Plus points - We stayed in a junior suite, 2 adults and 2 kids and space was great with a lovely wrap around balcony. It was also very quiet (top floor) Lovely bar area and pool for the kids. Good secure parking. They have really thought about families and have a little games room and a movie / play room for the smaller kids, so excellent for parents to get 10 minutes peace to enjoy a glass of the local champagne! Negatives - electric car charging won’t work unless you have a 50five charging card. There is no way to charge without this. Very disappointing and first time in France I’ve ever had this problem. Pool is freezing so not really a hot tub experience! Needs to be at least 10c warmer. There were no clean towels left either. Maybe it would be nicer in the summer. Food - there was nothing in the hotel, it claims to have bar snacks but most were unavailable. Complete missed opportunity from the hotels perspective as it was half term ski transfer day, you could have cleaned up. We would have rather sat there and drank champagne and nice wine (and we would have spent a lot more money) than gone to the pizza place opposite. This was fine but I’d recommend getting a takeout and sitting at the hotel bar than in the pizza place. The other restaurant opposite was closed (sat 21st Feb) and that looked much nicer. Overall it’s a really convenient hotel for a motorway stop and there is a huge L’erc 5 mins away to get fresh food and wine for your journey.

Location was a little further out than expected but was ok because we had a car. Everything else was great, I just wish the gym was a little bigger but it had all necessary equipment and the sauna and pool were lovely. Room and staff great

This is a great location if you have a car to visit Reims and Epernay. Great breakfast buffet. Pool is nice and part indoor and outdoor. great Bar area. Room for kids play. Love this hotel and highly recommend but you must have a car.

The only letdown was the EV charging. It should be simple to use, but it was far from it, so I drove five minutes up the road and used a supercharger which was cheaper…

Perfect stop over on a big drive. Clean, new, comfortable & dog friendly. We’ve come back again & again. Only improvement would be a warmer pool, but perhaps that’s energy-crisis related?

Excellent stay. The hotel is out of town but only a short drive into Reims. There is a lovely pool area to cool off at the end of the day. A large bar area is available, with play room and billiards table. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend.

Nice large room with a good swimming pool. The staff were slow in opening the pool one day and never any yowels in the morning. Breakfast whilst good, could do with a few extra items.

The hotel is beautiful and staff is excellent. The only glitch was the very attractive bathroom and shower room. It was one large tiled room with sink, toilet and shower but when I showered the water leaked under the bathroom door and soaked the carpet in the hotel room. I told the front desk and they said they are aware of the problem.

Muito sujo, nota de limpeza seria 0. Daqueles que você tem certeza que saem os hóspedes do quarto e eles só esticam a roupa de cama para o próximo. De um dia para o outro não tiraram lixo, ralo do chuveiro entupido, não trocaram copos usados, não repuseram a àgua. PÉSSIMO mesmo! Em letras garrafais! Não recomendo. Sério, tinha barro/chocolate ou sei lá o quê na peseira, nas cortinas e tinha um band aid colado na parede. Lamentável. E a estrutura é boa, mas é destruída pelas PÉSSIMAS condições de higiene e limpeza.

Very nice new hotel on outskirts of Reims. Staff great and room well appointed. Only downside was spiders webs on some outside seats. Will stay there again on overnight stopovers.

There are also some good restaurants nearby. Close to the motorway and to the massive E Leclerc mall and just a few hours from Calais.

Douche bouchée a notre arrivee nous avons signalée que la moquette était trempée rien n'a été fait pour déboucher la douche Nous avions le pieds dans l'eau pour aller au WC ou utiliser le lavabo

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. Only negative was that we had no water in the toilet, reported it and it was fixed quickly. However the next morning the same story.

Les chambres singles sont très petites, un grand manque de confort. Très décevant par rapport aux autres chambres. De plus très mal insonorisé j’ai entendu du bruit toute la nuit, une sorte de claquement métallique.

C’est un hôtel moderne, agréable, mais véritable problème, lorsqu’on réserve une chambre avec mentionné « 1 très grand lit » et qu’il y’a deux petits lits simple collé, je considère que c’est pas conforme à la réservation. Déçu par la prestation.

