Pool was drained Property was filthy Smoke detector was unplugged and laying on the tv stand Parking was so far away from the rooms Horrible.

When i walked into room 218 the first thing i saw was roaches. Luckly no bed bugs as im allergic to them. The shower/bath tub, the stopper wasnt working and when it did it drained slow. The toilet was very loose. Not taking about the toilet seat, the whole thing was loose. The coffee machine they provided in the room wasnt working. The eye peep hole had pink mold in it and i didnt know till looked out the eye peep and when i did it burned my eye. I did have a good sleep tho, because the bed and pillows were super comfortable. There was a hole at the bottom of the door that was big enough for a large rat to come in. Under the chair beside the bed was a dog turd infused in the wood. The smoke alarm wasnt on the wall and speaking of alarms, on my 2nd morning here the fire alarm went off at 7:30am not sure if it was kids messing around or a test but no warning no fire no nothing. Staff was kind. Room service knocked when the do not disturb sign was on the door but when it wasnt on the door they walked right on by without a care in the world. I had to flag them down to get some necessities. The pool was out of commission looked like to be months because there were grass growing through the cracks in the concrete, and it was green and nasty. Overall, i wouldnt suggest coming here unless you absolutely have to. Cheap for a reason. Also, i almost fell on the top stairs when going down several times because of a gap right before the top step when going down from the 2nd floor to 1st.

Old & run-down hotel. Ice machines did not work. Very noisy neighbors. Breakfast was non-existent. Would not recommend. Clerk called early in the morning because previous tenant had left personal care products in the bathroom.

Driving up to the entrance felt unsafe. Once I saw the building on the outside in its run down condition and the empty parking lot I felt unsafe and found a safer place to stay. The pictures online are deceiving.

The room was filthy, they had the sheets and towels piled up outside on the ground in the back of the hotel, and the pool was empty. There are drug addicts, prostitutes, and homeless people that hang out all around the back of the hotel. We were there for a week and could not get a refund so we had to stay there or lose out. The whole time we were there we had to clean the room ourselves and empty the trash cans. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Easy parking

The room was dirty. my socks got so dirty that I have to throw them away after walking on that dirty floor in room 124. The bathroom was most disgusting. Tub was slippery. The shower curtain was so nasty that I felt dirty after taking a shower. Flies in the room that I could not get rid of. It was the worst experience in a hotel room ever. There was a smell of cigarettes, or weed or something bad. I left the hotel after one night. I was supposed to stay two nights. I am looking for my refund. The doors and out side ground were filthy dirty. Please do better. The health department would close you guys down if they knew what was happening there. Is this an extended stay hotel for people who are displaced? It doesn't seem like a place for vacationers. NO POOL. AWFUL STAY

Breakfast bar was mostly empty. Morning attendant spent the time we were there on the phone. Coffee was old and undrinkable. Garbage cans around outside were full and spilling all over the ground. Pool had green water and basically empty. You get what you pay for and this booking was half the cost of others in the area.

This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The refrigerator was had mold, the bathtub and towels were badly stained, there were beer caps near the microwave, a toilet paper roll left on the floor, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in ages. To top it off, the paint was peeling off the walls.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I understand it’s a two-star property, but the lack of care is just unacceptable. The bed was broken, there were no toiletries, and the room was dirty. The bedding had a musty odor, and the entrance doors were horrendously dirty. The floors, both inside and outside, were shabby, grimy, and smelled awful. I honestly can’t understand how they can host guests in such conditions.

The location was GREAT. Right off the interstate. Easy to get to. Check in was great. They sent a link and I finished check in online before we got there. I showed my ID and they handed me a key. Easy peasy. HOWEVER, the room was not clean. It smelled like cigarette smoke despite the fact that it was non smoking room. We were greeted by roaches in the room and bathroom. The bathroom floor looked like it had not been swept in ages. Spider webs in the corners. There was a dead fly under my pillow. There were food crumbs under the blankets. It was not a pleasant visit and we didn't stay long...10/10 will not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Walls were disgustingly dirty, there was mold coming through the ceiling in the bathroom and also along the wall above the shower. The floor was covered in dirt. We spotted at least 10 German roaches. Back of door was covered in dirt and grime. Fridge had a horrible smell.

The room was filthy. Dirt in the bed stains and grease marks in the walls. I hope they were grease marks on the wall. Roaches!

Sticky floors/ NO COLD Water in room. Needed to lower A/C unit to 60 degrees just to get some cold air. This hotel needs a MAJOR refurbishment/maintenance. Happy to get out of the hotel and back onto the road. Left the property at 5:30AM. Better to be on the road than in that room. Never Again !! ON the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

There were multiple holes in the walls, big gap under the toilet, and a connecting door that would not shut all the way and did not have a lock on it. I felt unsafe and left on 2/12 instead of staying the second night!

