My room was acceptable and clean, but in our language one would say "It's getting old". The wallpaper was hanging down in one corner and some of the tiles in the bathroom were torn, but what I have to complain about is that the reception is only manned for a very short time and you could reach noone on the phone number. So once we couldn't get in with our code until a guest solved it with his cell phone. The charging station in the much too small hotel car park was constantly full of gas cars, but the hotel tolerated it and there were hardly any parking spaces nearby. It was cheap for Brussels but I wouldn´t still stay there just because of the parking spaces alone, I was there on business and would like to park comfortably in front of the hotel after work. I don´t like to lug my luggage to the hotel around from a street far away.

Tout s'est bien passé. Accueil OK. Propreté impeccable. Sécurité d'entree par un code y est. Le parking gratuit limité, mais Ok. Seul problème : la langue + Audio des chaines de télévision n'es pas aussi en français, seulement en flamand. En outre pas possible d'avoir des sous-titres en français ou anglais.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein gemütliches Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage und perfekter Nähe zum Wahrzeichen der Stadt, dem Atomium (4 min). Das Hotel ansich ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr freundlicher Service, angenehme Betten, sehr schöne Badezimmer. Natürlich mit Fahrstuhl und sogar Haustierfreundlich. Wer später am Abend anreist, kann vorher bequem online einchecken, so findet er die Schlüssel im Safe. Beim nächsten Besuch in der Stadt sehr gerne wieder dieses Hotel!

Quarto grande, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo. Possui frigobar no quarto, e um microondas compartilhado na area comum. Após às 20h não tem atendimento na recepção, mas os cartoes de acesso para entrada no quarto estavam no locker na recepção, tudo certo!

Sengen var ikke særlig behagelig. Støv var overalt i rummet, især på badeværelset og toilettet. Det værste af alt var, at der var meget larm tidligt om morgenen, hvilket gjorde os søvnløse.

Het hotel ligt in een rustige buurt, we hadden een kamer met uitzicht op bomen waar ‘s ochtends veel vogels in zaten te fluiten, dat was heerlijk. Ook dat het op loopafstand van Paleis 12/ het Atomium zat was erg fijn. De kamer zelf was groezelig, vooral het tapijt, maar ook de muren en bijvoorbeeld de airco. Bij de matrassen voelde je de veren als je ging (ver)liggen ook nogal. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren gelukkig wel schoon.

Hotel proche du palais 12 et de l'atomium. Accueil pas très chaleureux et on me dit que je peux rester jusque 11h le lendemain et on vient toquer à ma porte à 10h35 pour me dire que j'ai 35 min de retard sur mon départ ?? Odeur de vinaigre et/ou nettoyant bizarre lorsque l'on est entré dans la chambre. La salle de bain n'était pas super propre, les murs étaient tout collant à cause de savon, lorsque que j'ai voulu rincer la baignoire s'est rempli de mousse ?? Un spot ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain, c'était assez embêtant. Il y avait des taches sur la moquette dans la chambre et sur l'une des chaises... Les rideaux était abîmé et tachés également. Par contre le lit était très bien.

Das Hotel laut ist und alles zu hören ist, aber die Tatsache, dass der Fernseher, die Leselampen und die Heizung im Badezimmer nicht funktionieren, ist ein triftiger Grund dieses Haus zu meiden. Das Badezimmer war durch die kaputte Heizung so kalt, dass wir nicht duschen konnten. Lesen oder Fernsehen nicht möglich da defekt. Stil einer schlechten Judgendherberge. Für das Geld ist das total runtergekommene Haus viel zu teuer!

The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were large and furnished. The breakfast room Is very nice and breakfast was good (pain au chocolat in particular!) The hotel is very convenient if you have to go in Brussels Expo. You can easily arrive with a 10 Min walk. Transports to anywhere else in the city though are not very near.

