Had a lovely week at GF Isabel over Christmas. The bungalow (an upstairs one) was spacious and spotlessly cleaned on arrival, and every day we were there. There was a decent sized, private terrace area with beds and a table/chairs. The main pool even though outdoors (and in December) was warmer than my usual indoor pool at the gym here in Scotland! More than enough sunbeds for everyone so there was no need to do the early morning towel dash to bagsie one! Breakfast buffet had a multitude of options, most items are labelled with dietary info e.g. gluten free, and there was soy milk and yoghurt for those who are dairy free. Staff were all pleasant and helpful throughout. There are 2 shopping centres nearby, both have a Dino supermarket. Highly recommended!

Best hotel we have stayed in on Tenerife. The pool was perfect plenty of lounges, it does not open to 10am so no early towel reserving. Room was perfect we had a kitchenette and the size of the apartment was so relaxing. 100% returning

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

Second time at GF Isabel and fully enjoyed it again! The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and meets all dietary requirements. The pool is lovely and the sunbeds/umbrellas are plentiful, no need for the early morning towel dash! Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Will be back!

The hotel is good but it is lacking with regards to WiFi and food. The WiFi is almost non existent. It connects and disconnects the whole time and the WiFi rate is close to zero. Breakfast and deserts are fine but quality and variety of buffet is not very good. Therefore the average rating is 3 stars out of 5

Everything about this hotel stay was great. Very helpful staff, good size accommodation for family, every day room service, great location, lots of kids activities and pool, delicious breakfast. I’m very pleased that I’ve chosen this holiday stay.

Lo mejor, primero, la buena atención de los empleados, segundo, la comida gratamente variada, y tercero, la cocina completa de la habitación (nevera, fregadero, microondas, vitro...). Lo peor, primero, casi todos los días encontrábamos hormigas en la encimera de la cocina del apartamento,cucarachas en los pasillos de las habitaciones y alguna que otra cucaracha en el restaurante-buffet del hotel (se dio aviso en recepción), segundo, nos toco en un apartamento antiguo que necesita remodelación, y tercero, horarios para turistas extranjeros (se cierra la piscina a las 18, a las 21:20 empiezan a recoger el buffet, a las 22 termina el espectáculo..).

Hotellet noe nedslitt! Service og hotellrom OK ! Det var negativt at det var en god del duer på utebordene ved frokost. Da gjestene hadde forlatt bordene tok det tid å rydde restene etter frokost og da var det en mengde duer på bordet og spiste restene. Syntes dette var uhygienisk. Frokost og maten var veldig bra , bortsett fra dueplagen.

Hate to be too critical because we only stayed there one night, but we ran into a few issues: 1. Upon entering the room, we were blasted by the smell of a cleaning agent that required us to open windows and the front door for a couple hours to air out. 2. Didn't have time for breakfast because of an early-morning flight and asked to buy a coffee at the breakfast. I was told I would have to pay for the full buffet price to do so. Only alternative, I was told, was to wait until the bar in the lobby opened at 9 a.m., after I was gone. 3. Maid service knocked on my door before 8 a.m. to ask when we were leaving. Full disclosure: I hadn't put the "do not disturb" hanger on my door, but shouldn't the attendant check with the front desk to see if the room has been vacated? None of these things was a deal breaker by themselves, but put together it didn't add up to a great stay.

Beautiful apartment and lovely hotel it’s kept very clean and well looked after, we had breakfast includes and no complaints, the location is a bit far up the hill from the beach so if you don’t like walking don’t book although we did get a taxi back up a couple of times

We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow. There was loads of room with a huge bedroom. Cleaning staff came daily and replaced towels. Air conditioning wasnt very powerful. Overall the bungalow would benefit from an upgrade and an oven would have been useful, but it didnt spoil our stay. The GF Isabel is very child friendly with lots of activities for families. Small adult only bathing area provided.

Cleanliness was excellent. Plenty of space in the apartment. Got woken up a couple of nights by neighbours moving chairs around on the tiled floors which reverberates through the building. Also interconnecting doors with other apartments have little sound proofing. Finally, I was half board and evening meals were a bit hit and miss (one evening of the 4 I went to a restaurant as the food offer was not appetising in GF Isabel).

Overall a nice hotel, but the rooms/decor are still stuck in the 1980's but it is very clean and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a villa too with it's own garden and plunge pool. It was a little annoying in this modern day and age there are no plug sockets near the beds and certainly no usb charger ports, so take a long cable if you need your gadgets by your bed. We enjoyed our time here, but probably wouldn't visit again as it's just too old fashioned for our tastes.

