Comfortable and clean. Free Parking in fenced area

Their was stain on the sheets.. the air conditioning was not working properly.. the parking was gated .. the area seems a bit sketchy

Ice machine broken and no hot water, not even warm. Felt safe with gated fence.

If you are looking for a cheap place it's fine for a night or two. The office door is locked so you have to check in and out through a window. The staff seemed rude but maybe it was a language barrier. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer and a chair in the room. The bed was comfortable. It's gated around the whole property which is nice. You literally need your room key to get in the gate entrance and to and from the office window.

The room had no microwave or refrigerator. The towels were dirty, and the shower curtain was on the floor

The room itself was perfectly fine - clean and comfortable. I chose the hotel based on its closeness to the convention center. Downtown Memphis has a bad rep for safety, and this hotel’s answer to that is its rooms all being secured behind a fence. My only complaint was the non-working WiFi.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke, I had to get my key rekeyed like 4 times and after working all night I should not have to do this on my second night of a four night stay. I only stay here because it is close to the hospital that I am contracted with. I am a front line worker. Not every room has a refrigerator and microwave. The shower rod is loose, loose socket covers, the room won’t stay cold. I had to turn it down to 60 in order to make it comfortable and cool.

Room did not appear to have been cleaned. Spiderman stickers all over the floor. Electrical boxes hanging out of the walls. The bath tub had black duct tape all along the bottom of it not to mention there were 2 roaches crawling on the wall! Absolutely disgusting!

Horrible room, mold on the trim by the sink and bathroom dirty. Stains on the bed sheets.

Public hair in the ice bucket, unidentifiable smears all over the wall, pillows appeared like the staff had just taken a nap, smelled like 25-30 years of chain smoking. Good story. Less than savory in real time.

We got a room with mold in the bathroom and what seemed like rat feces behind the leaky toilet. There was a hair in the sink. They changed the room, but the new room had dirty sheets (stained) and even the second set was disgusting. It also had mold in the fridge and bathroom. I would not recommend staying here.

Horrible dust cobwebs mold on ceiling and tub.

Bathroom was filthy

The bed linen comforters were full of holes from burns or something, No microwave in room, curtains half falling down. Room needs painting. Mildew in bathroom. Dirty stains on the walls. Place needs a good cleaning in and outside.

Had to change rooms after the first one they gave me was dirty. Found hair in the sink and dust all over the floor. Then in the new room the bedsheets had long strands of women’s hair scattered around. I asked for a change in sheets and was told there are none available. Front desk staff was kind but incompetent. The area is also filled with sketchy people standing outside of Walgreens and Exon.

Room was dirty mattress were stained and had bed bugs. I immediately went to the front desk and said i was leaving and wanted a refund. Refused and got an attitude with me. 0/10

Had to Wait 30 min after the 3pm check in time rooms were not ready. Got key room was NASTY bedding and towels look dingy and dirty bathroom horrid toilet tub dirty. Holes and buggers on the wall curtain damaged and looks nasty dirty. Overall stay was horrid I will not EVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT

The television needed fixing

Plumbing needs to be updated. Toilets not flushing properly and when taking a shower tub does not drain.

The beds were old and uncomfortable. There were no pillows for the second bed and the two that were there were inadequate. The bedspread was as thin as the sheet. The toilet seat was very loose. No microwave or refrigerator. The property was surrounded by a security fence and access to the room was hy room key only. It felt like prison.

The gentleman at the front desk was pure class and helpful. The area was safe and quiet plus the gate helped with feeling safe. But the first room we were given had blood on the top cover and other substance stains on the sheets below. The gentleman up front quickly moved us to another room but it was smaller than what we ordered but after a 4 hour drive we left it alone. The room didnt offer an iron or coffee maker, the shower curtain was dirty, the heat never worked on the air conditioning unit (while temps were in the 20's the sheets were extremely thin and the bed was very noisy. If it wasnt for the safety of the area and us being tired from our drive we wouldve went somewhere else. But the young man at the front was a gem and the best part of the stay.

Unfortunately my stay was not so great. I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room was still being cleaned so they gave me another room and the air didn't work in that room. So they gave me the last room and the only lights that worked were in the bathroom. Photos will be attached. The Front Desk attendant said they would get it taken care of or move me to another room but neither was done

Heard sirens all night. Had to switch rooms 3 times due to AC not cooling. Homeless on property.

The clean rooms the beds were very comfortable and I will stay at this location again.

