great hotel located in centro storico, easy to walk to many locations including Lama Monachile. Great central spot to stay but would just mention that if you drive the parking is an easy 9-10 minute walk with a mix of flat and cobble stone type sidewalks and with only a small up hill. The parking is super easy and costs 25 Euro daily (so just fyi). The hotel rooms themselves are like small apartment units , they are very spacious and have everything you need. The main reception is located in one area while the rooms are spread out across the old town, which is pretty cool but again does require being a bit mobile with your bags so just pack light so you’re not lugging a giant suitcase around. AC works great for these hot summer months. The Restaurant associated with the hotel is soo good so def recommend giving it a try and do the tasting menu!

This place is an apartment - we has 4 adults 2 children we stayed for 3 nights . They did not provide enough towels or toilet paper . One side of the apartment is ground floor with a little kitchenette somewhat helpful if you need to boil some hot water for coffee. Another side of the apartment is in second floor and 3rd floor with a lot of stairs. If you are not strong enough you can’t carry your luggage up there . We left all our stuff in the first floor and divided its in multiple plastic bags to carry its up . No coffee , no breakfast, no cleaning,no guidance how to get to town or where to eat , you get zero help from staff . The worst issue is no WiFi connection inside the apartment. Imagine this is your first time and you can’t use your phone to get directions? Everytime I need to Google where to go I have to walk around the neighborhood to get signal. Also the cellular doesn’t work well here . Did Bring the issue to the staff but the situation didn’t improve , they sent someone and the wifi worked for about 4 hours -after that it’s dead and we not even bothered to ask anymore. To be fair the location is very convenient it’s walkable to the center Lama Monachile about 7 min walk. My family and I travel to Italy every summer and we stayed 3,4 weeks each time . My recommendation is stay at the hotel it’s come with 24 hours front desk .They will help you with luggage ,concierge for a fees but I rather do that than feel stranded in a town I never been before .
