Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Blick auf die Promenade und das Meer. Mehrere fantastische Pools und Bars. Es hat auch ruhige Ecken wo man für sich sein kann. Das Halbpension-Buffet ist sehr vielseitig und schmackhaft. Allerdings muss man aufgrund der Grösse des Hotels etwas und der viele än Leute etwas anstehen. Schade, dass die Tennisplätze und der Parkplatz nicht im Preis inklusive ist.

Fint hotell med fina faciliteter att njuta av. Förutom bubbelpoolen som har en temperatur på 31 grader är det två andra pooler som är uppvärmda till 28 samt 24 grader. Stora poolen har en temperatur på 21 grader och observera att hotellet inte har någon barnpool för de yngsta. Rummen är fräscha och rena, barnklubben upplevde vi inte användes mycket (av 3 gånger vi var där var vi ensamma med vårt barn) utan det är mini-discot på eftermiddagen som är väldigt populärt. Det finns en del restauranger på området, den japanska-köttrestaurangen samt café del mar (observera dock att ljudnivån är väskor hög) är de vi föredrog. Den italienska restaurangen var helt okej, vår lax som serverades va intill rå när vi fick den fast den skulle vara stekt/grillad enligt menyn. Middagsbuffén vad helt okej dock väldigt mycket folk. Frukostbuffén är bättre än de två andra Lopesan hotellen i området. Trevlig ”terrass” där man kan njuta av show på kvällarna. Parkeringen på hotellet kostar 16 E per natt, parkering på gatan är gratis och man lyckas hitta det i närheten vissa dagar beroende på hur mycket man använder bilen om man har bil.

Vielseitiges Angebot bei Essen und Sportkursen, Lage am Meer und schöner Garten. Gym, Spa und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen.

Enesete minuset er at det er for lite solsenger, de går rundt å samler opp hånduker for de som har "reservert" solsenger en gang om morgenen men blir fortsatt veldig vanskelig å finne en ledig

The are many very large and very nice pools on the property. We couldn't find the time to visit them all. They have several good dining options at the hotel. The spa is extremely nice, but book a day in advance. Lots of shops nearby too. And there is a casino right there in the hotel.

Wir haben sieben Nächte im Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa verbracht und eine wirklich schöne Zeit gehabt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das stets freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass viele Pool-Liegen schon früh durch Handtücher reserviert wurden, obwohl die Gäste oft stundenlang nicht anwesend waren – hier wäre eine konsequentere Regelung wünschenswert. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Entlang der Promenade finden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, und der weitläufige Strand ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden das Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

The facility was first class. It was stress free providing plenty of relaxing options. Pools were fantastic.

This place is beautiful, classy and clean

Het hotel is erg mooi maar ook erg kolossaal, er zijn veel zwembaden en bedjes maar er zijn er al veel bezet door handdoeken, dit mag niet maar er is geen controle op. Verder werden de bedden niet verschoond, We zijn hier na een week om gaan vragen, toen werd het direct gedaan. Bij een 5 sterren hotel verwacht ik dit gewoon, ook in de avond de bedden open leggen en handdoeken controleren werd niet gedaan. Het ontbijt is erg chaotisch, er is heel veel keus maar het is wel elke dag hetzelfde, kleine dingen zoals tissues, vanitysets werden niet aangevuld. Kortom een mooi hotel maar niet 5 sterren waardig en daardoor is het te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Very nice property genuine 5 star hotel, spotlessly clean

Purtroppo è stato un succedersi di eventi spiacevoli, disservizi e complain senza sosta . Nulla ha funzionato . La camera aveva un odore sgradevole e abbiamo dovuto cambiarla. Nonostante l’upgrade anche la sostituta aveva condizioni igieniche precarie. Muffa sparsa sulla jacuzzi, frigobar con incrostazioni e residui di cibo , presenza di ciocche di capelli nelle tazze per il caffè ( ovviamente dei precedenti clienti ) e così via . Siam stati aggrediti al buffet due volte per incomprensioni dei camerieri che si sono subito scusati ma ormai l’umore era andato . Abbiamo dovuto prendere farmaci perché nessuno sapeva dire gli ingredienti a cena e c’è stata una grave reazione allergica . Il servizio clienti si limitava solo a scusarsi . Nonostante le numerose segnalazioni l’acqua era sempre fredda e nessuno ha risolto il problema . Una vacanza piena di episodi così, tutti documentati con video e foto . Per legge in questo caso c’è il rimborso .

Loved the hotel and staff really helpful. Unfortunately we had to move room to noise however staff were brilliant at resolving all issues. Would give 5/5 however noise for us was a problem and I also couldn’t find out a lot of information about neighbouring things to do so felt confined to the hotel! It was beautiful though and the team were fantastic xxx

Unfriendly staff, caos in the breakfeast, the room are dark and far from expectet standards. We had a master suite and it look more as a standard poor big room. The beds are also bad.

Centrally located, close to the dunes. Rooms are a little worn out, but overall, a very nice play to stay.

1st I should say the pool area is superb and the location excellent but nothing else about the property is 5*. Sun loungers really uncomfortable. Balcony and bedroom furniture really cheap and scruffy and uncomfortable to use. Beds very hard (some may like this). No night time maid service, tiny old bath towels. Maybe we are hard to please but this doesn’t feel like other 5* accommodation we have visited.

La propiedad está muy limpia bonita con buena ubicación cerca de tiendas y restaurantes,lo que no me gustó es que pasamos calor el aire en los cuartos no enfriaba y en las noches pasamos calor,el técnico fue lo revisó pero seguimos con el mismo calor

Superb pool area, our room was hot and noisy with the patio door open as we were next to the AC condensers. The AC in our room was not fit for purpose, 22 c was the minimum setting. Not a 5 star experience for us.

