When we arrived we were amazed by the architecture and elegance of the building inside and out. It is a unique hotel promoting elegance. The location is perfect with easy access to multiple subway lines, on a beautiful luxury shopping street. Don't forget to go up to the roof. You can catch a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia as well as La Pedrera (Casa Milà) across the street.

객실도 너무 깨끗하고 숙소의 디자인 크기 모두가 다 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 리셉션 분들도 너무 친절했구요, 1층에 gym, sauna, 야외 풀장, 옥상의 루프트탑에도 수영장, 일광욕 베드등 시설이 정말 많았습니다. 하나의 단점이라면, 화장실이 침실과 연결되어있는데, 별도의 문이 없어서 사생활 보호가 잘 되지 않는 다는 점입니다. 화장실에 방음 문이 침실사이에 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

Avenue Suites are the perfect choice to stay in Barcelona if you want somewhere safe and quiet but still within 10 mins from the city centre. The apartments are spotless, well maintained and very spacious, I will definitely be back when I visit the city, especially during summer so that we can enjoy the pools. The views at the rooftop at night are spectacular! The neighbourhood is ideal and has a countless choice of shops, restaurants and bar terraces, perfect for people watching… it reminds me of the UWS in NY with wide, tree lined streets.

Appartement très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien décoré et bien situé. Deux piscines disponibles. Petits bémols : on entend beaucoup le métro (nous étions au troisième étage), le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable. Le parking est vraiment très étroit, c’est très difficile de manœuvrer (nous avions une série 1)
Appartement très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien décoré et bien situé. Deux piscines disponibles. Petits bémols : on entend beaucoup le métro (nous étions au troisième étage), le canapé lit n’est pas très confortable. Fabulous apartment with everything we needed as a family. It was in a great location, very central and within easy walking distance to everywhere. Very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Views from the pool of Casa Mila were fabulous, and the two pools were a hit with our children!

Excellent location ,walkable distance to a lot of places , property itself is new was on the 5th floor not facing the Main Street was very quiet , kitchen a good living room main bedroom bigger space with a double bed and the other room smaller with a single both and both had their own bathrooms and showers,washer and dryer in the kitchen can wash but cannot dry although it had a function of drying ( machine was new !)

The rooms are impeccably clean and maintained daily. Suites Avenue se puso en contacto conmigo antes de mi llegada para facilitar el proceso del check-in. Al recibirnos en la propiedad, el personal fue sumamente atento y nos explicó todos los detalles, no solo de la propiedad, sino de la zona y nos dio algunas recomendaciones para hacer más productiva nuestra visita a la ciudad. La condición de los apartamentos es excelente, y la limpieza igual. La estancia es muy cómoda.

I loved everything about this hotel. Clean, super friendly staff, full kitchen, quiet (I stayed in rear so I wasn’t on Main Street) great views, location was superb, safe area, walkable to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for Barcelona.

First the bad. As with any review, I want to start with the description on the website. Nowhere is it mention that the bathroom is open to the bedroom. No door and a window. This might be a fetish to Some but when you’re traveling with children is a inconvenient to have to leave the bedroom each time someone needs to use the bathroom and the shower steams up the room. Second don’t advertise 42 inch smart TVs and give me a 25 inch dumb TV. Third the washing machine was not clean between customers had mildew and was broken. The staff did offer to do my bag of dirty laundry. Unfortunately, they return it to me the following day, in the same bag, unfolded and crumpled. Swimming pool and gym is very small Now the good. It is a small hotel, but beautiful well kept. The location is great for shopping and a quick bus ride to all the museums. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional, and other than the washing machine issue. The room was well clean . Recommendation asked for the bedrooms that have doors on the bathroom. This apartment suite hotel is super nice and amazing. Unfortunately we , a family of 4, only got to stay there for 1 night for our layover in Barcelona. The property is super clean, modern, and good location. My two teenage sons loved the place, and if we come back to Barcelona next winter, this is the place we would be stay again!

A choice to always come back to. It’s a small boutique apartment hotel and each unit is different as we had a huge party and noticed each rooms differences. All great units, just some owners had more amenities than others. Example glasses, cutlery, and such. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful and spacious place with a good location. Close to public transportation and right across Casa Mila. A nice getaway from the craziness of Las Ramblas without being too far. The only downsides were the construction work being done in the morning that would wake us up and the AC didn’t get really cold. Overall would still recommend staying here!

the bathroom is terrible, flooded when having shower. Also, they should warn guest to lower the electrical blind when using the toilet. with its camouflaged window you wouldn't know people can see through from the lift lobby.

Every morning at 8 am there was very loved construction sounds in our room. I called twice and both times they told me they can’t do anything about it as it was the bullring next door that was making all the noise. It sounded like a holdover in our room from 8 am to 12 pm. Horrible! I don’t recommend at all!

