In Clermont-l'Hérault, a town of 10,000, you'll find everything for a great holiday: cinema, theater, roller dance, futsal, squash, paragliding, and an aquatic center. Enjoy local markets, the library, water sports base, hiking and biking trails. The apartment is 1 km on foot from the town center. At the end of a residential lane, it welcomes up to 5 guests on the first floor of the house. It features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double, an extra single bed if needed, and a living room with a sturdy fold-down double bed. Fold-down beds provide more living space when not in use. You have free parking in front of the house, a terrace, and, on request, a garage for bikes or equipment. Pets are welcome under certain conditions. One bath towel per person is provided, two for stays over four days. Beds are made for your arrival, except for same-day bookings, where linens are provided. The owner lives on the ground floor and is usually available if needed.
