The AC was so high that even after turning it off, the room was an absolutely uncomfortable ICEBOX. I decided to go down to the sauna while awaiting (in vain) for the room temperature to normalise, only to discover that the sauna, for the SECOND time I have stayed here, was not open. Nor was staff around to offer assistance. Such is life. I could at least watch the news… Or, so I thought. CNN International was actually just a blank screen… I expect far more for a 4-Star hotel. Still, the feather pillows were a highlight…

El hotel se encuentra actualmente en obras y no lo sabes hasta que llegas allí.Las habitaciones no se ven afectadas pero la entrada principal y la zona de buffet/restaurante sí. Personal amable, a 2 minutos del aeropuerto y en general buenas habitaciones. Lo recomiendo.

We were not informed that a renovation was ongoing hence no bar lounge and dining room. All was in a conference room with limited comfort. Breakfast was of low standard. And the curtain was broken in our room where we also had only one toilet roll for 3 adults.

The room was great, tidy. I was able to check in early which was nice. Only thing i found odd was a weird stain on one of the towels that I left on the floor. Luckily it was just me for one night. But I would think staff would check towels prior to placing them in rooms.

In general, the hotel was fine. They were understaffed, so check-in took a long time. When it was my turn, I was greeted by a friendly staffer. My problem was discovered the next morning. When I got out of box, I found several large rust-colored spots on the side of the boxspring and cuts in the boxspring. I am not sure if it was blood or something else. The stains were so large that the hotel staff had to have seen it. I was immediately worried about what hygienic problems I could develop. I stayed at the hotel, because I had had to be at the airport at 5 AM, so I had no time to report it. When I returned home, I let the hotel know about the stained boxspring. I got silence for a long time. Someone eventually replied and assured me that the boxspring was going to be thrown out and there would be a meeting to find out how it happened. I was offered spa credit. I was unhappy with the amount of time it took to get a reply and offering spa credit at an airport hotel in a city that I have no plans to visit. My grandmother cleaned hotel rooms, so I am truly worried about the people who had to make that bed.

We only stayed one night. We arrived from Milan to Hamburg and we couldn't be more happier to know that the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the airport. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and new. The rooms are spacious, have coffee (machine) and iron board! We had a great stay because it is so convenient.

Generally a nice hotel, however the hotel was full of dogs which unfortunately had a negative effect on the experience. Essentially cleaning was challenging as it was impossible for the cleaning staff to keep up with cleaning after the many dogs, hence dog excrements could be seen on carpets and floors. My wife even threw up after breakfast because of that. Furthermore no room service was available and only 1 elevator was working which meant significant queuing and waiting time. We stayed New Year’s Eve after a long overseas flight. We cannot recommend staying at this hotel on New Year’s Eve, unless you need a hotel room for your dog. On the positive side the hotel room was silent and the breakfast was good. We were also well received at the reception on check inn.

Very handy for the airport, just a few minutes away, but an expensive stay. Beds were very comfortable, though the pillows were much tooo soft. Felt smothered. Firmer pillows would be welcomed. How about putting the tray of coffee maker and cups etc on the table - much easier to reach especially for a 5 footer like me! :)

Getting there was a challenge as the hotel does not have parking but our ride managed to find a space in airport parking after waiting a while. The location is great - walk across the drop-off zone to the terminal. Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Udtrækssengen (sove sofaen) var virkelig ringe. Man kunne mærke samtlige fjedre, så det blev desværre ikke en god nats søvn. Værelset og hotellet i sin helhed var flot og lækker morgenmad. Men vi bookede hovedsageligt for at være udvilet til en lang flytur, det lykkedes ikke.

It's nice and close to the airport. We were on the 4th floor in the Superior rooms. Worth the upgrade, but noise insulation could be better (not even from planes but rather adjoining rooms). Coffee machine broken in room, Minibar was empty. It's convenient and clean, albeit a bit pricey for the service you're getting imo. Would recommend if you have to catch an early flight the next morning

The queue for check in was over an hour and lasted for several hours as more people arrived. They really need a better process for check-in. Staff were nice, but as a platinum member, I didn’t receive any of my benefits nor acknowledgement of it, if there was a reason.

Spending the night here in itself was decent. Problem arose when it turned out, after we left, that the hotel had overcharged me 125 Euro. They didn’t notice themselves, and they only reacted when I reached out to them. If I hadn’t looked at my bank statement, they would have done absolutely nothing about it. They have reimbursed the money afterwards. This is now resulting in an extra cost for me, as I am being charged with both a difference in currency conversion as well as a fee for foreign country card use. After making the hotel aware of this, they have completely ignored me. I cannot explain how poor service this is, and it’s disgraceful to put it mildly, that Radisson would treat their clients like that. They should know better.

The rooms are Ok for an airport hotel, but checkin was horrible, it took a lot of time (I clocked that each person was taking about 10 minutes to check in and it was a big queue). At the time of my check in the person in the checkin desk started to explain that they were overbooked and that they had no rooms with big beds as we have booked. I complained and said it was not my problem and he finally gave the room I booked! but at the end of the check in process he looked at me and said "I hope we do not have problems with you in the future" with a menance attitude and bad manner. In summary not staying here again, the hotel is overpriced and with such attitude of the hotel personel I will not return. They can not abuse like thiis because they are the only hotel in the airport. Its a pitty because I could see that Radisson has made a big investment in renewing the rooms, now they should train their people or hire proper ones.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times now and always had the same great experience. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff is professional and friendly. You can’t beat the two minute walk to the terminal at any time of the day when catching a flight home or to anywhere else.

Das Zimmer war hervorragend und das Reinigungspersonal für das Zimmer sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, insbesondere weil wir unser frischgeborenes Kind dabei hatten. Das Personal an der Reception war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das es trotzdem nur 3 Sterne gibt hängt mit dem Personal des Restaurants und auch der Qualität des Essens zusammen. Das männlich Personal im Restaurant strotzte nur so von Arroganz und männlicher Überheblichkeit gepaart mit mit einer Frauenfeindlichkeit wie ich sie noch nicht in dieser Art erlebt habe. Das Essen ist qualitativ unterirdisch und den Preis in keiner Art und Weise wert. Müsste nur das Restaurant bewertet werden wären das dann minus 5 Sterne!

Würde da nicht wieder ein Abendessen essen. Sehr geringe Auswahl in Menü. Sehr niedrige Qualität von angebotene Gerichte . Bruschetta wurde uns mit ganz verbrannten Brot gebracht . Und die Kellnerin hat uns gesagt, dass solche verbranntes Landbrod bekommen die so geliefert . Überteure Preise von Speisen und Getränken. Weil in Flughafen gibt es keine konkreten wo kann man gutes Essen zu bekommen, die Gäste sind da einfach gezwungen in Hotel zu essen ..