Last time I was there I had a bad experience with the morning front desk staff (inappropriate language, attitude and manner). And tonight (03/09/2025 after I changed my booking date) I wasn’t allowed to check in because of whatever that person had put in the system, I truly would appreciate for you guys to investigate both incidents. Thank you

After I asked for a receipt, the front desk staff removed some of the details from my cash paid receipt by selecting some other buttons. Then when I mentioned it he argued about it then the front desk staff member told me to "get the fxxk out of here!" So I left.

Staff did not bring towels or tissue and system was down for 4hrs so i had to check in late after making reservations

I accidentally left my phone in room and didnt realize til a hour away ,needless to say called hotel they let me.come.back and pho e was right in the room, great and friendly staff. Very helpful

Waited in line for more than an hour for anyone to check me in and it never happened. Like a vagrant motel!with people smoking drugs in the line waiting with kids there and also in the parking lot where the line continued!

Do not stay at this hotel. We arrived a few hours after check-in as we were driving from another state. The door to the office is locked and all communication with the staff had to be done through a window (it was cold out so this was not ideal). The system was down when we arrived so we could not be checked in. The staff told us to come back in 10-15 minutes so we waited in our car. I asked at the window about checking in 3 more times, each time being told 15 more minutes. My kids were tired from a long drive and needed to use a restroom so the staff told us to go to the Walgreens across the street... When the system was back up after close to an hour after arrival, the staff did not inform us but sat at the desk napping until we came back to the window (our car was visible from the window and they easily could have waved us over). The room was disappointing Pros -beds were fairly comfortable -room was warm and didn’t smell -TV was decent with a good selection of channels Cons -comforter was stained -no hot water -bathroom was disgusting and mouldy (we couldn’t shower because of the gross tub) -wifi did not work On top of this, a stranger tried to enter our room. They were able to open the door and stuck their hand in and tried to move the swing-bar lock. Luckily we had this lock on otherwise the person would have walked right into our room. Make sure you slam your door hard to ensure it’s closed! I would have requested a different room if my kids weren’t already asleep

Very nice workers very good location

I was very unimpressed with my stay here. The listing stated coffee available in the lobby but there is no lobby at all. You deal only with a man behind a cage. When waiting for taxis to arrive I had to stand outside in the freezing cold. Their internet was so bad, it was almost nonexistent...kept cutting in and out rendering it useless most of the time. There is nothing in the room except a bar of soap and toilet paper. The towels were awful. The chamber maid spoke no English making communication difficult. Other than a relatively good location, I would not recommend this place to anyone. On of the worst places I have ever stayed. One plus, the beds were comfortable....

The worst place I've ever stayed. No housekeeping for 4 days. Had to request towels and never got them. We had to purchase towels AND toilet paper because they wouldn't come to the room. Guy at front desk was lazy and constantly lied to us about bringing towels. Please close this place Motel6

It’s not expensive and it’s handy to downtown Memphis

We felt very unsafe here. The reception is locked, and you speak with the front desk through a window. People with an unsettling appearance loiter around and inside the property. There are gates to go through to access the rooms. Next door, there's a gas station, and especially on Saturday nights, there are noisy car gatherings, police with sirens on, and helicopters flying over the area. The rooms are smelly. We had to insist on getting the complimentary coffee in the morning because all the receptionists told us the coffee machine was out of order, but then, upon our insistence, they agreed to let us make coffee ourselves and we noticed that the coffee machine wasn't out of order.

It was very quite and peaceful, no issues and was 10 minutes from everything

Staff was nice and room kind of ok but I don't know why nobody in the reviews talks about the unsafe environment around the property, I felt very unsafe and preferred to leave, would like to have canceled and choose other place, nothing happened to me but I didn't feel safe.

The location (as far as being close to downtown) is the only thing good about this place. Room was dirty (walls were brown and disgusting, sheets and towels had stains) and the smell was awful. It smells like dirt cigarettes and mildew (and I smoke). It waa close to downtown but there were homeless folks and crackheads everywhere. Entire building and parking lot gated in by big fence but still a ton of sketchy folks inside the fence. I barely slept and kept looking outside to make sure my windows were still there. Find somewhere else even if its a bit more expensive, youll be glad you did.

Great stay in Midtown for the price! Location is easily accessible from I-240. Rooms look to be newly remodeled. Motel has a security gate around the entire property with access only to guests by room key which made this location even more appealing since we didn't have to worry about our vehicle being broken into. Area is fairly quiet all day and night except for the occasional whir of a helicopter going to or from the hospital located across the street. Rooms are pet friendly and motel does not require a room or pet deposit. They even have a designated area for your pet to potty that is equipped with gloves, waste bags and a trash can. All in all great stay. Would recommend!

The property was all fenced in. The bedding was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was low. The property was not as advertised. Also, it had no amenities such as coffee.
