This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. Additionally, the pool area and the pool itself were spotless the pool water sparkling! After a long drive and arriving at the hotel, we found the guest coffee to still be hot, which was a great find!

This is a newer, modern hotel. The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. The pool was small but we didn't use. Free breakfast was adequate. Parking lot has nighttime security. The biggest inconvenience was the ice machine was broke on the 3rd floor. Overall, a nice hotel for the price.

Great stop. The check in and out was efficient and friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The room was clean. Breakfast staff top notch. We were traveling with a 40 foot car hauler. No problem, thy had a large area for 18 wheelers or RV's. Easy on and off to I75.

Very happy pool and hot tub well maintained breakfast was good and staffed with attentive help. Flexible check in allowed me to check in an hour early. A different Comfort Inn earlier in my trip wouldn’t accommodate that request.

Stop over on way to Cape Canavaral. Hotel was located right off of I-75 and offered ample parking. Also noticed they had room for truck parking in the back. Breakfast was included and plenty of local restaurants close by. Pool on site and snacks available in lobby for purchase.

People next door had several screaming children they were smoking weed smell was all over 5th floor smelled like a skink evelator broke down we got stuck on 5 for about 15 minutes had to take stairs down they could not get any one to repair so they shut it down have stayed at this hotel for many years but it is attracting getto people now . We moved to a quieter room the desk clerk was so helpful to us rooms were clean bed comfy breakfast good

Well, it smelt funny. We found white powder on the air conditioning vents the filters look like they have never been cleaned. The breakfast ladies were very efficient and made me a waffle and it was good,

I found two roaches in my restroom. I checkout after finding (and recoding them). I figured it was time to leave. I am aware this is south Florida and the critters are everywhere. My issue came when i informed the front desk personnel. I was simply allowed to check out. I wasn’t offered to change rooms, compensation, a sincere heart felt apology or anything!! I never write negative reviews but come on now.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family of five, and the bed was comfortable — I slept well for the most part, though I did wake up in the middle of the night sweating. One downside was the hallway on the fifth floor, which was humid and had a musty smell. The continental breakfast was decent for a free option, but the area was very small and overcrowded, which made it a bit chaotic. We only stayed one night on our way to Universal, and for that purpose, the hotel served its function — a place to rest while traveling to Orlando.

The cleanest hotel top to bottom that we have ever stayed at, bathroom, lobby, breakfast area, everywhere. Very impressed as well as the staff especially during breakfast. They were there to serve and serve they did from the waffle station to picking up our empty dishes. Just a great place to stay

The hotel was clean and newly updated. The staff were very nice and check in/out was quick and easy. The only thing that were a downer is that there is a large gap under all of the room doors so hallway noise came in easily and the doors do not have a quiet shut feature so once the hallway noise dimmed the doors would slam shut loudly. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

Bed was a brick. Only the very center 1/4 of the bed was SOMEWHAT useable. So two of us sis not sleep. The edges of the bed were HORRIBLE. If the back pain wasn’t waking me up it was the sound of the traffic through the window. The place was clean. But I would have sacrificed some cleanliness to be able to sleep since that is the primary reason one gets lodging. We only stayed one night. I was miserable the next day.

We thought check in was great. Very friendly staff. Room was pretty comfortable. We were next to the stairs and i don't know if it was staff but they were going up and down off and on through night and would co.e through door hard and just let it slam. Other than that, good stay.

I came in with a migraine headache from driving. A really nice lady named JUJU got me settled in and was so nice. I wish all hotels had a Juju like her. Later that evening she helped me find a really nice Chinese place. I was so grateful. A strange town late at night can be scary. With her help I got there and back with my food. She made it a great experience. THANKS JUJU!

Desk staff was professional and friendly. We were traveling for Thanksgiving and in our way back home. Nice, clean hotel to send the night and the rate was cheap compared to others nearby. We arrived around 6:30 and were hungry. The desk staff checked us in and provided an area map with local restaurants that off 10% with room key. We were tired and decided to go to Bob Evan’s in the next parking lot, an easy walk. The service and food was good and very reasonable prices. Back at the hotel, we gathered information on breakfast. They offered scrambled eggs and sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles- typical continental breakfast items. The breakfast area was clean and welcoming. The hotel is easy on and off I-75 location. We would stay here again. Worth mentioning is the checkout time- noon rather than the usual 11:00. If you like a later checkout, this may be the spot for you!

We have stayed at this location many, many times over the years and each year it is better and better.. The staff is the friendliest we have every encountered, everyone is very helpful and professional. We HIGHLY recommend Comfort Suites in Lake City.

The staff was amazing. They called us to make sure we were still coming as we were getting in late. Then they allowed an extended check out. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful. And they were NOT pushy to get us out of the hotel in the morning. It was so nice.

We came in at about 1:55 pm and asked to check in after driving from Michigan. The woman at the desk just said it was too early and the rooms were not ready without even asking my name. She said we were welcome to hang out but had to wait to 3. We just hung out by our car and came back at 2:50 and asked a woman if i still had to wait. She took my name and checked and found a room. i was just surprised the first lady brushed us off. Maybe extra disappointed after being in the car so long.

I like that it was easy to get into the parking lot and it was right at the end of all the stores and restaurants. The only thing that can make it better is if you didn't have to drive to the convenience store.

Upon walking in, we were greeted very nicely and quickly. Everything was clean and neat. All the staff was so friendly. Right off the interstate and easy to park. Also, PLENTY to choose from to eat. The hotel even gave us a paper that shows local places that will give a discount!
