Paid $200 for a room and really wanted to use the hot tub but was never informed by the front desk at check in, or the website, that the hot tub was not working. The property refused to adjust my bill even though the TPA (Expedia) called and explained the situation.

Our stay was awful from the second we arrived. Room wasn’t ready and was told it wouldn’t be until 4 unless we wanted to upgrade. Even though on the wall there is a sign saying check in is at 3. There was a sign stating the hot tub was closed. When we asked the staff why it wasn’t listed on the site they said we had to take it up with Expedia. We chose this hotel for the hot tub and breakfast. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The entire hotel smells of weed so bad that it was coming through to our room. The room was filthy. Sheets and towels were stained. Pillows were flat at pancakes. So bad that we had to go to target to buy new ones. Needless to say our experience was horrible is an understatement. Also breakfast was horrible also. There was a pan with sausage in it with about four inches of grease and dry scrambled eggs. We decided to leave and go to a diner down the road. Very disappointed

They were clean rooms and a beautiful lobby. The staff were pleasant. The pool and hot tub were closed and that was the main reason I had booked this hotel. I paid extra for a pool after a long drive and no pool? Sad. The breakfast bar was good and well kept.

1.We reserved a king bed room. When we got there we were given 2 queen beds. They gave our room to someone else. 2. The bathroom was filthy. It looked like it had not even been cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink and on the faucet and mirror. There was some sticky dirty material that was above the sink and below the mirror. The bathroom floor looked like someone had walked muddy prints and dirt on it. The bath mat had mold on it underneath it as well as the shower liner had mold on it. The towels were never fully stocked and we had to ask for some . There were no extra blankets for bed. There were food particles on the desk and dresser areas. The floor was also dirty. Common dining area smelled like urine and marijuana!

The room was filty with dust everywhere and there were visible stains on both the couch and rug, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly maintained. The bathroom mirror was not clened properly but what more more disturbing was profanity written on the bathroom mirror which we saw with the humidity, which was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke despite it being a non-smoking room, and there was a persistent smell of marijuana throughout my stay. The odor was so strong it caused my 17 year old daughter to be coughing and a headache, making it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. This stay fell far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I'm requesting to be refunded for this experience which was far below standard due to all the issues mentioned above. Given the condition of the room and the overall environment. I do not believe the stay reflected the quality or standard promised when booking. I am requesting a full refund for this deeply unpleasant experience. I'm trying to submit photos but was unable to add to your platform.

I asked for a non smoking room and the room they gave me smelled like cigarettes. I complained to the front desk that it smelled like smoke and cigarettes and he just said, ok. Did not come and change the sheets or smell the room. I’m allergic to smoke so my night was horrible.

I was terribly disappointed with the state of this hotel. The room was dirty the sheets had blood and urine stains on them. Even the new sheets I ordered from the front desk had blood and urine on them. Also the pillows were very dirty. The towels were bare thread and very old. I took pictures of the state of the room so that I would have proof of what I was expected to stay in. It's not that your rooms are cheaply priced either. I also changed rooms upon arriving from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor. Neither room was in good condition. I want to make note of this of how your guests are treated! Very bad for the Radisson brand. I have checked out today and hope you take note of this. I also got a bug bite and my foot swelled up! Hope I didn't get any diseases. 9/6/25

Bed was ok. Pillows spungy, AC worked good. Breakfast, so so, no milk, no OJ, minimal selection of breakfast items, coffee was hot, hot water for tea, check in was a wait. And 4:00 pm check in, that's mighty late!!! But still check out is 11 am. Wow

This property needs a true pick up the rooms are old and not too clean I had to change rooms because there was hair in the bed when I turned the sheets back. The young lady at the desk switched us out without an issue at all thanks to her, some rooms are carpeted and some are not so you can hear your neighbors walking. Just not a relaxing , clean good time.

The room was stated thatbas a suite it would have a large tub in the room. Even the confirmation picture shows a large corner tub next to the bed. The room did not have that at all, it had a basic tub and shower combo like any other room. This was dissappointing, thentub was the only reason i booked the more expensive suite.

Area was safe, parking was easy. Breakfast was lacking, one day they didn't even have butter. The Indoor Pool/Hot tub was closed for seasonal maintenence, which honestly disappointed me because that was a selling point for me. I was also placed on the family floor (as a single person), so the hall smelled like dirty diapers. The room was clean, but not like the one advertised in my booking. There was no large tub in my room, and the ones like it were sold out. So no hot tub, no pool, nowhere to relax so I feel like I overpaid for this hotel to be honest. Since there were cheaper options for the same and/or better amenities, all things considered.

If you like your room very cold then it’s perfect for you. No matter what the temperature was set on, it was freezing. Very noisy, I was on the second level and I could hear the noise from the third floor very clearly, so bring earplugs. Only decaf coffee available in the rooms. Not enough blankets on the bed and no extra blankets available. Bed was ok. Room was clean.

