The first room we were offered was at the back of the property. The online photos are of the front of the motel. The back is nothing like this. It is dirty smells of cigarettes, alcohol, and weed. There looks to be some permanent residents around the back. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking, but the first room smelled of cigarettes. We asked to be moved and were moved to a room at the front. The floor slopes towards one side and bounces under foot. The flooring isn’t laid properly and some boards are higher than others, the sheets smell dusty, the bathroom has mould in the grout, the TV didn’t work properly. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

The Inn is very close to airport and UNB. Not far from shopping centres and downtown. We enjoyed our stay. We were given an upgrade from standard room to a suite which was nice to have a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, keurig, and sofa for the 5 days we were there. The rooms are very clean. They are working on renovating all the rooms. The breakfast had enough choices, too. Oh! and it had coin-operated laundry. Owners and staff very accommodating. We even gave them our milk, cream, water and drinks that we didn't open and couldn't take with us because we were flying back to Winnipeg. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Floors were dirty, it needed to be swept. When using the faucet for the sink and shower you have to let the hot water run for 5-10 minutes. I had a shower and didn't have to use the cold water at all. Bed wasn't comfortable, but you get What you paid for. For that price you can't beat it. Staff was friendly I will say that. Also WiFi at the room I was staying wasn't really accessable. It was free but the signal was horrible. But like I said it was cheap.. if your looking just for a place just to sleep and don't care about anything this is the place to go. .

Staff were lovely. The room itself was stinky with stained linens. Paper thin walls , parking spot infront of our room was taken by other guests that partied til 4:20am.Bathroom fan was hilarious sounded like a basement monster then the motor just moans probably a fire waiting to happen.But I guess for $113.00 that's what you get.

Overall was a good experience, however the bathroom floor had partly sunken in flooring and also the door to the room had a gap of over an inch at the bottom of the floor leading to outside. I was a bit worried mice might come in in the middle of the night.

We had one bed that was a very bad mattress, no tub faucet in tub so could only take showers, difficult to get temperature in shower balanced, and very noisy neighbors that were up all night and it sounded like they were moving funiture as well as one period where they got busy loudly but did not sleep instead talked and moved furniture again. Could not sleep through noise ( very thin walls)

During check in... waited in office for more than 10 minutes for someone. Had to call a number and waited about the same for a person to come. 2 people arrived walking from the other end of the building, one appeared to be very intoxicated. This person stumbled into the office and the chair caught him as he sat down after falling into the wall. Room 29 had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, 33 was better. Watch out for the holes in the floors of both rooms, can be hard on the feet. Room 33 was clean. Music was loud over night from next door. Called front desk no answer. People in room on other side argued all night till about 4 am.

The room was clean and tidy. Service was friendly and efficient. They offered coffee service in the morning which was excellent. Pleasant affirdable stay. There was a brief loud flurry of activity around 8 or 9 pm but it was very quiet hence forth.

We checked in and even switched a room to try and make it better. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. Super noisy from the street. Big gaps under the door and paper thin walls. Money needs to be put into this place. Very worn out look. Guy at check in was very nice but would not give a refund, even after taking it through Expedia. Would not recommend this place.

Lincoln inn is located perfectly for travellers that want to go to different places everyday. It is 1.5 hours from the Bay of Fundy and a little over 3 hours from PEI. Whale watching is a little over an hour away also. The price of accommodations makes it well worth it.

It was kind of okay for a Motel however the included breakfast was just cereal in super small plates and a black coffee. no eggs or waffles or fruit anything and even coffee was really watery so better not to put the option that includes breakfast when is going to be so cheap.

Everything in the room was outdated, but for the price, it was to be expected. We had to pay an extra $20 for our dog, which was not mentionned when we made the reservation. There was a complimentary breakfast, but coffee machine was out of order. All in all, it was pretty quiet, not much traffic at night (we stayed on a Sunday night).
