Very welcoming staff and check in was quick. Have stayed in Marriott’s before so was disappointed there was no restaurant or cocktail bar. The location was next to a freeway so it was noisy. Will continue to stay with Marriott hotels.

This hotel was clean and up to date. The pool was great, kept at the perfect temperature. The spa was fantastic, hot with great jets. Breakfast was very nice, waffle maker, hot cereal, eggs, sausage, and much more. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in the area. Conveniently close to Trilogy Golf and Glen Ivy Hot Springs

The room and the hotel were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The morning breakfast was very good, too. What I did not like was having to pay extra to park on the property! This was unexpected and should have been covered in the cost of the room. If not for this, I would have given the stay five stars.

The $10 per day parking fee for a public lot, ample space, and no security presence was wild. This isn't a major metropolitan area where parking is scarce. It's also contrary to the hotel information displayed on screen in each hotel room - free parking. They do not collect any vehicle info as it's honor system. Directed to a labeller sticker on credit card terminal as explanation/authority for charge. Two elevators in the building; one was out of service, the other shimmies, clicks, and whines as you ride. Constant thoughts of plummeting to your death while inside. Please get someone out to address your elevator issues,

The Springfield Suites in Corona needs a serious refresh. The layout of the rooms felt odd and poorly thought out. The carpets were noticeably dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, giving the whole place a neglected vibe. Honestly, it felt more like a budget motel than the quality you'd expect from a SpringHill Suites. Definitely disappointing.

I liked the clean, confortable beds and pillows. I also liked that there were plenty sitting available at breakfast. What I didn't like is that we arrived on a Friday and departed on Tuesday and was not provided with enough supplies for those days.One day I say a cart in the halfway and looked for the cleaning lady but couldn't find her. Also, our garbage wasn't removed and our room wasn't cleaned for any of the days that we were there.The fridge and microwave were dirty and the carpet had a few stains.

The first room we got assigned on floor 4, room 408, had a live bug on the bed. We took pics and showed to the front desk staff, so the next room (# 333) we got assigned was kind of nasty. It had a very old, useless coffee maker, a few bright red stains on the carpet resembling blood, a snickers wrapper on the floor next to the bed, and no trash liners in the trashes. The room smelled funky, the couch had gross looking white stains on it, and the walls are paper thin so you can easily hear your neighbors . The Freeway noise was loud and it never stopped, and the mattress sagged in the middle. The breakfast was ok, but the overall stay was a big disappointment, I was expecting a lot more due to the reviews.

Upon checking into the room the carpet was dirty - stuff was lying around and it obviously had not been vacuumed. There was also a very unpleasant smell. We got moved to another room when we complained and that one was better (but not ideal). Furniture was old and beaten up, and overall hotel cleanliness is non-existent. Hallways very dirty, breakfast room dirty, breakfast mediocre at best. If this is rated “excellent” at 9 out of 10 on Expedia, I don’t even want to imagine what those that are below 9 look like. Very disappointed because I cannot say it’s cheap.

Upon arriving, I opened up the car door to vomit in the parking lot. Checked in early (all they had available was a disabled person) room. The room was DISGUSTING! Boogers on the wall, bathroom towels smelt dirty, mold and dirt in the shower, living room tray had a lot of dust on it. The entire room looked like the walls had not been wiped down in a year. Freezer was iced up to be a solid block of ice and carpet had two massive pink stains on them. All in all, I will think twice in the future of staying at another Springhill Suites Marriott. Beyond disappointed in my stay with my family at this hotel.

The room was very spacious and the mattresses were comfortable. Noise from freeway was evident but after removing my hearing aids I slept well. The location was convenient and safe. I was not overly impressed with breakfast. It was fair and the staff was attentive to keeping the area filled and clean. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Over all it was a nice stay of 7 nights.

The closet had no door. There were two phones in the room, one didn't work and the other had the receiver cord fall out when you picked up the receiver. The traffic noise was loud as if the window was open (property is located right along the 15 freeway southbound). I needed a shower cap. There wasn't one in the room but the front desk provided me one, which was nice. However, when I attempted to call down to see if they had any, that's how I discovered the phones didn't work. When I did hit the front desk button it rang busy but there was no other guests downstairs when I went down to check on the availability of a shower cap. We only stayed one night so I didn't request that anything be repaired. The beds were also uncomfortable and made loud noises when you moved during the night. Of course we tossed and turned because the bed was uncomfortable and were awakened by the noise each time we moved. 0 out of 10 would not recommend since the main reason for a hotel room is to have a place to sleep while away from home.

