Overall, our stay was above average. The elevator was on the blink. The open button only worked for one side. And one of the elevators wouldn’t open on the ground floor. I also thought it odd that they had coffee but no creamer. They had 2%, Silk (whatever that is) and oat milk but no creamer. I drink mine black, so it didn’t bother me, but the two gals I was traveling with weren’t happy. As for the service, it was good. And the facilities were clean. The only real negative was that the heat/air-conditioning control panel in our room (304) had been totally trashed and was illegible and didn’t seem to control anything. Luckily the room was comfortable.

Great, friendly staff. Our room was clean, and very spacious. Only thing missing was their hot tub. Was looking forward to it but sadly they did away with it. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Elevator not working properly Button for Floor 1 from Floor 2 works only occasionally. Staff said they have call in to elevator company and can’t understand why they haven’t been here. Also no eggs served at breakfast.

I liked that they had an indoor pool but I do feel like the pool could've been a little better, as in a bigger area. I also feel like they need to add a rug or something when coming in from the side door as it was super slick until getting to the carpet area. Other than that it was great I loved the space loved how they had the t.v set up in our name, parking was easy (for a Sunday anyway) and was well worth the price we paid recommend.

The hotel was nice, check in was easy. There was an unpleasant odor in the hotel and our room. Also, there was a dirty pair of socks in our room. Recommend a hood cleaning of the A/C vents. Those two issues aside the hotel was nice.

I checked in on Wednesday. Was told they clean only every other day. Fine. Well by Friday no cleaning. Had no towels and trash was full! I called. Nothing. Called Saturday morning. Again at noon. Nothing. Finally by Saturday the room was cleaned!!! I will never stay there again.

Dated, almost no accessibility to outlets for charging in the room, including old bedside lamps without charging capability. Old school super small toilet. Musty smell to room. When we arrived there was only one man working the front. He was not happy....I'm not sure what was wrong. He wasn't happy to see us! We were refused pool towels! When I went and asked I was told for every tool returned, he would give us a new one. We had no towels to exchange. We needed the towels in our bathrooms for showers. I asked for the bed sheets, pillow, and comforter for the fold out couch; I was told to come get it. I was told no comforter was available, I was given an old rough blanket. The morning shift was MUCH nicer and helpful. I will book somewhere else for our next trip.

Great stay and price. John, the desk attendant both nights we were there, was phenomenal ! Great service and would definitely stay again. The only thing that surprised me was that they said they only clean rooms every other day and we were not aware of that at check -in. We were quite surprised to come back after being out all day and our giant stack of dirty towels were still on the floor. But John immediately got us a large stack of new towels and all was resolved immediately! Will definitely stay again next time we're in Bartlesville!

Linda at the desk was SO VERY helpful, when we needed help needing to get a room for 1 more night, she could have just went on her way w/other tasks she probably had, but took the time to make sure we got a room. So very appreciated. 👍 to Linda.

Booked a double queen. When we arrived I was informed they overbooked and asked if I would be ok with a king and sofa couch. It just my 3 teens and I so we settled. The hostess actually upgraded us to a king suite. The room was amazing and we all slept comfortably.

Excellent choice for the money. Stayed here with 2 young kids and they loved the pool and the breakfast waffles. Within easy walking distance of some good restaurants. The property was clean, the staff got us everything we needed, and NEARLY everything in our room was in good working order (the heater seemed to make things colder, but the room was warm enough when we turned it off). Could've used a wider breakfast selection but I've seen much worse. The pool was a comfy temperature too. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at this hotel several previous times with a comfortable and satisfying experience. This stay was remarkably different. The breakfast menu was cheapened with less choices. The room was adequate but not as spiffy as in the past. Outside appearance showed unmowed grass and unkempt flowerbeds.
