This place needs to be torn down or blown up. I have never seen anything so nasty and disgusting in my life. Please renovate this place. It needs a complete makeover...Bed bugs, roaches, dirty towels and bed sheets. And then the entire place was caged in like prison...OMG...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Stayed 1 night

Don't leave the light on for me I won't be back. Avarice should be the name of this hotel. Roaches, cigarette burns in blanket and sheets, holes in the walls and cracks that are barely filled, toilet running all day and night. Apparently, I was banned from the property due to a misunderstanding that could easily have been resolved. I had a multi day stay. When I came in later that afternoon, my key card wouldn't work and the curtain was open. The clerk yelled and swore at me,saying I didn't check out at 11am, I needed to leave. He then radioed someone else and went upstairs. When he returned, he said my things were still in the room, but I needed to leave so housekeeping could prepare the room for guests waiting. I told him I had a multiday stay, check your computer. He looked, then instead of apologizing for the error, he quickly reactivated the card, and when I asked about a bath mat, toilet paper, and linens, he snapped, housekeeping is around, go get it from them. On the last day of my multiday stay, I reserved another day with same property through Hotels.com. It was supposed to be for the next day, but mistakenly clicked on the day after. Same scenario replayed, but this time I made the mistake. The clerk said I could check in on Friday, but then on Friday, said there was no record of my reservation, and I could no longer stay at their property in the future. Called Hotels.com customer service, stayed on the phone for over 3 hours. Never got refund or email.
