The staff are friendly, polite & helpful. On the website should make it clear that Airport Shuttle Service is only applicable for Check-In & Check-Out, available up to mid-night. I thought there was regular hourly services available to & from the airport but that was not the case as my trip persona here was to provide technical services to the airport & working in the airport. It was good but trying to get the shuttle pickup is very frustrating. We must have waited an hour before deciding to get an Uber and then could not even use the shuttle in the morning to get my early flight. Very disappointing as we spent probably about an extra $125 just in cabs when it was advertised with the airport shuttle included.

Unfortunately a bed bug spoiled the whole trip, its like going to a restaurant the food is ok but the bread is stale , cant really enjoy the meal after that, same as the hotel, it was nice, the staff was friendly but found a bed bug in the washroom, it was dead but had to look through my luggage my clothes and the bed, didnt find anything else but it spoiled our stay.

Dirty light switches. Plugged sink after 10 mins. House cleaner was friendly but no one else, I already wish I never left the Carribean. Only boiled eggs for protein - with the exception of plain yougurt. House cleaning started before 9 am. Very very average. Hotels in Ontario seem to take advantage of the fact the clients need the service. Is this the new normal for $200?

The rooms were well appointed clean and more spacious than I thought. I did not expect the lotions, conditioners etc bathroom amenities or the wonderful variety of coffee and tea in the room. The airport shuttle is convenient and operated efficiently. It is close to the airport and about an hour and a half away from downtown via public transport. The bus stop is practically at the doorstep. There is an in house restaurant, a gas station convenience store and a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was included and had eggs sausages waffles potatoes, pretty standard fare. Bonus was a take away breakfast service for persons with early flights. A toaster would have been nice to warm the english muffins. The property is touted as a budget hotel, but is really great value for money. I had zero issues with my stay.

Check in was ok…when we were heading down for breakfast in the morning, there was vomit on the hallway carpet…told the front desk and they did nothing about it despite housekeeping cleaning the rooms on that floor so it wasn’t a lack of staff issue….

Room was sub par and smelt like stale cigarettes. Someone starting burning toast or something around 3 am so that was annoying and my neighbours were loud until very late. Was not a fun time. Had a friend who stayed down at a Hilton close by and was way better

Check in was super smooth. Room spacious, overall clean except for the corners of the bathroom. Liked the toiletries provided which had a citrus scent. Multiple pillow options. Only complaint would be soundproofing, stayed at a room facing the street, could hear the planes as well as guests next door and in the hallway

I could not cool my room down. Next time I will ask for a room on the shadier side. I had set the A/C at 65, and I couldn't get the temp below 70. Also, I like 100% cotton sheets, but since very few hotels offer them, I bring my own. I really liked your orange-scented soaps. And the big magnifying mirror was great, so was the shower. Immaculately clean, very nice. Nice breakfast too. Staff, the front desk, uncommunicative and cold, the cleaners, lovely, and one older guy at the front desk who was a complete darling. The breakfast teas were fabulous. Three times as strong as the wimpy American teas are. Yo, Canada! The A/C blasting me with direct cold air where I slept, but still not lowering the temperature. I got a migraine. Then managed to block it with one of the tiny curtains. Survived! Thanks. Quick, efficient shuttle, very nice.

I am pregnant and I wasn’t told about a deposit. They wanted a credit card which I didn’t have, I told them they could use my visa debit. They then told me they can’t accept it and I would have to walk to the gas station to draw money from the atm. I was in a lot of pain and it was quite obvious, but they insisted I walked over there at 11pm at night, mind you, I am not from the area, I was just staying over for 5 hours to connect on my flight in the morning

Most of the staff were friendly, however there was one that was not very courteous or helpful. This pertained mainly to one of your female shuttle drivers. She did not help getting in or out, I have some mobility issues at times, and she was not friendly at all. A little bit of customer service goes a long way. Also, one of the other female shuttle drivers, while very friendly, was continuously fiddling with the radio station while driving. and answered the phone while driving - not hands free phone call. This would be nice to address due to the safety of your guests and driver.

Rohan at the front desk checked me in with his professionalism and courtesy..a perfect gentleman and should be commended for his customer service..b reakfast was very well put together and we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby..the room was not ready when i arrived early for checkin...by a half hour..rohan and housekeeping had a room prepared immediately.i would highly recommend this location.. property is very clean

I tried calling the hotel for an airport pickup and the line was busy for 20 minutes Apparently the phone was off the hook or not working Had to get an uber to the hotel for $20 CAD which took another 30 minutes to get because it was busy I told them that they advertise a free shuttle but if you cannot get it then there should be compensation for the cost and trouble Sent then my uber receipt and have not heard back

Exceptional! Bed was so comfy, pillows fluffy, blankets clean and cozy. Bathroom clean, great shower pressure. Very quiet, blackout curtains, everything made for a great sleep. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety.

Property breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and well maintained. What you would want from a basic hotel. The front desk staff at check in was very rude and smelled horribly of odour. The front desk staff in the morning was the exact opposite friendly, personable and well groomed.

Our stay at the hotel was quite frustrating due to a series of issues, starting with a very disappointing check-in experience. When I mistakenly entered my name instead of the car brand on the vehicle information form, the staff member, Sumanpreet Kaur, rudely snapped at me, saying, "You’re supposed to write the car brand, not your name!" in a frustrated tone. This incident, which was witnessed by my wife and children, left us all feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Adding to the poor experience, the hotel’s elevator was out of service. Despite clearly seeing that we had a large amount of luggage, Sumanpreet made no offer to assist us. It was only after we firmly requested help multiple times and expressed our frustration that she reluctantly offered to change our room to one on the first floor. This kind of unhelpful and dismissive behavior is not what we expected from this hotel. While the room change eventually solved the issue, the overall lack of hospitality and rudeness throughout the process really dampened our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously so that no future guests have to face such unpleasant situations.

Close to the airport, lots of parking. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to the metro station. The only problem we had was the complimentary breakfast. Some of the choices were questionable and not very good. Would stay again if in the area.

J’ai apprécié le séjour : le lit assez grand pour 2 personnes, le petit déjeuner offert, la machine à café dans la chambre et aussi disponible à tout moment à la réception, l’endroit n’est pas bruyant, bien pour le repos. Parfait pour aller à l’aéroport mais un peu éloigné du centre-ville. Transports en commun pas approximité.

Very comfortable clean rooms with great bathroom space. The shuttle worked very well for my needs and the breakfast served had many options. Specifically enjoyed the sausage for a change since it was chicken sausage and not pork!

The room was lovely and clean. We were disappointed with the grab and go breakfast option. We had an earlier flight and their airport shuttle for 7am was full so we had to leave extra early at 6:30 which meant we could not have a hot breakfast (one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the breakfast option). They offered a grab and go breakfast which consisted of cookies, mini chocolate bars, some small chewy bagels and room temperature juice boxes and yogurt. Then as we left, the shuttle driver backed up into the building damaging one of the columns. He didn’t contact anyone, just kept driving. He did get us to the airport in good time.
