These are great apartments. Very nicely set up and very spacious. Excellent facilites including 2 pools, a paddel court anda kids playground. There were quite few kids there during my stay (5 nights). Great to hear them playing outside Also great café on site. Some things I would have liked to see as a business traveller - USB ports next to bed and dining table. Ideally, separate work desk, maybe instead of large TV stand or TV stand that doubles as work desk. There are 4 main buildings 4 floors each and staff are very attentive to cleaning. Large mall nearby (12 min walk). And all for a very good price in September. Recommend!

Nice place. Not an hotel so its manageable. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Cleanliness could be improved. To get kitchen stuff like pots etc. go to reception. You have to give them 20euros. This will be given back to you when you return the borrowed items. Breakfast is not particularly great but its okay.

The hotel was nice, but the Expedia listing said there was a free airport shuttle and that's not true. It was also listed as having a pool, which is closed for the season.

Nice place. Big suite. Beds are hard though. They do not offer airport transport. Nice people at check in. Pool opens at 12pm until 9pm. Very clean and modern.

En natt og like i nærheten til flyplassen som vi ønsket. Stort familieleilighet med to soverom, stue, to bad og kjøkken. Hyggelig betjening både i resepsjonen og i kafeteriaen. Vær obs på at det kan være en del mennesker til frokosten i 0930-tiden. Anbefaler å spise før det. Helt ok frokost. Fikk ikke testet bassenget eller padel denne gangen dessverre, men kanskje ved en senere anledning. Kan anbefale stedet. Valuta for pengene.

Excellent location. Close to the mall & you could go food shopping at Aldi. They need to add more than one Washer & Dryer at this facility. Excellent Heat & AC in the units. When it was chilly, the Heat was fantastic. Towels & Linens were changed daily, which i appreciated greatly. Excellent front desk in providing directions. Easy to get around by Bus & Metro. The Pool needs to be updated as it appears to be Old. It was Great knowing the Rooms had Refrigerators & Microwave. Housekeeping was great as they always asked if i needed anything else. Would definitely return if the Pool was upgraded for the Summer time. Placing lounge chairs near the Pool would make it look fantastic.

Apartment was spotless and well positioned for my intention of stay. Close to the airport. The cafe - restaurant was warm and wonderful because of the staff. The reception staff were efficient and helpful so top marks there. This accommodation is diversely used so was not expecting school groups to be there. Staff of schools did a remarkable job to keep them in check as much as possible with their first tastes of freedom - girls were very well behaved - boys more ‘silly,’ and made much more noise due to differences in maturing. I would have preferred a location with no school parties but under the circumstances it was good. The cleaning staff need a mention as the place was gleaming Thank you

The room was freezing upon entry and thermostat kept showing error message every few minutes. Patio doors and bedroom windows were suspiciously unlocked from the inside, if out 13 year old daughter did not notice that we would have been set up to be robbed overnight. The room overall had wallpaper peeling off and women black stains on the white bed sheets, also the corridor outside was like from horror movies dark and adding to the overall feeling of lack of safety. We left immediately even though we already paid for the room and parking, moved to a nearby Hilton. Front desk did not understand that we would have felt unsafe and refused to refund. There was no way we would have slept there even for one minute.

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom area with stains all over the counters. Water glasses were dirty and towels had stains on them. The hotel is also in a very industrial area so feels unsafe and has a weird smell.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and basic. The cleanliness was ok. No hairdryer or iron in the rooms. I called the reception, they told me i had to come down pay €10 deposit for hairdryer. Very noisy in the late evenings people talking , doors slamming etc. There are 4 buildings so its a walk to get to breakfast and reception. Also there hallways have no security cameras and are not well lit. Felt a little unsafe in the evenings. The main door into the building wss always open, anyone could walkin. The breakfast was ok, basic. Its far from the city center. We took a Bolt taxi to the nearest Metro. The area has a plaza with taco bell & kfc and a mall both approx 10 minutes walk. Also the restaurant on-site has good food and is open for dinner.

Aside from the staff who were all nice, this stay left a lot to be desired. Constant noise from the corridors all day and night, loud neighbours, poorly insulated walls. Just not great given the price that we were charged.

