Excellent hotel with a great staff. Stayed during the summer and lack of a lift and air conditioning were the only negatives.

Hotel - clean and well maintain, no elevator Food - same everyday Staff - not so helpful Area - lots of restaurant, walkable, 7 mins walk to Bahnhofplatz (train station/central station)

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la plaza principal, estación de tren y donde varias excursiones salen. Lo único complicado es que no tiene elevador, el subir las maletas hasta el 4o piso si requirió esfuerzo.

Convenient location. No lift.

No elevator, rickety stairs. We used the luggage storage and they don't have a 24 hr desk attendant. After 10pm until not sure when, you have to call another hotel. We needed to leave for an early flight and had to call to try to retrieve our luggage. The guy they have to respond is not friendly at all. I stayed here years ago, but certainly won't be staying here again.

Nice little cafe and smoking area. 15 min walk to Oktoberfest. They have free luggage storage.

Property has no lifts which is fine but the whole stair case rattles so much to the point all rooms hear the stomps and creaking. Floors in rooms creak too significantly. Bathroom had a very weird smell. NO AC which means gets warm however fan is provided. Other than that the property was okay. Breakfast location was very nice and well designed.

Bra läge för en weekend i München, då vi skulle shoppa och på Adele. Karlsplatz ligger mindre 5 minuters gångväg bort. Hotell rummet var väldigt varmt men inte så konstigt eftersom det var 30 grader ute. Personalen hade ställt in fläktar. Tänk på att hotellet inte har någon hiss, vi bodde på 4:e våning. Vi bodde i ett fyrbäddsrum där det fanns riktiga sängar vilket var skönt. Liten enkel frukost med det viktigaste för att man ska bli mätt.

If you are staying with elderly people or those with mobility issues this may not be the right fit for you as there is not an elevator.

Das Hotel wirkt in die Jahre gekommen: die Matratze war durchgelegen und die Sauberkeit (v.a. im Bad) ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage wiederum überzeugt: direkt in der Nähe des Hbf und der Innenstadt!

Excelente ubicación, estaba muy limpio, agua caliente y el cuarto con calefacción Único pero que pongo es que la cama para un cuarto de 1 persona era más chica que una cama individual y que la sra que me recibió muy apenas quiso hablarme en inglés (si trabajas en un hotel tienes que hablar más idiomas que el de la ciudad) los demás trabajadores fueron muy amables

Good hotel for a base in munich, didnt have breakfast but rooms clean, comfortable and compact

The room was extremely small with strong odor of deodorant used to mask cigarette smoke although the door has a no-smoking sign on it above the lock. Outside the window were fire escapes all up and down the exterior while the location near the rail station (Munich 's red light District ) would make one uneasy about keeping the window at night, which given the size of the room might have been necessary. The bathroom appeared clean but had pigeon droppings across the window and an odor of its own sort. The final straws were the fact that I could hear every word spoken by neighbouring guests whether on the phone or in person and every footstep and door closed as if it were in my room. The other last straw that whilst laying in bed there was the constant sensation of little things jumping on me like perhaps fleas except I couldn't see any. I just needed to leave. The construction sites immediately around the hotel and the rail station neighborhood aside, it was a great relief to have checked out and left. Definitely not recommended. Hotel management refused to refund any of the stay despite leaving the same evening.

직원이 매우 친절했고 방이 다소 좁았지만 혼자 쓰기에는 문제 없었다. 화장실과 침대시트들도 전체적으로 깨끗하고 깔끔했다

Shower had mold in it. Stayed for 4 nights and never received any housekeeping. Changed reservation from 5 nights to 4 nights 2 months in advance of booking but hotel refused to only charge us for days stayed. Asked for a receipt, they have yet to provide one. You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Location is very loud. All night you can hear screaming and sirens coming from outside. Would not stay here again

Property is very conveniently located for getting around Munich. Despite its central location it is pretty quiet. The rooms themselves aren’t particularly new or noteworthy - but they served their purpose amiably.

The twin room is very small. Looks bigger in the pictures. We were travelling with large suitcases and there is no room to put them anywhere. The format of the room is a little strange. The bathroom door entrance is right between the single beds. It is none the less comfortable, warm and clean. It is very well located to public transport and to Old Town - all walking distance. We were travelling in winter time.

The woman at the front desk was very nice. She showed me around the hotel and gave me some recommendations for things to do in the area which I appreciated, but unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The room was very dark, even with all the lights on, and there is a ton of noise. You can hear people outside hotel even when it is late. The wifi also did not work very well. But worst of all was the beds. The mattresses were rock hard. I was sore in the morning from sleeping on them. The area is also not great either. I am a solo female traveller and did not feel 100% safe walking back to the hotel on my own. I ended up checking out early staying at a different hotel. This place was awful.

