This hotel is under construction. Difficult entrance. Selected rooms lost water in the morning and a jackhammer was used at 9:00 in the morning directly above our room. Terrible experience!

Lobby Under Construction. Bar was dirty and floor was unkept during reception hours. Bartender stated the morning breakfast crew left the food crumbs on the bar and the floor. Hadn’t been swept. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The front desk reservation staff were awesome and accommodating. Pool and gym were nice. We have had nice experiences with Embassy Suites, but would not recommend this location.

Love the stay. Room is a nice size not big. Complimentary drinks in the bar and Ruth Chris is a great addition. thank you for the early check-in, the staff was great. Professional and fast....t made a huge difference!

There was a girls basketball tournament going on so definately not quiet, and hard to park, but hotel was great as usual. Would be nice to have an outside pool. Cook to order breakfast was great. Had grandchildren with us, all was perfect.

My son and I got there only to find the place under construction and which, ok, that’s fine. But then told water would be shut off fr 10-3 the following day. To top things off bedroom tv wasnt working so we had to move all our belongings (after we were settled in) to a different room & floor. That room had similar issues with tv. So we moved again. The toilet was running all night so needed someone to fix that and the curtain. Now this is all ok and chalked up the way it goes. My poor rating comes in for 2 reasons: 1) i asked for a knife to slice fruit at the front desk only to be told to go look for it in the dining room “we dont have that here”. Hmmm. Far be it for her to walk me over where to even ask. I went to the dining room and nobody in sight. Went back now feeling dismissed and asked “do you think you can call somebody?” Only to be met with “are you ok?”. Yes “are you?”. What is that? Very condescending. She finally called a person who promptly brought it to me. Why couldn’t she do this in the first place??!? 2) was told i had a discounted rate but when i checked out it was regular. They offered but didnt deliver. Not good svc at the front desk. Not everyone was this way but a couple were. I am one not to lv poor reviews only positive but i was disappointed by the attitude of the woman at the desk. She was RUDE. Then to be told i would have some $ off the bill (offered by them) and not. Wont be coming back.

The good… - Great complimentary breakfast - Full amenities - Courteous staff - Clean facility The bad… - Room door not responding to card key. Had to switch rooms - Noisy neighbor during day time and then left their dog alone in the room to howl all night. - Hotel now charges for parking. Parking Instructions with QR code only available at front desk and not in the rooms. - Additional parking area is a bit of a stretch from the hotel.

it was a 5 star hotel without being an actual 5 star hotel. they were great. the rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious, the pool was clean, and the staff catered to every need. i have no complaints about the embassy by hilton in kennesaw.

Overall this is a good hotel but the parking situation is the most ridiculous rip off and so out of line for customer service and hospitality that it overshadows the whole experience. I saw it noted on other reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. It was. They use an outside company and use that as an excuse for not making it right. At check-in was told I had to pay with the QR code - that is every where - before 8 pm to make sure I didn't have an issue. 1-Ruth Chris patrons don't have to pay. 2 - Neither do people attending events at the hotel. Both take up all the parking. The hotel had events my entire stay. Got back at 11 pm and no parking. And I paid as instructed ahead of 8pm every night. So exhausted, circling a lot with 8 other cars, and had to go in where several others were having same complaints and issue. All of us were told we could go park at another lot not near the hotel in an over flow lot that did not seem secure and wasn't mentioned at check in, OR as paid patrons for the hotel, we could "wait" for the event people to leave by continuing to drive around or "hang out" to wait on an open spot. Never saw parking security or validation. It isn't gated or secured. There doesn't seem to be a legit reason to charge for parking here other than an extra cash grab, and their other policies for not charging others is unfair. People, as myself, wanted a parking refund since we weren't able to park in the main property where all the parking notices are at

Immaculate lobby, the Steakhouse on site is very high quality. Free breakfast in morning and free drinks at the bar and snacks at night make for a luxury feeling experience.

Our family was driving through to and from vacation. Choose to stay both times at the same location due to convenience. First time, found someone else’s dirty socks under the ottoman (had to move it to set up the sofa bed). Second time, had to request clean linens for the sofa bed as there was dried cereal on the sheet. And only a flat sheet was available…no mattress cover, no fitted sheet. (First time staying there was a mattress cover and a fitted sheet but no flat sheet.) disappointed as the location, breakfast were great. Oh, you have to pay for parking ☹️

So this place overall isn’t bad, it’s a very nice hotel! In my experience however, when we walked into the room it instantly smelt like wet clothes for some reason?? It didn’t smell clean or fresh, it just smelt weird. The room was nice, but the comforter had hair all over it and smelt funny too (I think that’s why the room smelt). The bathroom was very nice but it didn’t look like it had been swept. It would’ve been a nicer experience if the room had smelt better. I’ve been to another embassy suites before and it was so much cleaner, so I think it might’ve been just my stay. Over all though, good hotel choice.

The elevators smelled like a dirty dog and rhr hallway absolutely smelled like its been used as a animal bathroom. Reeked of pee. The paying to park in a random suburb hotel i dont get. And i will absolutely NEVER stay here again.

We had 2 rooms and they both had issues. In both rooms, the AC could not keep up or cool down the room. In one room, the drain wouldn’t drain in the shower so we lifted it and it was covered in mold and gunk. In the other room, there was fresh blood on the sofa and carpet that was very obvious but had been left uncleaned. The staff did come try to clean it after we said something. The curtains in one room were broken and wouldn’t even open. We stay here all of the time because our daughter goes to KSU and we’re very disappointed this time. We won’t be back at $250-350 a night.