Checkin war problemlos obwohl wir 2.5 Stunden früher da waren konnten wir das Zimmer schon beziehen. Das Zimmer war sauber aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen was vor allem im Bad auffiel. Geschirrspülmittel war nicht vorhanden, ebenso fehlte ein Föhn. Ansonsten genug Platz für alles, Wifi funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Obwohl in der Industriezone gelegen sehr ruhig.

The hotel is very convenient to MAD airport. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of food. The suites are spacious. We just needed to stay for one night, but the kitchen and living room in the suite would have been good for an extended stay.

After a long day of travel with a 5y/o in tow we had booked a one bed apartment for my sister, niece and me. We were greeted by a lovely, happy face and the gent already knew who we must be (the last to arrive!). As the apartments were not too busy, we were given an upgrade to a lovely 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was full of new furniture which was immaculate. The beds were comfy and everyone had peace to sleep soundly. The only problem with the apartment was that the older of the two bathrooms had mould along all the seals (more than a little bit) and the single bedroom had something yucky sprayed on the wall which could really do with being cleaned off (room 2323). We really felt that had the walls/older bathroom been freshened up with the new furniture, this would have been a 5* all round rating. Although we didn’t eat at the cafe due to onward travel arrangements, it was busy and reasonably priced. On checking out the friendly and helpful staff kept our cases for an hour whilst we waited for a taxi. They also ordered us a taxi with a child seat. Cannot fault the comfort, staff and leisure facilities at all. Thank you Compostela Suites Apartments Staff!

The native employes were very unhelpful with guests. The foreign employees were the opposite, they were helpful. the reception employees were either on their iphones or talking to you with their mouth full. No courtesy in their mannerisms. The laundry machines did not work but the machines still accepted money and the pool was closed.

The reception has a problem with client service. There is none. They pass on the problem to the client when the employee can resolve. The laundry room did not work, but it did accept our money without discrimination. the hotel was happy to stay with the money and not have a use of their property. Reception worker enjoys to talk to clients with a mouth full of saliva. He enjoys chewing his cud like a cow.

Was here for a layover in Madrid. Extremely clean room, well equiped, but it was so noisy with ambient sounds from the outside, neighbors, people in the hallways, i was not able to sleep.I actually left early to sit at the airport instead. I also think the front desk staff was unfriendly

Todo muy correcto. Habitación y baño limpios y modernos, cocina práctica, sofá cama... Personal del centro también muy atento. Quedamos encantados. Está algo lejos del centro, pero si te mueves en metro+bus todo bien. Recordad que está en la zona B1 y que hay que comprar el abono de transporte que lo incluya.

Had an amazing time staying at this apartment. The staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. It is about an hour by bus/ metro to the centre of Madrid but easy to get to and all transport is available until 11:35pm and we never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Our apartment had a great view of the pool area and the air conditioning was also great. Highly recommend

Die Compostela Suites Apartments liegen zwischen Airport und City. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war die Lage perfekt, sowohl um in die City zu kommen, als auch für Ausflüge nach Toledo und Segovia. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß(separates Schlafzimmer),mit Küche. Parken ist kostenpflichtig möglich. Die Anlage beinhaltet auch eine Cafeteria/Bistro in Fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es mehrere Restaurants und eine sehr große Einkaufsmall , auch mit Restaurants

The hotel is very convenient to MAD airport. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of food. The suites are spacious. We just needed to stay for one night, but the kitchen and living room in the suite would have been good for an extended stay.

Definitely not our favourite stay. Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were dorm style, bathrooms dirty, button on toilets broken, shower head broken, grout in the shower moulding, broken and missing. People partying in the court yard all night. Food on the breakfast buffet less than acceptable. No ice to be found anywhere on the property.

La limpieza en las habitaciones es deficiente, sobre todo en baños, faltan utensilios para cocinar algo sencillo. El personal que labora en cafetería del hotel, es grosero y tienen pésima actitud. En especial una joven de estatura baja, venezolana. No regresé a consumir ahí.

El servicio en cafetería es pésimo. La señora Venezolana que nos atendió en el desayuno es majadera, el desayuno es pobre. Falta de higiene, tanto en cafetería como en habitaciones, pisos de baño y techos con moho y sucios. No lo recomiendo. La habitación 1
