We stayed one night at this Hilton Sparks property, south of the river from Montreal in Brossard. It was a good stay, and convenient enough to Montreal to drive across the bridge and have dinner / see the downtown. I also appreciated the (fenced) secure parking around the side/back of the hotel. The hotel is a bit difficult to reach from the road, and the layout is a bit convoluted - we had to go through multiple (key-card) doorways from our room to get to the car. That was really the only drawback here.

This is a newly completely remodeled /renovated hotel. Everything is very new and clean. The only thing keeping it from a perfect rating is the breakfast. It was not bad, it just was very basic with no hot items (Eggs, bacon, sausage, etc…). What was there (cereal, toast, bagels, hard boiled egg, fruit, etc…) was decent. I would without hesitation stay here again. It is beside a shopping mall and anything you would need is close by. Fridge in the room. No microwave, but one available at the front desk if needed.

Recommended.....Very good stay, room was clean, maid was helpful, breakfast was decent, restaurant specious. We stayed three nights and the continental breakfast was getting overwhelming. Hotel is not cheap, so a bit more versatile breakfast would be expected. Parking lot very safe but not big enough, especially if you come later. Didn't use laundry or other facilities, so can't comment about that. We will come again.
