The hotel was simple but there was no toilet paper in our room. Quite inconvenient in the moment.

Arrived at 17:45 no one at reception and no code to access the safe where room key was. Did not get the room I paid for, room was in poor condition and no hot water on last morning and lift was not working either. Last minute booking and cheap so that has to be taken into content.

Request for Refund Due to Failed Check-In Dear [Recipient's Name or Hotel Name], I arrived at the hotel on December 27th at 8:30 PM, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist me with check-in. I attempted to reach out by email and called the emergency number, but I did not receive any help. I waited at the property until 11:30 PM, but after no response or assistance, I had no choice but to find and rent another hotel for the night. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel as though I have lost my money. I kindly request a full refund for my reservation as I was unable to access the room I had paid for.
