The hosts were great! They even helped us to park our rental car in the tiny parking spot in front of the building! They were very kind and accommodating. Everything was lovely in our room. The family room with a king bed and bunk beds is on the ground level, so the window opens onto the street, FYI. We really enjoyed our stay.

The street was blocked by construction so we had a terrible time getting to it. Then the parking was a nightmare. Very tight. The room was tiny and up several flights of stairs. Once parked the town was delightful.

Pretty good hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room overall is comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was delicious. Parking is available outside and if requested you can reserve a spot in the garage. Small complaint is that the toilet was not cleaned after our first night, we had to go down to the service desk and ask. However, toilet was kept cleaned after. Overall a solid hotel and not to expensive.

El hotel es pequeño, sencillo, pero bien cuidado y muy limpio. La pareja que está en recepción es muy agradable y servicial. La habitación doble es muy pequeña, igual que el lavado. La entrada y salida del pk. es difícil y el sr. que está en recepción es el que te acompaña para ir indicándote cada vez. Es caro, 20€ dia. No hay ascensor, pero ayudan a subir y bajar las maletas. Desayuno correcto, aunque hay opciones mas baratas muy cerca. Justo al lado hay un edificio en obras de gran enverdagura. Checking in was easy and the gentleman was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, so is ideal for those about to leave France or who have just arrived and looking for an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very clean and tidy and quiet.

Great location and a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel. Only spent one night and had an early start - not too early but sadly before breakfast. Small room but all we needed for a short stay. Walking distance to the main areas of St Malo. Managed to get paid parking on street. Friendly and helpful reception. Decent value hotel.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the water pressure in the shower good, and the staff friendly and helpful. We could open the windows for fresh air. I would readily recommend this hotel to others.

Charming place inside the walled area of the old city. The only problem was the “shower”. In a spacious bathroom there was only a tub with a hand held shower attachment. No mount for it and no tub surround , curtain or anything to keep water confined to the tub. We ended up just taking a bath in the tub, a risky enterprise for anyone for whom climbing in and out of a slippery tub is not easy. Or safe.

Such a lovely welcome - they couldn’t have been more helpful. Hotel was perfectly placed, central for restaurants yet tucked away in the corner of intramuros. 30 second walk to the beach which was very welcome as it was really hot. Comfy beds & reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely small hotel in Saint-Malo run by a very helpful couple. They kindly changed my room to the ground floor so I could avoid stairs (no elevator). The location is at the south end of the walled city and was very quiet, but convenient to restaurants and just a half-block from a view of the sea through an arc in the city walls.Comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast in the sunroom.

Great place!! The owners of the hotel could not be anymore friendly. They were so helpful and accommodating. Our room was small, but it was super clean and the shower was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as well. The hotel is in a great location very close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
