Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront

Do not reserve here over Mothers Day weekend if you’d like peace, quiet, clean and pool/hot tub time. Due to baseball league tournaments on the Space Coast they are inundated with young kids and families.. at times 10-16 kids in the hot tub. Beach was littered with their garbage, towels, random lost items. The staff was amazing and gracious- cleaning constantly but just unable to keep up. I have stayed here 6+ times and have loved every visit - this weekend was horrid though. Was never able to get even close to the hot tub or pool without screaming, splashing boys or eventually at late evening - then to dirty pool and water. Great spot for the teams to stay. I’ll avoid this hotel next time at all costs. And had to pay $7.00 with tip just to get a cup of coffee in the morning which used to complimentary. Love the location, timing was bad. Staff are wonderful!

Very spacious room. Hotel common areas and rooms are very well maintained. Great location with direct access to the beach. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Door failed to work upon arrival and departure. There was an issue with the electronic entry system on the door. I was accused of not paying my bar tab and had to come to the front desk with my receipt. I was informed the bar tender found it on the floor. It was obvious they spent no time looking for it. While at the front desk one of the bar tenders approached in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. This was the worst experience I have had from a Hilton hotel or any of there affiliates. The staff needs customer service training.

Beautiful hotel. Bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy, and linens thick. Staff was so very friendly, kind and helpful. We were unable to visit the pool or hot tub but looked excellent. Had a magnificent view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, right on beach. Bring a chair unless you want to pay$15 daily. There is a parking fee I didn't see online. Breakfast was expensive but there is great food locally, including a Friendly's( mint choc chip) yum! Regular menu looked reasonable. Many bars and lounge areas if you drink. Everyone was so nice. Big clean rooms. Quiet spacious outside. Such a perfect temperature in the pool and bubbly hot tub.
