They only have one elevator, and it was broke, I have to carried my 2 big luggages to the 5th floor. The another problem is no one help you with this. I won't stay in this lousy place anymore 😕

Die Unterkunft war ok. Das Viertel in dem es liegt ist sehr belebt. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Außerdem war der Fahrstuhl defekt. Und dann mit Koffern und Taschen in die oberen Stockwerke ist echt anstrengend gewesen. Wir wurden zwar auf den defekten Fahrstuhl hingewiesen aber gebracht hat uns das natürlich nicht.

The Hotel is basically o.k. for the money you pay, but not more. I was looking for a hotel with a parking lot and this is what they promise. Once arrived, they provide a poorly copied map and I promptly parked in the wrong parking house (There are 3 on the same street and oposite of each other). Hence, I did not get a discount but paid the full price due to my mistake. But I have to add, the description had a lot of room for improvement.

It was a hot summer day, Air-conditioning was not working in the room. Informed staff but they said that they can not do anything. They suggested to open windows, but it didn't help. Instead a lot of noise was added to the discomfort. We also asked for a fan but hotel staff front desk manager said they didn't have fans. He added, complaints have been submitted to hotel management to get things fixed, but hotel management is not taking actions. On top, elevator button on our floor was not working. Terrible experience, will NOT recommend this hotel

Die Zimmer waren gut. Die Umgebung allerdings super dreckig und laut. Parkplätze nicht am Hotel und auch zu unserem Zeitpunkt nicht verfügbar. Wir sind 7h gefahren und wollten einfach nur ins Hotel. Stattdessen haben wir knapp 40 Minuten einen Parkplatz gesucht.

Stayed in this hotel Feb 14-17th. The whole stay was fantastic. Excellent location, close to the train station, very clean, comfortable bed and convenient amenities. The real gem of this hotel though is the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

room was so nice, comfy beds, great shower area but shower door needed to be longer- lots of water sprays out had to clean floor up after a shower. large spacious room - front staff was so helpful in the morning- 2 guys ( one was a trainee and his trainer) they were helpful in getting us in before check in time ( room was ready) , helpful to tell us where to walk for food and other site seeing to do- he deserved a tip for how amazing he was. Just can't remember his name- but he was super at his job. would stay at this hotel and brand at another country now that I know this hotel brand. it is a super place to stay

I enjoyed my stay here except for the shower. The water leaked under the shower door so we had to use towels to block the water from flooding the floor outside the shower. Too much space under the shower door. All else was great. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is located in a great location by the main train station and within easy walking distance of the old town. The hotel breakfast was excellent. It can be a noisy and busy area but we had hotel rooms on the backside of the hotel so it wasn't noisy in the rooms.

If you like being claustrophobic this is the hotel for you. The rooms are tiny, there is no coffee in your room, and the shower is for little people. The pillows are not good and they do not have queen size beds. Do not take your kids to this area at night. The street is lined with strip bars, and shady characters. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I just do not see how this hotel gets an 8 rating.

When I reached a bit earlier than my checkin time, the staff were very nice and offered me a room without any extra charges and also a roadside facing room, I didnt have any noise issues. Very close to the main central station, 5 mins walk. I will be staying here all my trips.

Hotel itself is nice, pretty close to American hotels. The day-time staff at the desk were not welcoming at all, was annoyed with the questions we asked about how to get to a place we wanted to go. The two overnight staff we interacted with were very nice. We did luck out with the end of the hallway room which is bigger and quieter. Biggest problem is the area is not nice at all - the streets were littered with alcohol bottles and other trash and the two strip clubs between hotel and train station had people outside them at all hours. We saw those reviews but figured since we'd be walking by early in the night, it'd be fine, but no matter the time, 2pm, 7pm, 4am, there were people out there. Wouldn't recommend for women traveling solo.

Having read all the reviews I had my concerns about staying in this hotel with the family. But it was great. The street is not the best but as long as you avoid part of schillerstrasse between the hotel and the train station all is fine. Use the parallel streets to get to the hotel. Also the breakfast was great.
