House rules related to garbage and recycling: We like to do our bit for the environment and we ask that our guests do the same! All garbage must be in the outside garbage bin provided and recycling in the blue bin that's provided right on the patio deck. * Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the proper Do not use black garbage bags for trash. Clear garbage bags will be provided if you need any extras. Please do not flush any sanitary products down the toilet. We provide a bin for this in each bathroom. Failing to adhere to the rule a fee will be deducted from deposit. The door to the guest suite must be kept closed at all times to prevent bugs and critters getting inside of the room. No outside shoes to be worn inside guest suite or pool area. Please use broom/stick vac provided to keep the guest suite floor clean.
