Hotel must have had a recent update. Room very up to date, clean & new kitchen. Well stocked. Comfortable furniture. Only issue was the bed seemed older, lumpy with “body-sized valley”, ripped bottom lining visible under bed.

I know this is a no-smoking hotel but the hotel smelled like stale smoke. The gym did not have hand sanitizer or wipes to clean the machines. The gym smelled pretty bad too. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Had a great one-night stay. We stayed in a very clean, spacious double bedroom. The kitchenette was convenient and the bathroom was very nice too. Our room faced the highway and parking lot, but the comfort of our bed overshadowed the noise and light. Overall, 9.5/10!

Upon arrival, you could smell marijuana in the parking lot. Checkin was fine. Staff was great, but reserved a Queen Suite with two Queen beds, and ended up with an “upgrade” which was a Suite with one Queen bed and the World’s most uncomfortable pullout sofa. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms, so we made due with what we had and shared the bed. Unsure if there was a price difference and was told there was no receipt, because I would get that through the third party… weird. Unfortunately we also had a room that smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, for the entirety of our stay. Closing the door helped, but then when you opened it, it about knocked you out. Keeping the door open allowed it to waft about the room. There was no avoiding it. Overall, it was an okay stay.

This is my 3rd stay at these properties. I have paid a lot more at other hotels and don't get the same neat and clean room conditions. Always amazes me. Will be definetely stay here again!

I booked 2 rooms One, the bathroom floor was filthy. I wiped it with a washcloth and the cloth was black. The other room, the shower didn’t work and they had to take baths!

Staff is welcoming and helpful. Essentials were missing from the room ie: towels, hair dryer, silverware, ice bucket... Carpet squares are peeling from the floor leaving the floor exposed and I tripped several times walking from the bed to the bathroom. The room smelled musty like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.

The bathroom doors top hinge was broken, so the door hung awkwardly and did not close unless lifted into position. The American flag outside is tattered. Please replace it. Everything else was satisfactory

Room was clean and bed was average, the carpet in the room was clean but still felt very packed down and rough. The shower was not hot but room temperature and wouldn’t get any hotter. AC was in the living room area with a small vent into the bedroom on the other side of the wall, the vent could have been more powerful, it felt like a slight breeze with the AC turned on. Overall, clean and easy place to stay near lots of restaurants to pick from and easy to get off and onto the highway. Would stay again