Hotel has a lot of potential, was a decent. Just needs a few upgrades in terms of tv streaming platforms. I did have to switch rooms because of a plumbing issue as well as my bathroom light went out. When I switched rooms I noticed that my new room had some amenities that the other room didn’t have (i.e. ottoman and wooden tray). This was a big deal for us because we stayed for 10 days and had to get creative when dining in our room as a couple. The ottoman and wooden tray would have been very helpful in this area. I’d also like to note that if you’re a light sleeper, you will absolutely be hearing the people above you.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Helped me with my room to accommodate my elderly father. Who has mobility issues. The accessibility room had great bathroom accommodations for him. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay there again. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and accommodating.

Evelyn handled our check in, she was amazing. She gave us a wonderful welcome, resolved our key issue and moved us away from a noisy neighbor. The front desk manager, I believe her name is Lisa was extremely helpful! Very funny and very thoughtful. I did feel comfortable checking in and I ended up staying another night so I ended up seeing her again and while an amazing lady, the housekeepers are very patient and very hardworking! I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a little getaway, but with their partner there is a resort near here and that’s a different expense. It’s called Green Ivy or Glen Ivy and it was amazing. Definitely check it out and reserve a hotel room.

I requested no one come in my room for cleaning when i checked in. I was assured no one would go in my room and to simply get fresh towels when i come in from my event. I put a do not disturb sign on my door and yet someone came in my room and cleaned. I was not happy.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) Review Title: Sleepless Night Due to Abandoned Dog – Had to Leave Early I had pre-purchased a four-night stay at the Marriott in Corona through Expedia. Unfortunately, night one was a complete disaster. There was a large German Shepherd left alone in the room next to ours, barking non-stop throughout the entire night. We barely got any rest. Despite reporting the issue multiple times to the front desk, the situation was not resolved during the night. The next morning, the hotel staff apologized and said we would be refunded. We chose to check out immediately and never returned for the remaining nights. It took several days just to get our bags back, and I'm still in the process of trying to secure a refund through Expedia. While I am an animal lover and truly feel bad for the dog, this was not the environment I expected from a Marriott property. I would strongly recommend avoiding any hotels that allow pets unless they have strict policies in place to prevent this kind of situation. Very disappointed with the experience. One star.

I had an enjoyable stay; the room, facility, and surrounding area all were clean and well maintained. The hotel is located in what appears to be a safe neighborhood. Although, I was traveling alone on a business trip, this hotel would be a good place to stay for someone traveling with family. My room rate was commensurate with the hotel brand.

It is right off the freeway and very close to the Glen Ivy Hot Springs, where we spent the entire day on Sunday! The staff was friendly, and there was always coffee and cold water in the lobby. The rooms were affordable and good-sized.

Staff went out of there way to be kind and courteous at the front desk by running off to grab me a luggage cart from upstairs and loaned me scissors gave a parking permit upon register. My initial key card wouldn’t work for my room and then my roommate had a card that worked for our room but didn’t work to come back in from the pool or the gym, there were easy fixes just lost the five star. Breakfast was nice although take note that on the weekend it’s starts a little later I’m an early bird so I would like them to start early every day. Your in a warehouse area of the freeway kind of makes a feeling of being unsafe don’t leave anything in your car, however nothing happened to us you can see there are many signs for a reason also stores restaurants and Sam club Rubios subway are very close by 3-5 min drive, 10-15 min walk if you are brave enough to walk in the heat and out of the warehouse block. Have a great vacation we went to nearby Glen Ivy it was very close and would stay there again.

I was unhappy about the $10 / day charge for parking, since it states on the in room tv that it is complimentary. Its unlikely that anyone other than hotel guests would use the parking lot as this is a ways from any shopping. Breakfasts weren't bad. Weekdays they have eggs (scrambled and omelets), sausage, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, and english muffins along with yogurt and juices. On the weekend they add sausage and biscuits on Saturday and waffles were available on Sunday.