Hotel was nice but you could tell needs to be updated. I will say the lobby is beautiful. However when we got to the room, we were greeted with missing carpet at the tile/carpet transition and could feel the staples if walked over it barefoot. Then the curtains would not shut easily. Had to use a good amount of strength to shut them in the bedroom. Then in the living space, the one side would not budge at all. Lastly, the bathroom doors… couldn’t lock them because the frame and door was not aligned in either bathroom door and same thing with the closet. The closet door would not stay shut. Just needs some work.

I have stayed here before and was happy to return. This time around was not as great. I love the room size and options. However, the door in the bathroom was falling off the hinge, the curtain rod was broken which wasn’t a big hassle but the room phone didn’t work. The biggest headache was that the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect so I couldn’t use other devices to stream movies/shows. On top of all that, my view was the topside of the porte cochere. The happy hour was a great touch and Ebony, the bartender, was awesome! I would give her a 10/10.

Beautiful lobby, lounge areas, and bar, but HORRIBLE rooms. The shower leaked, so most of our towels was to wipe the wet floor. The doors do NOT close until you shove it so hard it ends up waking up your kids. The room smelt like water log clothes, as if wet towels were everywhere, but not surprised because the guests prior probably had to also use towels to wipe the shower leak that led to the smell. Awful experience. Thee worst Embassy Suites that I’ve ever been to! So disappointing! Never booking here again. It’s unfortunate because the photos and reviews are deceiving!

The room was ok not great like my last stay. My mom said her bed wasn’t comfortable at all and my sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It had debris all over when I opened it up I took pictures because it looks like bugs. I showed the front desk clerk the next morning when I was checking out she apologized and said I could email her manager the pictures.

Stay was okay - rooms are dated and we had issue with the bathroom door closing and bathroom cleanliness was not quite up to our standards. Room did not get as cool as we preferred. The breakfast was great - one of Embassy Suites hallmarks.

Stay here several times a year! Location is excellent with plenty of parking! Check in is hassle free. Room was clean. Beds are awesome. Breakfast was restaurant quality! One hiccup….tv in family area didn’t work. Our teens had cellphones so not to big of a deal!

Great hotel, clean spacious rooms with living room and workspace. Great customer service from LeRoy at the front desk. So many restaurants around the area to choose from and Chris Ruth’s steakhouse right at the facility for high end dining. Definitely staying there again.

Had a very late night check-in after a late flight I called the hotel earlier in the day they let them know it be approximately 3 AM before our arriving at the hotel. There was no one at the check-in desk and for 15 minutes we waited and was concerned for the safety of the Employee. we tried calling the hotel, looking around the counters and yelling to see if we could get their attention and no one came. Out of concern we called 911 and contacted the police after the police arrive and after an additional 20 minute delay The employee shows back up and said he off taking personal time. This was 45 minutes out of her time very concerning.

The receptionist had her ear piece in taking a private call while checking me in! She constantly stated how she was ready to go home. She did not let us know any information about the hotel such as the drink passes, check out time, pool times nor breakfast information.

All good except for front desk staff. They seemed undertrained or burnt out. 3 different staff wouldn’t help us with transportation to airport, cell phone charger, no parking spaces 2 nights in a row even though we got charged, and even help with a mixed up 3rd party reservation. We’ve stayed here 3 times before but may not come back next trip to Kennesaw.

This hotel was close to everything I needed. There are several food areas within walking distance. Housekeeping came daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Most hotels I’ve stayed at have housekeepers arrive as needed or every few days, now that we’re post Covid. If I’m ever back in Kennesaw, I will be returning to this hotel.

The parking process is too cumbersome. I had an issue with the staff in Ruth Crisp Steakhouse. I had to go to the bathroom and inform staff members that I had to go and would return to finish my meal. When I returned, my meal was gone. They brought me a new meal with minimum hassle, however the bartender/server continued to blame me for the incident and treated me with suspicion at my next meal.

Room was spotless, staff incredibly courteous. Excellent breakfast! Great fitness center but could use wall mounted TV in front of treadmills. Just a suggestion. Only negative was having the fire alarm go off (staff member burned popcorn) and having to go down 5 flights of stairs. Tough on the knees at our age (60+) We have family in the area we were visiting so we will definitely be back and will stay here. Great area restaurants, shopping, etc.

The staff was very customer focused and responded to request promptly and immediately. This includes the attendants at the counter, the housekeeping staff and property manager. Our room was very comfortable and modern. Our overall rating is 4.75. The breakfast area is cramped, the chicken sausage and potatoes were extremely dry 3 stars. The omelet station and attendant gets 5 stars.

The check in lady seemed as if she would rather be anywhere else in the world than there and also handed us a bag with just 2 bottled waters. the countertop had bags with snack sin them but I guess a queen suite doesn't qualify for that? The room was great and we would definitely book it again and the attached restaurant was AMAZING. The check in staff needs to learn customer service from THOSE people, great dinner there. Other than that it was comfortable, breakfast was nice with friendly cooks and servers, and the room was very comfortable. They only had a blanket for the sofa bed, I would definitely expect a full set up for that and next time will ask about it. For the price of the room, parking should be free
