Convenient location but sterile.

It was terrible. I never want to go back. The first room I was given had a very bad smell. The staff who moved my luggage also smelled it. The second room had dirty bedding sheets. The staff said "this is a mistake", when I showed the stains. The staff said I can have another room. The third room seemed okay until I used the toilet. It was dirty. I had to clean it before sitting on it. I felt so disgusted. Then when I flushed the toilet, it didn't work. It didn't flush properly and I had to call the front desk and they sent someone to fix it. The room was cold. When I asked how to get it warmer, all that could be done was turn off the airconditioner. Oh, as I checked the bathroom in the second room, the towel hanging on the shower door was wet, like someone had just used it. I thought that was so strange. The shower was also very dirty, and I felt so disgusted I was not able to shower in this hotel. The bathroom in the third room was also dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned well. I felt so disgusted by everything and wanted to spend as little time as possible in the bathroom. I already had to change room 2 times, and it was late. I didn't have the energy to deal with that again. I only came to the hotel to rest. I wanted to rest well before a very long international flight with a transit. However, the stay only made me feel drained and I only wanted to get out of that dirty place. There is more, but no more space to write about it.

Very clean, modern hotel. Shuttle every 20 minutes to terminal 1 but only once an hour to terminal 2. Surprisingly, nowhere on site to get lunch with staff recommending 10 minute walk to neighboring property. Lovely bedroom but limited onsite facilities.