Ironically, there's not much value in staying here. The rooms looks like there hasn't been any maintenance in the past decade. Quite annoying continuous buzz noise from inside the building (elevator? other installation?). Beds & matrass were old and provided limited support. Don't expect much. You can sleep here, you'll survive, but not much to enjoy.

The room was a decent size as well as the wash closet. The tub was deep so I was able to take a comfortable bath after a very long road trip. I would absolutly book here again.

Aucun service client au niveau de l’hôtel , nous avons signalé à notre arrivé que la fenêtre de la chambre étais endommagée, elle ne ce fermais pas ce qui laisser entrer la température extérieur, la fenêtre devait être remplacé le lendemain de notre arrivé durant la journée où nous étions absent, le soir en rentrant rien avait été changé, la réception de l’hôtel étais vide , l’es femme de ménage nous ont signalé que le dimanche il y avait plus personne à la réception ni même de garde , nous avons donc appelé le numéro d’urgence qui étais indiqué, aucune réponse durant tous l’après midi et ni même le soir . Ce qui signifie que il pourrais arrivé quelque chose de bien plus grave personne ne s’en soucie .

Séjour perturbé par des vols durant la nuit, le concierge (principal suspect) disparu pendant la nuit, menace envers des clients, casses, etc… 3 mails envoyés pour demander suite au vols et un dédommagement car la nuit a été dérangé par les bruits vols et les mouvements de foules créé au sein de l’hôtel. Toujours aucune réponse !!

Het is echt niet meer dan een “bed en bad. “. Weinig tot geen service / receptie. Minimaal. Maar t bed was prima slapen. Gehorig in het hotel dat wel maar ‘s nachts was het stil. Ontbijt geen mogelijkheden aangeboden gekregen en ook niets van gezien.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein gemütliches Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage und perfekter Nähe zum Wahrzeichen der Stadt, dem Atomium (4 min). Das Hotel ansich ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr freundlicher Service, angenehme Betten, sehr schöne Badezimmer. Natürlich mit Fahrstuhl und sogar Haustierfreundlich. Wer später am Abend anreist, kann vorher bequem online einchecken, so findet er die Schlüssel im Safe. Beim nächsten Besuch in der Stadt sehr gerne wieder dieses Hotel!

The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were large and furnished. The breakfast room Is very nice and breakfast was good (pain au chocolat in particular!) The hotel is very convenient if you have to go in Brussels Expo. You can easily arrive with a 10 Min walk. Transports to anywhere else in the city though are not very near.

Het hotel ligt in een rustige buurt, we hadden een kamer met uitzicht op bomen waar ‘s ochtends veel vogels in zaten te fluiten, dat was heerlijk. Ook dat het op loopafstand van Paleis 12/ het Atomium zat was erg fijn. De kamer zelf was groezelig, vooral het tapijt, maar ook de muren en bijvoorbeeld de airco. Bij de matrassen voelde je de veren als je ging (ver)liggen ook nogal. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken waren gelukkig wel schoon.

Staff is incredible. Great location for us to see my fiancés boys. Super friendly and option of breakfast too. Had a nice meal in room and they gave us plates and utensils. Very accommodating. Not to mention, the price is great!

Hotel proche du palais 12 et de l'atomium. Accueil pas très chaleureux et on me dit que je peux rester jusque 11h le lendemain et on vient toquer à ma porte à 10h35 pour me dire que j'ai 35 min de retard sur mon départ ?? Odeur de vinaigre et/ou nettoyant bizarre lorsque l'on est entré dans la chambre. La salle de bain n'était pas super propre, les murs étaient tout collant à cause de savon, lorsque que j'ai voulu rincer la baignoire s'est rempli de mousse ?? Un spot ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de bain, c'était assez embêtant. Il y avait des taches sur la moquette dans la chambre et sur l'une des chaises... Les rideaux était abîmé et tachés également. Par contre le lit était très bien.

Bad experience. Rooms with old carpet, stained and with holes, ruined curtains, I dare not think about the sheets. Poor breakfast with the vending machines broken or finished drinks and no one intervening.