Haben für 3 Nächte gefroren, da dass Hotel die Temperatur auf dem Zimmer vorgibt. So ist das Thermostat tagsüber auf 19 grad fest eingestellt und in der Nacht bei 21 grad. Man kann die Temperatur im Zimmer nicht selber regulieren. Das Thermostat ist zentral gesperrt. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde uns erklärt das dies an einer Grünen Zertifizierung liegt und die diese einhalten wollen. Für uns der größte Schwachsinn den wir je gehört haben. Wenn wir für etwas bezahlen wollen wir auch die Heizung einschalten dürfen oder nicht. ! Kommen sie also nicht hierher wenn sie im Winter frieren wollen. Im Sommer soll es wohl umgekehrt sein. Dort darf man dann nicht die Klimaanlage individuell einstellen. Schrecklich

Das Hotel ist hochmodern, sauber und noch sehr neu. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Billardraum in der Lobby. Wir hatten ein Deluxezimmer, was sehr großzügig gestaltet war. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit der Bahn kann man für 9€ pP Hin und Zurück in die Stadt fahren. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker! Würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Hôtel neuf Super silencieux Design

A great place to stay not far from the motorway, has its own car park and swimming pool. Our room was clean and spacious (3adults) we had a balcony which was wonderful. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant only and at the bar but we walked about 5 minutes to a wonderful steak restaurant. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Séjour très agréable au Golden Tulip Bézannes. Personnel très sympathique, discret et souriant. Services et prestations de qualité dans l'ensemble.

Brilliant overnight stop. Lovely staff, very helpful and professional. Hotel is really well laid out. Easy Tram ride into central Reims. Nice restaurants and bars around the location. Even our big dog was made very welcome. We will be back! Thank you.

Not answering the phone and not caring about our needs

The hotel iz terrible, the receptionists are rude, unqualified and the room were very dirty and it was terrible experience i wont recommend to anyone

Property was nice and clean - reception was average, not able to get food even though it was only 845pm - seemed to be short staffed.

Even though property was on the outskirts of the Reims town - very convenient and easy drive into town. Restaurant and lounge area was convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though there were plumbing issues with the shower on day 1 - staff were very helpful and quick to resolve it.

Very nice hotel. Especially Amelie was the best hotel staff person I have ever met. She was professional, serviceminded, always a sunny happy smile, helpful in all kinds of way.

Great buffet breakfast. Could do with another barman/ receptionist on in the late afternoon/ evening. Very pleasant and stylish hotel. Have stayed before & will stay again on our drive from Calais to the Alps

O hotel é maravilhoso, mas o check-no extremamente tarde (16h). Estávamos cheios de mala e cansados, o hotel não aparentava estar cheio, e nosso quarto só foi Liberado tarde. Pedi um late-checkout e ele disse que não tinha como dar, só pagando 50 euros. Acabamos indo logo almoçar e deixando as malas lá mesmo. Fora isso, o quarto é super confortável, cama maravilhosa, banho impecável.

Stayed one night in both directions of a drive from Calais to Switzerland. Perfect location for the trip. The excellent service, well appointed rooms, relaxing bar and good breakfast represented great value too. There was an error made at check in, which the manager took the time to rectify over the next couple of days. Would recommend

Verkehrsgünstige Lage

We stayed at the hotel on a stop over on our way home from the alps. We appreciated the swim and sunbathe after the ling drive. The pool and outdoor area are much nicer than appears in the photos, especially on a sunny day. The room was very clean and the beds in particular very comfortable. The local area is industrial but its a 10 min drive in to Reims itself so we checked out the Champagne houses on the way home. The price is strong but we got a good service and the breakfast options were extensive.

Overnight stop on our way to the Eurotunnel. Convenient location with good safe parking. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to do so. Only downside is the limited food options when I arrive after 9pm.

Hotel was conveniently situated in commercial settings just south of Reims, within walking distance of a tram that could take you to the center of Reims in 20 minutes, but also en route to Epernay. Hotel is rather new and upscale, but with lack of a restaurant. We arrived at the same time as a Coach with 50 people checking in, but staff was quick to assist us out of the line. Good breakfast and nice staff. Small swimming pool, and sauna and some gym-activities.

Trés bel hôtel, trés bien équipé, chambre trés confortable. Espace petit déjeuner avec vue sur des espaces de jeux pour enfants (bien pensé!!) Seul bémol: nous y sommes allés un week end de départ en vacances, beaucoup de clients, personnel dépassé au petit déjeuner, nous avons du attendre pour avoir une assiette, des couverts et des verres.
