Great hotel with great service. Spa is amazing and definitely a real good bonus to staying here. The pool area was good however one complaint I would have is the portaloos. Such a lovely hotel should have some decent poolside toilets. Overall great and would stay again.

The hotel did not live up to a 4 star standard. It has the potential to be a really great hotel but I'm afraid a couple of aspects really let it down. First off there is no shampoo/conditioner or body wash in the rooms. This has become a standard in most hotels so I was quite surprised not to find this. Secondly and perhaps most importantly the room has no air conditioning. They turn it off in the winter and it only blows out hot air. So the result is a really hot room. The only "help" they give you is to tell you to open a window. Which yes cools the room down but makes it impossible to sleep given the noise from outside. The spa, whilst nice, is not well managed. You have to book, but there were far too many people in it in the days we used it. There were guests not wearing their hair coverings and some even stripping down to just bikini bottoms to take selfies in the pool. And kids dove bombing into the pool. On the positive side, breakfast was good, dinner was pretty nice and the service in the restaurant was excellent. I wouldn't stay again given the distance from the city centre and the issues with the hotel.

The ladders are athon metal and not ideal as slippy and the top bunk has a type of shelf and my son kept bashing himself. The bathroom is great with seperate areas, its just a shame that it is located in the main bedroom. The spa is nice but not very relaxing. The outside pool could do with being heated. My children still used the pool but too cold for myself. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely.

We really liked our stay here. The front desk, restaurant and bar staff were all really nice and helpful. The taxi stand outside was convenient. The small gas station with groceries right across the street was convenient too. The free daily 90 minutes in the spa that was included in our hotel reservation was really nice. The spa had an indoor pool, two jacuzzi (nice, but as someone else mentioned, a little cooler than you would expect), a steam room, a sauna, a cold plunge pool, a cold room, a room with various shower heads, a quiet room with areas to lay down, and then the pool had various areas with fountains and sprays, There is an outdoor pool too with chairs, but the weather was too cool to try. We were a little hesitant about the area at first, but it seemed fine. The restaurant has specifically vegan/vegetarian options for lunch and dinner. We did not get a chance to try their breakfasts. Room was clean and shower had nice spray and really warm water. The hotel is within walking distance of the gothic quarter. Great place for the price.

The spa itself was a lovely experience and worth staying at the hotel. Our room, not so much. We ended up in a handicap room for some unknown reason, which was in need of updating. Mattress liner and sheets were stained. The area surrounding the hotel left us feeling uncomfortable and there were very limited dining options nearby. Thankfully the location was close to transit and we were able to plan our meals for elsewhere.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlotta. She was amazing and gave excellent recommendations for all of my interests. The next person I met was the waiter.; Mamadhou. He recommended delicious dishes at the Hotel restaurant and was very attentive. His recommendations turned out to be top-notch. Finally, there was.Muhaela the bartender who was also very helpful and gave great recommendations on dining options. She also served great drinks! As I left the hotel, Carlotta was on shift again and as usual, she had a bright sunshiny smile as well as Muhaela. The hotel was spotless and smelled of beautiful flowers. The room was spacious enough and was cleaned impeccably. The AC works well and for those of us that need the morning jolt they provided a coffee pot in the room as well as a mini fridge. The spa was nothing special simply an indoor pool however it was convenient to get away from the kids utilizing the outside pool. The outside pool has a swim up bar and lots of loungers and seating in the shade. I didn’t try the breakfast bar so I can’t comment on how well or how stocked it was. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Barcelona in the future.

Absolutely not even one negative detail. I stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect. Staff are absolutely professional and the level of service is fantastic. Room was extremely clean, hygienic and cleaners were extremely spot on when cleaning the rooms. SPA is fantastic. I will definitely come back to the same hotel when I come back to visit Barcelona. Strongly recommended!

This is my fourth time I have stayed at this property and always fully enjoy my time here. There have renovated all if the rooms since I came here last year which was a pleasant surprise as I feel it's an up-grade to what was already lovely rooms. The rooms are all nice and bright and the spa facilities were all excellent as usual. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Wonderful staff. Incredible spa. Kind service and they could not be more helpful. Thanks to the front desk especially, who were so helpful. A short walk to Marina metro stop, and taxis to the centre at night about 10e which is not bad. Great coffee shop and bakery near the Marina metro stop!

We arrived early for check-in and were told we would wait 30 minutes for a room, that actually resulted in 90 min wait. No big deal, but we could have left the lobby, got lunch, and returned when our room was available. We instead waited based on what they told us in the lobby for 40 minutes, only to be told, no guarantee room would be ready until check-in time at 4pm. That was frustrating. Also the pool had some weird policies.... Other than that it was fine. I'd say just ok.

Lots of taxis right outside the hotel. Very convenient. Room was clean , would have liked more restock of linen and toilet paper . Otherwise excellent service and beautiful and comfortable rooms. Top quality ambience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar provided free welcome sangrias which was very nice . They also provide free access to some of their spa stuff . Walkable distance to all attractions - 30-40 mins. We walked everywhere. 10 mins from Nova icaria beach .

Nice hotel with free use of the spa, but it's next to a nightclub called razzmatazz which opens at 00:30 and closes at 5am! On the night swear a concert or something was on it was very noisy at night and couldn't sleep. Check the razzmatazz website before booking

At the beginning we had a problem with one of single beds which was broken and there were no blankets. The reception was very helpful and delivered the blankets overnight and the bed was repaired the next day. The breakfast was wonderful.

Equipements un peu ancien mais piscine agréable. Je recommande le déjeuner ou le dîner avec bcp de choix et de variétés chaque jour. Réserver côté jardin car côté rue c'est très animé et très bruyant jusqu'à 4-5 du mat. Le spa était très appréciable et varié en équipements.

Bra och fint hotel. Familjerummet var väldigt fint och rent. Gång avstånd till stranden och de klassiska sevärdheterna. Hotellet låg ett industri område så det var lite sådär men annars så var det toppen. Frukosten vara ok. Stannade där i 3 nätter.

The spa had an indoor pool, two jacuzzi (nice, but as someone else mentioned, a little cooler than you would expect), a steam room, a sauna, a cold plunge pool, a cold room, a room with various shower heads, a quiet room with areas to lay down, and then the pool had various areas with fountains and sprays, There is an outdoor pool too with chairs, but the weather was too cool to try. We were a little hesitant about the area at first, but it seemed fine. The restaurant has specifically vegan/vegetarian options for lunch and dinner. We did not get a chance to try their breakfasts. Room was clean and shower had nice spray and really warm water. The hotel is within walking distance of the gothic quarter. Great place for the price.
