Great location. Friendly staff. Very nice property.

A great holiday celebrating our anniversary. This is a newly refurbished building not far from Bitez beach and restaurants main strip. Initial disappointment being placed in a dark basement room but the staff accommodated a room change request to a bigger room - still dark as no balconies for superior double rooms so make sure you realise this. Room was cleaned every day. All staff work so hard and the owner was friendly. Breakfast is not a buffet and is Turkish breakfast so be prepared. For 14 days we found this the weak point as there was a lot of wastage due to food being served at tables by the wonderful breakfast team. Do ask for eggs to your liking as initially given omelette but realised after several days we could request fried eggs. They also do boiled. Still, a recommendation would be to set up a buffet style breakfast and people can select what they want without wasting food. Pool is lovely and a good temperature as facing the sun. No fight for sun-beds as other guests went to the beach. Very relaxed. Some vibrant music being played poolside. I wanted to thank all the teams including breakfast and cleaning but in particularly Azad, Koray, Gokhan and Umut. We hope to return but to book a junior suite this time so we get a private balcony.

There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. I had to call and request for things minimum twice for room service, fresh towels, water etc. You can’t just ask once, you need to ask a couple of times for them to provide you the amenities. The bathroom in room 207 kept leaking water so we pretty much had water daily in the bathroom which I think is really unhygienic, dirty and awful. I like the hotel but not sure whether I’ll stay there again
