The room was large and spacious, we had a sliding door to outside on the first floor so I never had to go through the hall or the main entrance, the same brand shampoo I use at home, and the bedding was nice, clean and comfy. I slept well. Breakfast was good. The pool offered a nice shallow kids pool which was very warm for my son. Two slides for him also. Hot tub and a sauna.

Room was clean and nice. Had an excellent breakfast. The sauna was nice too. Cute little splash pad but definitely made for much younger children and our 6 year old was not interested. Pictures made it look bigger. Hot tub was closed and only got a days notice before our visit so we were very disappointed as we chose this hotel as one of the amenities we wanted.

We were welcomed very warmly and were surprised to find complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby. The room was one of the most spacious we've had at a Holiday Inn Express, and the pool area is large and clean with an additional kiddie pool. The breakfast room was very clean; the attendant kept everything well stocked and was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was great. The only down fall I had was the hot tub the jets shot up towards your head, the upper ones the lower ones shot out straight across but any other hot tub I have been in the jets don’t shoot up towards your head very uncomfortable. Had to turn jets off, would have been nice to have a timer switch had to use emergency stop to turn off.

It was terrible. Would never stay here again. If you want sleep, it's probably quieter in a factory. It was like a daycare zoo with hundreds of kids (quite literally) that were allowed to roam free screaming in the hallway banging the doors that were all propped open with the security latch. When kids open those, they don't shut them quietly. All night screaming and banging. Might have been quiet from 4am to 6am. I called front desk. Nothing changed. Shower was full of someone else's hair. Gross. Then after minimal sleep, go down for breakfast at 940am to be told there's nothing to eat because it only runs until 10 and we needed to get their much earlier. The pillows are so weak that when you lay your head down the only thing supporting your head IS THE PILLOW CASE!! Darkening drapes wouldn't close all the way, and so it stayed bright in the room. Worst. Hotel. Stay. Ever. And we travel enough to know what good and bad stays are. This is not a hotel but a kids playground with pool.

We had a great time in the kiddie pool with our granddaughter. The room was nice and large and the pillows were so nice. The sheets were very comfortable too. Everything was fresh and clean. Loved that they use refillable bathroom products. We would use this hotel again for sure.

Every single footstep could be heard from above the room and next to my room, It sounded like someone was doing jumping jacks until midnight. Tub wall had a very large hair ball left behind from the previous renter.

Other than the paper thin walls, baby crying all night next door, that was then followed up by the strong smell of weed coming from under the adjoining door (yes from the same room as the crying baby), had to olace several towel under door to stop from drifting over - yes we called the front desk they didn't know what to do, and didn't do anything- it was a fine stay. The breakfast was your averagr hotel breakfast. Staff was very nice. Pullout sofa wasn't worst but there is a bar and the mattress is thin.

The hotel itself is nice, clean. But I’ve stayed two different times now and each time has been a terrible experience with regards to noise. I specifically requested a top floor room due to noise concerns. I didn’t get that. Paid $240 for “maybe” 3 1/2 hours of sleep. Terrible!

Heidi at the front desk was great fixing our little check in issue! Hotel is modern, offers a beautiful breakfast that was well staffed by a very friendly person. Rooms were clean and correctly stocked with necessities. Pool area was clean and in working order. We all had a great stay.

When booking ask if there are any large groups staying there. We had kids from a hockey tournament. Loud all night. Doors slamming running in the halls and parents partying in the lobby area. Hotel itself and breakfast was great. Great staff

The hotel, as a whole, felt very new, fresh, and updated. Continental breakfast was great too. Again, the staff was wonderful here - walking around making sure everyone had what they needed, making sure the food supply never ran out, etc. There is a pool; though I can’t speak to it because I didn’t get a chance to use it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in the area!

Extremely clean - walked in the front door to a very clean smelling, bright, and clean hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful - During our overnight stay, we came into contact with 5 different employees. Every single one of them asked how we were, if they could get us anything, or help in any way. They simply took a moment to treat us the way human beings should treat one another - with kindness and authenticity. One employee took a few moments to pick up and hug a little girl who walked toward her looking for attention. The little girl was all smiles. While finishing our breakfast, this particular employee went to each table asking if she could dispose of our finished plates. She said she was happy to do this so we could just relax and enjoy our morning. WHAT!? Am I on another planet. This was AMAZING! Extremely efficient - Our room was ready way ahead of schedule. We were heading to a wedding and they made sure to let us check in so we could get to the venue on time. Delicious Breakfast - A great variety, healthy options, sweets, and multiple drink options. Respectful - They want to make sure their guests get rest, but can have fun, too. They reminded a large group that quiet hours were at 10pm, but they could head to the pool to continue their conversation and hang-out. I totally respect that! Not everyone in the hotel is a night owl and needs rest for whatever their next day brings. So appreciated that!

Booked a king room but was givien 2 queen beds was told nothing they could do. Heat pump outside our room (104) sounded like a semi running on and off every 15 min made it hard to sleep. Other than this nice clean place.

Great staff and perfect location, the family needed a one day getaway for valentines day and they accommodated us. Definitely going to be staying here again whenever a staycation is needed, also a great place for those that visit from out of town close to shopping roughly 5 to 10 minutes from rib mountain where the shopping district is but yet away from the noise and relaxing for the entire family.