First of all the cleaning staff had their child with them while working. Then our brand new laptop went missing from the room. I called and asked if someone turned it in and they said they would check. They told me they would call me back. No return call. I will not stay here again.

Entered the hotel to find the front desk abandoned. I yelled "hello" twice, but there was no response, nor was there even a sign indicating someone would return shortly. Five minutes later, a clerk appeared and asked if I wanted to check-in – but offered no apology for my wait. In addition to poor service, this raises security concerns because basically anyone could enter the hotel without being challenged or seen. The check-in process also had another unpleasant surprise. Even though I had prepaid the room, they wanted to place a $100 hold on my credit card. They then asked me to sign for it – but there was nothing in the signature page of the tablet indicating what I was electronically signing for, and they refused to give me any kind of receipt indicating what I had signed for. It is ridiculous to require a guest to blindly sign an authorization for his credit card without providing any confirmation of what he is signing for. Once I got to my room, there was a long black hair on the toilet seat cover. Also, the room was cold at night, and there were no extra blankets, and the blankets on the bed were thin. So I had to take off the blankets from one bed and add them to the bed I was sleeping in in order to stay warm. The breakfast was good and was efficiently set out. But I would avoid this place if you can find a better alternative.

The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly, but we had a lot of issues with basic amenities/services. There were no towels at the pool, in the gym or at the desk. There were just two towels in a room for five people and none available at the front desk when we asked for more. The front desk was also unable to give us a pillow for the pull-out bed. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes, and no one came to do anything about it after we notified the front desk. The TV remote didn’t work. The water in the pool and hot tub was cloudy. The breakfast was okay, but they were out of many things at once when we came down around 8:00 (regular coffee, oatmeal, milk, coffee cups).

The staff was ridiculously unhelpful! Choice itself was fine and ice. But this place was one of the worst experiences that I have had. I will never go back here and it has seriously affected my decision to stay an another country inn in the future. I did end up calling the corporate office who seemed nice and helpful. I just think that 'local management' needs an overhaul. Whatever the case the room was not very clean, livable and something that i could tolerate.

I was relocating from another state and I had to stay here for several weeks until my place was ready. Billy, Steve and Deepa really took care of me. Some of the nicest most genuine people ever. If I needed anything it was handled swiftly and with care. I 10 out of 10 highly HIGHLY recommend. I even promised to do “staycations” here and come back just to visit because the service was so wonderful.

The front of the hotel was under staffed. The woman who did check-ins also did the breakfast setup, running around and seen ignoring a customer. When asked about it she stated that the setup person was running late. The hotel is quite a distance from Johns Hopkins where I attended a conference and it was difficult to get transportation to the hotel.

It was a very nice hotel. Close to Baltimore. Checking in the staff wasn’t too friendly. He didn’t explain about wifi or anything, but other than that it was a great stay. They offered a good breakfast as well. I would stay here again.

Overall the price is the best thing about this place it’s really nothing special. Convenient dining in the area because there are lots of shopping centers and restaurants close by. The staff is friendly but the rooms are run down. My suite smelled like cigarettes I told the front desk attendant and she offered to have housekeeping spray the room. The pool and hot tub are a plus not to mention the breakfast included but your options are very limited. I asked if I could have extra pillows because the sofa bed didn’t have any. The front desk attendant told me that people usually bring their own pillows and they can not provide any extras. Only real complaint I had because to sleep 3 with only 4 pillows is crazy.

The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet. You have interesting dining options like seafood, sushi, chicken, habachi in walking distance. There’s also a gas station very close if your traveling by car. There’s shopping & grocery stores all in walking distance. Only dislike is that there began to be a ton of ants on my 3rd day of stay. Which made me panic after getting comfortable in my stay

We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and the hot tub, but when we arrived, they were both closed for maintenance. When I commented on this to the staff, I got an angry comment about how they "can't notify every third party about everything." We also thought we paid extra for a "hot breakfast," but the only hot food available was processed egg and sausage patties.

Room was basically clean, but stains all over the carpet, towels were ripped and stained. Staff was nowhere to be found when I went to get replacement towels. Breakfast wasn’t to appealing. Very wet eggs and steamed sausage. Garbage was overflowing at breakfast bar. Have stayed here before, it was much cleaner and staff more attentive. To bad good chance won’t stay here again because the location is good.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The waffles are excellent! The bathtub needed a better cleaning. I enjoyed our stay, as it was a busy working weekend and the hotel was a comfortable refuge.

The stay was fine, however the bathroom sink had a slow drain and one of the bath towels was dingy and had faded stains. Some handle hardware was missing on the refrigerator cabinet. The pool was not open, and this was not advertised at booking. Staff were dressed sloppy and slightly unprofessional. Additionally the breakfast did not have orange juice and limited/poor food items.