Clean room, easy to arrive after hours, convenient location, just very loud! Thin doors and people coming in very late at night.

夜のチェックインは人がおらず不可で、提携ホテルに電話をかけて、入口の鍵を開けてもらわなければいけない。その手順がわかりにくく、電話も通話がすぐに強制終了になり、ストレスでした。

Der Aufenthalt war soweit okay, das Viertel um den Bahnhof ist-wie in jeder Stadt-nicht das Tollste. Befremdlich war bei unserem auschecken, dass die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption noch gerne 2 x Frühstück bezahlt hätte-was wir aber schon beim einchecken bezahlt hatten. Die ganze Diskussion hat locker 30 Minuten gedauert, obwohl eindeutig aus unserer Rechnung hervorging, dass jedes Frühstück bezahlt war. Die Uneinsichtigkeit der Mitarbeiterin hat uns richtig verärgert, da nützt auch ein nett gemeintes Lunchpaket mit Entschuldigung beim abholen der Koffer nichts mehr. Die Entschuldigung hätte ich direkt erwartet und nicht 2 Stunden später. Schade.

This hotel was barely a two star hotel. The night staff (who only talks through a microphone and you never see them) is extremely rude and not helpful at all. The older lady at the front desk is not much better. Very stern and inflexible. We were in the third floor, no elevator, and no AC in the room. Do not recommend.

Clean Room! No elevator Check in staff was very accommodating, whereas check out staff was not. Reception is not always staffed, which is fine. Upon confirming with staff the day before that someone would be available for checkout and taxi the next morning, the desk was closed. Breakfast is basic but ok

O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, a pé! Atenção especial ao cuidado da Rose, uma baiana que trabalha no hotel e que nos acolheu com muito carinho!! Certamente voltaria!

There is drug deal happening in front of the entrance of the hotel. Told the receptionist and he told me it’s norml since it is close to train station, but I believe that it can be improved if they report the criminal activity happening in front of their eyes and their guests.

Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et aidant. Le déjeuner était excellent et la petite salle à manger bavaroise était très mignonne aussi. Parce que la fenêtre de ma chambre donnait sur la terrasse de l’hôtel voisin, il y avait un peu plus de bruit, mais rien pour m’empêcher de dormir. Côté qualité/prix, je ne crois pas que j’aurais pu trouver mieux. Concernant le quartier autour, c’était correct en général et à seulement 4 minutes de marche de la gare de train Hauptbahnhof, mais il y avait beaucoup de poubelles et sur la rue en face de l’hôtel, plusieurs personnes à l’air louche. Le personnel de l’hôtel m’a recommandé de ne pas emprunter cette rue comme je voyageais seule. Cependant, Munich est une ville très, très sécuritaire. Je logerais de nouveau à cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation!

I booked this property for my husband and son during a trip to Germany. Before they even checked in (they dropped their luggage for storage) my husband was sending me pictures of the outside, saying he felt like he was in the ghetto. I lost $250 but I booked another hotel a couple of blocks away so they never went inside.

Pros: cute hotel, good breakfast, close-ish to old town, fit our family of 3 (1 queen, 2 twins). Cons: no air conditioning (had to go buy electric fans because it was unusually hot and I’m a 50 year old woman. Also no elevator and had to walk up 5 flights. Did not like the area we were in - it was a little seedy. For us, the cons really outweighed the pros. But it may not bother others.

Everything was amazing, and a few steps from central station

The hotel has a great Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - very affordable for a budget-minded traveller while being clean, quiet, and cozy. Very short walk to both the Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt, and plenty of dining options in the area. There is also breakfast included. The only minor downside I will note is that the hotel is located on a side street, and I noticed a couple of sketchy people loitering around on Schlosserstraße both at nighttime and early morning. I would recommend to use Zweigstraße instead and stay alert especially if you are a solo female traveller.

5-story hotel with no elevator. For an older hotel it is fine. 5 minute walk to train station, 15 minutes to Marienplatz/Old City Center

우선 조식이 정말 맛있었고, 방이 넓었어요. 옛날식 건물이라 엘리베이터는 없지만 독일 감성은 좋은 곳이었습니다. 방에 있던 포트로 따듯한 물을 항상 마실 수 있었고 따듯하게 잘 지냈습니다.

Charming lobby and breakfast area, with a nice selection of items to eat. No elevator or air conditioning. Easy walk to Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. Noisy at night due to need for open windows during our stay. Close to the train station for easy, affordable transportation to the airport. Very helpful front desk staff.

Hotel legendario y antiguo en el centro de Múnich. Fácil acceso al tren, metro y plazas principales. Buena atención y desayuno.
