The cart for taking your bags to the room is nasty, and rusty. The bathroom sink apron was held up and supported by a sheetrock screw halfway screwed into the wall. The vent in the bathroom was so stuffed with lint it couldnt suck out moisture. The evening desk person was very uninterested in her job or in me. The bathroom tub caulking was moldy and coming off; "new" ;tile added to the edge of the tub surround was grouted with a different color tile and just smeared onto surrounding tile and grout. The toilet tissue roll holder is coming out of the wall when you roll the toilet paper, so you have to hold it in place. The bathroom floor corners were GROSS. The light covers in the hallways are very old, yellow, melting, and busted. The room was cool and seemed relatively clean on the surface. The breakfast was decent; no bugs were seen. For the price, I would expect a much better-maintained place. The pictures should prove my point, I think. Then they charged my card for 20 dollars more than my reciept said I paid?

Both elevators were having issues. One completely out. The desks in the rooms need a lamp on it and an outlet to plug in. Pretty clean, but the outside needs some TLC.

This property could use some love: the elevator was out of order for at least three days requiring that I carry my luggage down two flight of steps; the mattresses need to be replaced; had to search for an outlet/USB port that would actually charge my phone; and the landscaping was sad. I stayed here a few years ago when everything was first rate. Now not so much.

The room itself was not bad and the staff was helpful in providing extra blankets for the pull out couch. Our deadbolt did not lock on the door and the shower amenities were pretty well empty. The bottles were so high up so pumping it was difficult. The body wash bottle wasn’t even attached and the conditioner was empty. Breakfast was okay most of the food was empty and the drink was out. We didn’t see any staff to notify more food needed to be made.

Basically ok visit. Room was good. AC in lobby was kinda warm. I don't know if that was by design or higher thermostat. It was 100 degrees outside. AC in room was great. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Powdered eggs are always a turn off. Overall, visit was good. Front desk employee made excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants.
