One of the staff was unhelpful and not knowledgable on how things are run. Often would say contradictory things to one of her colleagues and end up being wrong. Gym was out of service, pool was out of service and were told to walk down 15 mins to another hotel every day. At this point I would have just stayed there had I known. No compensation or complementary things to make up for the false advertising.

We normally stay at this hotel for access to their free airport shuttle. Be aware that after 2 am the shuttle no longer runs on a fixed schedule. The reception staff is always quick to tell you that you can call the front desk from the airport to arrange a pickup. However they left us stranded at the airport for an hour and a half, and even after 3 calls, we never received a shuttle. The front desk staff was unapologetic and even combative even after I finally took an uber back to the hotel, they blamed the shuttle service and us rather than taking any responsibility for misguiding us. We also requested a late checkout of noon, considering we did not get to our room until 3am. Housekeeping made multiple attempts to enter our room before noon. The first was at 10:45, before even a standard check out time. I attribute these shortcomings to the staff. They do not seem engaged or committed to providing a good experience for their guests. I can’t imagine this is the standard that Hilton strives for.

I only stayed one day due to my flight being canceled. Its very convenient and right across the street from the airport. They have a free shuttle for pick up and drop off. They have a restaurant and the indoor pool was nice.

Quick and easy check in and out. Front desk staff are very welcoming. Close to aiport with convenient shuttle that runs 24 hours. The only complaint is the shuttle picks up guests at other hotels before this one so it showed up already full at our hotel a couple of times and we had to wait longer than expected.

This is the biggest joke a hotel, clearly the parking lot is not owned by the hotel and it’s a 3rd party. I paid 35$ for parking (which we were not aware of) how can you justify charging for parking. Anyways upon the morning when we went to leave after registering the night before and paying the gate would not let us out of the property. There were 7 cars waiting behind me and the guy on the speaker said I was not registered and would need to go back to the hotel to register my vehicle. (Keep in mind this was to be allowed to EXIT the garage), we entered no issue at all. Now the guy on the intercom just basically said to bad and go back to the hotel. That was physically impossible as there were cars behind us waiting, I then had to get out of my truck and walk all the way back to the front desk to get it sorted out all well making 7 other paying customers to exit and get on there busy day of travel.

The bagel has black mold that I could remove with my finger nails. The bath tub needs a licensed plumber, not a maintenence guy, for the drain and faucet. The main counter in the bed space had not been sufficiently cleaned as wrong a damp white towel on it came up brown. The carpet had debris in random places from inconsistent vacuuming. Either the cleaning staff is too overworked with an insufficient number of them for multiple days in a row or they themselves are not hygienic. Also, there is no hotel process allows their supervisors to report plumbing issues because they had to see the bath tub problems.

Close to airport, long term parking, shuttle were all perks of this stay. However our room was not very clean ( hair in bathroom, mold on window sill, stains around the room) which made us happy for a short stay.

Upon arrival the room smelled like cigarette smoke, found a lighter left from previous people. Our bathroom sink was leaking on the floor from the pipes under neath. The floors were still dirty. The only clean thing about our room was the bed sheets

We had a great stay at this property. The room was spacious and clean and it easily accomodated my family of four. It offers shuttle service to the airport and we also reserved long term parking at the hotel. It was a great experience . Costco and shopping malls and a few restaurants are not too far away by car.

Wifi was terrible. No safe. No working hot tub. Asked housekeeping for extra towels, pillows and linen and had to ask multiple times. Floor in room was dirty; I found fries and other things on the floor which weren’t ours. I am usually a fan of Hiltons but this one was bad.

The room itself was fine, but the air conditioning was extremely loud, to the point that it caused discomfort to my ears and head. While I appreciate that we were moved to another room, unfortunately, the same noise persisted there as well. In the end, we had to turn off the air conditioning completely and sleep in the heat, which was quite unpleasant. We also had dinner at the restaurant next to the lobby on the first floor, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The prices were comparable to a fine-dining restaurant, but the quality of the food was shockingly poor. Everything tasted like it was pre-cooked frozen food reheated in a microwave. The pizza was particularly memorable. not in a good way. I’ve had frozen pizzas that were decent, but this one tasted like chewing on cardboard. The whole dining experience was a struggle, especially since we were hosting our parents. I’m writing this because I worry others might bring important guests there, expecting a quality meal. In my opinion, unless you’re just having a beer, it’s probably best to avoid ordering any food at all.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this one needs significant upgrades. The TVs lack casting capabilities, which is inconvenient for streaming. They charge extra to play music, and there’s no built-in iPod dock or modern audio system. Even when I selected the R&B genre, the music was unfamiliar and not reflective of the genre I expected. Overall, the entertainment options feel outdated and limited. There was also no water in the fridge, no room service, probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at!

We were arriving at 3 separate times, with the latest being at 1am, that had a car rental. Though the names of the 2 arriving later were on the room and a car was indicated, both had issues gaining access as the staff couldn't seem to find the note and room keys. For the late arrival with a vehicle he gave the license plate to the front staff, yet this was entered. When we all went to leave in the morning, they were not going to allow us to leave the parking lot as the license plate wasn't registered. How would have the car gotten in initially? It was a huge waste of time and alot of frustration.

Everything was good , did have an issue with one of the house keepers opening my door while I was in the shower my minor child was getting dressed . Let them front desk know they just said they would talk to the manager heard nothing of it .

If you are renting from Sixt, great location. Walkable to their office. Hard to get in touch with front desk. TV guide only shows Channels - nothing to tell you what is on - so it was useless.

Restaurant was meh - waited 35 minutes for a beef sandwich and it was cold. Bathroom sing was clogged and clearly not cleaned for some time and bath towel was stained yellow - disgusting. Excellent proximity to the airport and nothing else. Ok if all you need is a bed for one night before a flight.
