The hotel agent notified me on arrival that there was no air conditioning in the rooms despite the extreme heat outside that made the room nearly unbearable. He told me to go find another room if I did not like the condition of the room before I could even respond to this horrific/tragic news. The rooms look extremely worn with older linen and I could hear his loud speaker talking to new clients all night from the office so that I only slept about 3 hours. In addition, the front door had been punctured by something really powerful like a club that left the door with a huge inward defect along with chipped paint and I was worried that it couldnt lock because it was pivoting back and forth even when it was locked. There was only one ice machine that was very far from my room in the inner courtyard. In addition, the fan inside the room was built into the wall and didnt pump out any cool air despite being super loud. Id really like a refund for this horific experience and I wish I would have booked a different hotel in anaheim, which was my other option. He also told me that I received a discount for no air conditiong but there was not indication of this on the hotel website or on my payment form.

They did not have air conditioning and it was 100 degrees. The check-in clerk tried to say it was a new thing and being worked on, but several rooms had window units