First the bad. As with any review, I want to start with the description on the website. Nowhere is it mention that the bathroom is open to the bedroom. No door and a window. This might be a fetish to Some but when you’re traveling with children is a inconvenient to have to leave the bedroom each time someone needs to use the bathroom and the shower steams up the room. Second don’t advertise 42 inch smart TVs and give me a 25 inch dumb TV. Third the washing machine was not clean between customers had mildew and was broken. The staff did offer to do my bag of dirty laundry. Unfortunately, they return it to me the following day, in the same bag, unfolded and crumpled. Swimming pool and gym is very small Now the good. It is a small hotel, but beautiful well kept. The location is great for shopping and a quick bus ride to all the museums. Excellent location ,walkable distance to a lot of places , property itself is new was on the 5th floor not facing the Main Street was very quiet , kitchen a good living room main bedroom bigger space with a double bed and the other room smaller with a single both and both had their own bathrooms and showers,washer and dryer in the kitchen can wash but cannot dry although it had a function of drying ( machine was new !)

The most beautiful aparthotel in Barcelona. The flat was bright and spotless, and the location could not have been better. What made this stay so much more incredible though was the amazing team, everyone was so friendly and Carlos made sure that if i had any questions they were answered right away. He was so helpful and such a positive energy. One of the best reception teams i have come across! I was given an upgrade upon arrival, and a voucher to visit a local museum. The rooftop had amazing views and the gym was an additional plus. 10/10 i cant wait to come back

The location was excellent. Front desk was very nice and lend the umbrellas for us when it rained one day. We reported about a cabinet door problem and it was taken care of in timely fashion. This is a great place to stay next to great shops

First of all, when booking a hotel, I think the hotel should let the guests know that depending on which room you choose, the view of Casa Milla can be seen or the back of the hotel can be seen. The family room has no view of the back of the hotel, and it's so frustrating because it's glued to a strange building. And if there are two rooms, the second room is too small and two single beds attached to the small room in a strange shape. Of course, there are only beds and no narrow tables or small lights next to the bed. It's like a dormitory. There's a small window, and when you open it, you can see the elevator and the hallway. I can hear all the voices. I've never seen a room with such a strange structure before and they put it in a room that can't fit two single beds, so there's no room for luggage or other luggage except for the bed space, and it's suffocating. The facilities are also old, so water does not run in the sink of two toilets. And the electric cord next to the bed in the master room did not work, so I could not charge my phone. After It fixed the sink problem and the electricity problem, the sink still went down slowly after a long time, and there's no power back on, so I didn't use the outlet. Second, I'll talk about the service. I left my Dyson dryer in my room and checked out, so I contacted them by email right away and politely asked them to send it to me. But they haven't contacted me even after checking. This is unimaginable in a hotel in my country.

When we arrived we were amazed by the architecture and elegance of the building inside and out. It is a unique hotel promoting elegance. The location is perfect with easy access to multiple subway lines, on a beautiful luxury shopping street. Don't forget to go up to the roof. You can catch a glimpse of the Sagrada Familia as well as La Pedrera (Casa Milà) across the street.

Great location, we are able to see casa mila straight from the balcony. It’s right next to hermes and fendi, also great for our shopping trips. The staff that helped us check in were friendly and helpful, will definitely come back next time!

カサ・ミラの斜め前、大通りに面していて立地は抜群によいです。地下鉄、バスへのアクセスも楽ですし、近隣は治安がよくレストランなども徒歩圏内にたくさんあります。全体的にデザイン性が高く、お部屋も使いやすかったです。キッチン、洗濯機があったのもよかったです。

Beautiful and spacious place with a good location. Close to public transportation and right across Casa Mila. A nice getaway from the craziness of Las Ramblas without being too far. The only downsides were the construction work being done in the morning that would wake us up and the AC didn’t get really cold. Overall would still recommend staying here!

Wonderful area and near all public transportation. Loved our stay. Being from the U.S. there was a slight language barrier but used the Google translate app and all worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Well located hotel a short walk from the waterfront. The hotel itself is excellent, with good breakfast buffet, clean lobby bathrooms, and helpful staff. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment is beautifully designed, with stylish furnishings, comfortable beds, and an abundance of soft pillows. The rooms are impeccably clean and maintained daily. The view from the window is stunning, and the location couldn't be better—many attractions are within walking distance, and there are shops of all kinds nearby. Public transport is right at the doorstep, and the hop-on-hop-off bus stop is just a minute away. The amenities are excellent, including room service, a small sauna, a fitness center, and a pool. The building itself is aesthetically pleasing; we stayed on the seventh floor and hardly used the elevator because the stairwell was so lovely. Climbing the stairs was a joy! I highly recommend staying here for a few nights to fully enjoy the surroundings. Don’t miss visiting the White Rabbit Museum, just a two-minute walk from the hotel, in addition to the numerous Gaudi masterpieces.

Our stay at Suites Avenue was exceptional. The property is sparkling clean with a modern and stylish appearance. Importantly, the plumbing, elevator, kitchen appliances, and so on were all is perfect working order. Great water pressure in the shower, and no lack of hot water. The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. The 24/7 staff was friendly and very accommodating (thank you Javier, and all of the others). And of course, the location can't be beat. Without question, I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.