Door to room was damaged- let light in from the bottom and wouldn’t lock internally. Walls stained, overpowering smell of chemical cleaning solution.

I booked the suite which was very roomy for my family of 5 the beds where very comfortable and we got two full baths two microwaves two coffee makers two yvs and two mini fridges. I also enjoy their complimentary breakfast they served it was a reasonable choices to chose from.

Place was rather unclean, needs updating. But it was affordable and ok for a one night to lay your head during overnight travel. The clientele was not good, loud and unsafe. You get what you pay for, hindsight I would of spent a little more for a different hotel.

This hotel is one up from hotel of last resort. Be prepared for bugs and things that don't work. My room had no working TV, no coffee pot and no shower curtain.

The place is old and run down. The room was mostly clean. The bedspread stained. Needs to be remodeled. Looks like a 40 year old hotel. Kind of overpriced for the condition. Hard to see room numbers.

I would never stay there again. I only received 2 towels for 4 nights, and they refused to give me more. I checked out a a day early and forfeit 1 night.

First impressions are everything and although I know this hotel isn’t built in the best neighborhood, standard cleanliness should still be a priority. When I checked in, the clerk kind of had an attitude and when I asked him for an extra key, it seemed like it was too much to do. I’m paying you money - cash on top of that - so me asking you for a an essential I need for two people shouldn’t be an issue but whatever. The room was okay except I had to call and ask for them to clean the bathroom as their was hair in the shower drain and the toilet bowl was dirty 😷 also there were random stains on the wall and idk what that is or where it came from but you can see it when you come in the room. The stains were on the far side of the bed. I will say the bed was comfy as hell and slept like a baby both nights. There aren’t any roaches or bugs so you don’t have to worry about that (room 214 is the room we had) but it could be a bit better. If you’re needing a place to stay overnight, this will work or if you need a quick place no matter the circumstances. Idk if I’ll be back again but this place is noted. They say they have breakfast but we didn’t even bother eating it.

It was excellent . The front desk clerk was very helpful andthis was our second visit in 2024.

Rude staff! Breakfast supposed to be served til 10 & was taken up @ 9:15. Called for directions and told that it was my problem not theirs to assist with directions!

I called the front desk to tell them my bolt lock didn’t work so they sent the maintenance man up and he turned it a few times and agreed it didn’t lock. I barely slept all night. I did not feel safe.

The team that helped me was completely unprepared, they couldn't find my reservation, I had to call Hotels.com support and the Hotels.com agent had difficulty helping me as not even the hotel phone was working. The hotel employees, not knowing what to do, called the manager and he did not answer the calls. In short, it took me about TWO HOURS to get into the room, which unfortunately had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Finally, when it was time to charge the security deposit, the employee charged 4 different amounts from my card, which to date, two of them are still on my statement.

It was close to I 95 exit and restaurants.

The price was inexpensive and the room was nice as shown in the picture. However the outside of the property was dirty and need of paint. The pool was empty and filled with dirty water, the walkways were dirty with peeling paint and cigarette butts. I'm pretty sure there were people living at this hotel which was not an issue but you should know. The property was well lit but there seemed to be a lot of action there on the Friday I stayed. And adjacent hotel also seemed to be worse and housing residents. I say spend the extra $ and stay at a better hotel in the area. Thank me later

Good location

Scariest place I’ve ever stayed. Bunch of people hanging out around the back of the motel. Husband stayed in the chair most of the night cause he was afraid someone would mess with his truck. If I had known Lumberton was the number one crime rated town in NC I never would’ve stopped

It was very quiet and surrounded by stores and restaurants.

Proximity to I-95

Lot of road construction but still very accessible.

Bathroom was not clean. Showed up at 6 for breakfast (5-9) but coffee was not made yet.

This place was awful. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We checked in with 3 guests. The room only had towels for 2 guests. I went back to the front desk to ask for another set only to be denied. The desk clerk was rude and couldn't care less. Their so called breakfast consisted of microwavable eggs, cereals, toast, and coffee. The waffle maker was not working. There were 8 tables and a sign telling you not to bring anything back to your room. 2 different patrons were arguing with the front desk about the room conditions when we were leaving. I guess they weren't impressed either.

We tried 3 rooms and the third room didn't have a shower curtain. The breakfast choices were good.

Friendly staff at check in and out. Small breakfast but everything was okay. Comfortable mattress. Nothing fancy, but great for a stop on a long road trip.

This property is simply for an overnight stay when you goal is to get from point A to point B. The room was respectable. Although I was in a non-smoking room, the area around my room still smelled like smoke. Breakfast was very basic (you get what you pay for). Overall the hotel was average, but I have paid for better!

The front desk was excellent and made coffee and breakfast at 5 am in the morning.