Had a lovely week at GF Isabel over Christmas. The bungalow (an upstairs one) was spacious and spotlessly cleaned on arrival, and every day we were there. There was a decent sized, private terrace area with beds and a table/chairs. The main pool even though outdoors (and in December) was warmer than my usual indoor pool at the gym here in Scotland! More than enough sunbeds for everyone so there was no need to do the early morning towel dash to bagsie one! Breakfast buffet had a multitude of options, most items are labelled with dietary info e.g. gluten free, and there was soy milk and yoghurt for those who are dairy free. Staff were all pleasant and helpful throughout. There are 2 shopping centres nearby, both have a Dino supermarket. Highly recommended!

Despite requesting a room with minimal step to climb due to my wife’s lung condition our initially allocated rooms was only accessible via a large number of steps, only after a considerable time we eventually were given a room with required a lift to enable our access. Obviously my request was ignored. Other than that the stay was excellent.

Absolutely gorgeous, what made this hotel so special was the staff. They were so dedicated and amazing. We will return. The food was incredible, the housekeeping staff were exceptional and the bar/restaurant staff were so professional and fast even though my husband insisted to practice his terrible Spanish with them.

Hate to be too critical because we only stayed there one night, but we ran into a few issues: 1. Upon entering the room, we were blasted by the smell of a cleaning agent that required us to open windows and the front door for a couple hours to air out. 2. Didn't have time for breakfast because of an early-morning flight and asked to buy a coffee at the breakfast. I was told I would have to pay for the full buffet price to do so. Only alternative, I was told, was to wait until the bar in the lobby opened at 9 a.m., after I was gone. 3. Maid service knocked on my door before 8 a.m. to ask when we were leaving. Full disclosure: I hadn't put the "do not disturb" hanger on my door, but shouldn't the attendant check with the front desk to see if the room has been vacated? The big problem is that this hotel does not care about guest safety or security - on the second morning I returned from breakfast to find a man in my bungalow - he had ignored the "do not disturb" sign on the door. He was replacing an electrical socket, which he said was very urgent. The hotel thought this problem was so dangerous it must be fixed without asking to enter the room, but they let me stay in the room with a faulty electrical power point for two nights, and they did not tell me!! I had used that power point for two nights to charge my laptop. They do not care about guest safety. If this happened in the UK I would report the hotel to the Health & Safety Executive. The man also entered my room without the hotel notifying me, so the hotel also does not care about guest security.

3rd time at this hotel. This was a solo trip cycling. Rooms are good if a bit dated and lack of power points. Beds are basic. Main disappointment was evening dinner which i added to my trip this time instead of just breakfast. Drinks not included even soft drinks and water which is ordered through staff. Some nights no one even bothered to take my order. Also the staff at dinner are distinctly unlikeable rushing around removing plates and food when not finished. Wont be back as i found a nicer hotel nearby.

Second time at GF Isabel and fully enjoyed it again! The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and meets all dietary requirements. The pool is lovely and the sunbeds/umbrellas are plentiful, no need for the early morning towel dash! Shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Will be back!

Beautiful apartment and lovely hotel it’s kept very clean and well looked after, we had breakfast includes and no complaints, the location is a bit far up the hill from the beach so if you don’t like walking don’t book although we did get a taxi back up a couple of times

The hotel and rooms are very nice. Also the park itself is very well designed. The apartments are really spacious. The things we did not like: the dinner buffet is extremely busy and some time during dinner time there’s a kids show in front of the restaurant which is extremely loud and annoying. The other thing we did not like is that the hotel is extremely family friendly, which is fine if that’s your thing, but I don’t want to be bothered by someone else’s screaming kids constantly. Overall we like the hotel, but will not be staying again.

Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

Cleanliness was excellent. Plenty of space in the apartment. Got woken up a couple of nights by neighbours moving chairs around on the tiled floors which reverberates through the building. Also interconnecting doors with other apartments have little sound proofing. Finally, I was half board and evening meals were a bit hit and miss (one evening of the 4 I went to a restaurant as the food offer was not appetising in GF Isabel).

The hotel is good but it is lacking with regards to WiFi and food. The WiFi is almost non existent. It connects and disconnects the whole time and the WiFi rate is close to zero. It's just the jacuzzi, I never understood why teens cannot use it, and must be 18 years old or above. I couldn’t say it’s a pet-friendly place because they have stray cats that roam around, and places are restricted even for a small dog. The night show, disappointed, focuses just on the children.

Lovely bungalow in quiet little courtyard for 4 bungalows. Quaint. Quiet. Cute. Convenient for pool. Took the time to wander around the Isabel village. Kids area looked great. Nice adult pool area too. Great activities in morning around main pool.

The hotel still looks ok but my apartment felt dated. Nowhere to charge phone near the bed, the sofa or dining table - annoying. Front door was stiff / heavy to open. Water pressure out of the shower was excellent though. Food was a bit disappointing. A couple of nights I struggled to pick food I wanted to eat.
