Elevator not working! No rooms available on first floor (check in was 3pm and we arrived at 4pm) . No assistance available for getting suitcases to the second floor also pool and jacuzzi not available for use. No date or time for when elevator would be working! No discount offered for no working elevator, pool or jacuzzi! Another person who has been staying here while working in the area stated elevator hasn’t been working for 3 weeks! We will not stay here again.

The elevator was broken. The pool was not usable. The hot tub was cloudy and not hot. The room smelled bad and toilet had to be flushed twice every time. Breakfast was good but This place is not worth the money.

Elevators did not work. our room was on the 3rd floor. we are seniors and have medical issues. they did not offer any service to help carry our bags 3 flights of stairs. Comfort could have hired helpers to make it easier.

I got up to use the restroom last night… (the shower was dingy and the water pressure was sad) to find roaches in the bathroom. I was so freaked out I barely slept the rest of the night. There were several $50 dollar options in town that I passed up for this $120 choice. I thought I was paying for the safety and cleanliness I usually find with this hotel chain. Not this time.

Good place to stay for a night. Room was decent size. Hotel itself is a little rundown.. could use a thorough cleaning of the hallways and elevator. Breakfast had limited options but was better than most. We, unfortunately, had neighbors that kept yelling but they quieted down around 11pm. Lots of stray cats that were friendly and would run up to you in the parking lot.. hopefully they’re being fed. Felt bad seeing them beg for food.

Excellent overall. We asked for a first floor room, as we are quite elderly. They gave us a wonderful upgraded first floor room. It was large and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was great, with many different choices. This place was top notch!!

The room and bed was great. The problem I had was with their wifi. I work from home so my work was interrupted because there wasn’t good wifi. I was continually without wifi. This was not good especially when I booked the hotel was told there was free wifi. I was not happy about this at all.

Pros The hotel location is convenient with plenty of free parking. There were luggage carts available, which was great. Unit 206 is a handicap accessible room that is a spacious, quiet, end unit. The breakfast ham and eggs as well as chorizo and eggs were tasty. Cons Bathroom door didn't close. The room appeared a bit worn and could use a refresh. The Ice maker didn't work on 2nd floor. Breakfast area was lacking. The pancake and waffle makers were broken. :( Noooooo! Why have them out with all the related condiments, if we can’t use them? Just to tease guests. Fruit offering was over ripe or past its prime. My option was 1 dried shriveled orange. For being in the hospitality business, Staff was not very friendly or helpful.

This was great for an overnight stay off of I-10 - staff was very friendly and hard-working; my room was clean, well-appointed and felt fairly new. There was a waffle machine at breakfast which I always love! There was HBO which was a great surprise, enough for me to prefer Comfort Suites whenever I might need an affordable stay.

The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. Busy hotel (right off freeway) but it was fairly quiet throughout the night on the 3rd floor. Lady at desk was friendly and had a smile. Only problem right now is elevator does not work, not a problem for me but I can see how that could be a dealbreaker for a disabled person. All in all nothing out of the ordinary.

For a weary traveler, it was fine. The parking was limited. Additionally, the elevator was non-functional, and my room was on the third floor. The free breakfast was underwhelming, as well as the coffee - weak, very weak.

Very comfortable beds! The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast I've had. So many options, kept hot and clean/presentable. The hot tub was a welcome site after the day of travel. Highly recommend staying here again.
