Nice place, staff were friendly, front desk was shut at night so was unsure how I would get into my room if I lost my key which was concerning, parking was expensive and I couldn’t find a space one night but got it sorted, many thanks, John

Es war traumhaft. Das Hotel ist zu unserem neuen Lieblingshotel geworden. Der Service, die Räumlichkeiten und die Lage sind top. Toller Saunabereich und sehr gutes Frühstück. Selten so freundlich und liebevoll empfangen worden. Und unser Hund Charlie war auch sehr willkommen.

Es ist ein sehr modernes, hundefreundliches Hotel mit einem tollen Frühstücksbüffet und einem sehr schönen Spabereich. Auch die dazugehörige Bar ist auf alle Fälle ein Cocktailabend werd!

Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. Both breakfast and dinner were of a high quality and we really enjoyed them. We had the most amazing stay, thank you so much!

The hotel itself it beautiful, modern and newly renovated., very convenient located in the heart of the beautiful village with free parking and sauna facilities. The free breakfast was very good too, and the room is specious, but the very only headache problem was the bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was not flat and even.. finally we had to put the blanket on the floor and slept on the floor the whole night, plus the room heating system seemed not working. It was quite cold at night in the room. Other than that, overall it’s a beautiful and very nice hotel.

We had a short stay in this hotel but we loved it , really nice and professional, pleasant staff, amazing breakfast, spacious and clean rooms . Location just great and close to the slopes and in middle of all shopping area. Definitely recommended!! Thank you

Everything was satisfactory and pleasant experience including dining and breakfast. The reception staff Jasmin was superbly cheerful and friendly. The room given to us facing the busy street was noisy till 10 plus in the night.

Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Not a 4 star feature... There weren't also any stores open in the whole village after 6pm. Couldn't get even a chocolate bar after that. This village clearly doesn't want any visitors.

So ein Hotel halt. Eh gut… Das Hotel besteht aus einem alten Haus direkt im Ortszentrum (Fußgängerzone) und aus einem weiteren modernen Neubau nach “hinten” hinaus. Aufpassen also bei der Zimmerauswahl. “Blick auf die Berge” ist relativ :-)

Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. Both breakfast and dinner were of a high quality and we really enjoyed them. We had the most amazing stay, thank you so much!

We had a short stay in this hotel but we loved it , really nice and professional, pleasant staff, amazing breakfast, spacious and clean rooms . Location just great and close to the slopes and in middle of all shopping area. Definitely recommended!! Thank you

Very nice hotel but specifically chosen as it had a good restaurant but it isn’t open on a Sunday and nothing to say that. Had to find a restaurant in the town. One was so full they couldn’t accommodate us. The other completely empty and meal was awful.

Hotel insgesamt gut. Einige Details verbesserungswürdig. Lichtschalter im Badezimmer auf der rückwärtigen Wand. Man läuft im Nachts im Dunkeln erstmals gegen die Glaswand der Duschabtrennung. Man will schließlich nachts nicht erst alle Lichter anmachen. Preise im Restaurant im oberen Niveau. Portionen allerdings nicht. Auch wenn sich das Hotel Restaurant Mühe gibt, sind Plastikflaschen für Ketchup und Mayonnaise auf dem Tisch nicht gerade ansprechend. Frühstück gibt es bis 10 Uhr. Selbst 4 Minuten nach 10 Uhr gibt es keinen Kaffee mehr - bzw. nur noch Togo.

Das Zimmer war super sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Service war hervorragend und vor allem das Frühstück hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