Wunderbares Hotel es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln, wirklich nicht. Pool gigantisch, Service perfekt, Anlage wunderschön, Essen perfekt, Zimmer perfekt, Betten weltklasse. Eine Kleinigkeit gibt es leider trotzdem zu bemängeln, die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist auf 22°C begrenzt, leider... hier wären wenigstens 20°C wünschenswert (vorallem zum schlafen...) dann würden wir sofort wieder kommen.

Big rooms, big bed, great shower. Swimming pools beautiful. Enough sunbeds. Breakfast, lunch and cocktails also good. We had dinner outside the residents. Enough to choose from on walking distance. Further everything was clean. Only thing was that we had for a hour one time in the morning no electricity in the room and the last evening/night/ morning no airco. And you hear in the room a lot of noice when your neighbor goes showering. But would come back and also recommend it to friends and family.

A very nice hotel with a lovely location near the beach and promenade. Many beautiful and large pools, but a little too few sun loungers. We had to walk around every day before finding something free. The room was large and nice as expected with a nice garden view. The food was good and had a large selection for both breakfast and dinner, but a lot of people which meant that there was a bit of a queue and noise when you had to pick up food. The garden around the hotel was idyllic, with a lot of trees and plants.

The hotel itself is beautiful. A very welcoming reception which incidentally smelt lovely. A welcome drink was provided and the cases were put in our room and we weren't obliged to tip like in the US. The pool is breathtakingly beautiful and is the largest I have ever been in. Plenty big enough for the guests with an additional lagoon pool. The staff were really helpful when I had a problem with my outgoing shuttle. My only criticism would be the layout of the buffet - very congested and the food was OK but nothing outstanding.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I found that the rooms are getting tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the showers. Bar service was very slow and room cleaning definitely not as good Used tea cups not replaced , milk not replaced . Tried to order room service on 2 occasions and kept getting cut off , when I went to reception was told just keep trying the number

Utrolig flott anlegg, mange flotte bassenger, veldig bra treningssenter og meget flott lobby og lounge område. Utfordringen er at hotellet ikke dimensjonerer for så mange gjester. Generelt dårlig servicenivå på alle nivå, renhold, resepsjon, servering etc. Mange gjester og vanskelig å finne solseng, ikke bare en god plass men det er fullt overalt. Buffeen har liten variasjon og er veldig krevende ift logisikk da det blir mye kø når man skal ha mat. Det er begrenset med servering, skal du ha noe på solsengen må du hente det selv i en av barene. Alt i alt et veldig imponerende hotell men det driftes ikke som et 5***** hotell. Kan du leve med dette og sette pris på beliggenheten og fasilitetene får du en flott opphold.

This is probably (one of) the best hotel(s) on the island and its facilities are stunning. We had been there for a one-week stay between Christmas and New Year. Everything perfect, just two issues that I really react to: 1) The "hot springs" are highlighted as one of the main features, though no review tells you that this is solely accessible when you pay a 4-hour ticket to the spa which is around 40 Euro p.p. Not that I am cheap, I just don\'t like when things are highlighted and then you found out that you been deceived. 2) The hotel has a "class policy", where certain areas are restricted for "lower-class guests". This would not be a problem if you would have been informed about this upon check-in. It is quite odd to be kicked out from a pool area just because your towels have the wrong color, though you pay almost 500 Euro a night. I wonder who came up with this? When I told the concierge about this incident, not even an apology. However, on the positive side beautiful garden facilities, great pool areas, a selection of different restaurants both on the premises and right in front of the hotel along the promenade. The dunes of Maspalomas and long walks at a fantastic beach (not a single piece of garbage in sight) are easy to reach from the hotel. The rooms and all areas are extremely well maintained, I have never seen so much personnel cleaning.

Hotel & staff were amazing!!! Only 1 dissatisfaction is having to wait so long to check in or for any assistance at the front desk reception. Having to stand in line for up to 30 minutes to be checked-in, is in my view unacceptable. Can they not find a better way in which to wait to be seen? Even if it’s a number system, then at least we can SIT & wait rather than STAND for so long. Reception is our 1st experience of the hotel and so doesn’t set a good 1st impression. Trying to gain assistance from reception was always a long wait on the phones or in person waiting in line. That said, my stay was amazing shame about the lack of staff on Reception.

It started with very bad treatment and mistakes on our booking, nonchalant staffviod the check-in and without a knowledgeable manager on site when we checked in on a Sunday. The treatment did not match a 5 star hotel and neither did the service. The rooms were not clean and the beds were not comfortable. We stayed in a suite with a view for a price of about 1500 Euro/night, so there was not even a fruit basket on arrival and no personal welcome or anything special for the children. The only thing in the hotel that was worth a vacation was the pool area. Not a place I recommend and not worth the price.

It is a huge hotel. Clean and well maintained. The servi e at the pool bars is a bit hit and miss.

This hotel advertises itself as 5 stars but feels far from it. Customer service is slow and impersonal, and the place is chaotic and overcrowded with no sense of personalized experience. Definitely not worth the price or the rating. I left disappointed and frustrated. This hotel fails to deliver on the luxury it promises and should not be listed as 5 stars. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a genuine high-end experience to look elsewhere.

Great hotel and area; only issue is the very, very noisy nightclub adjacent to the hotel going till the very early morning hours when open.

Et av de beste hotellene på Gran Canaria! Alt fra hyggelig staff, mat, bassengområdet, den frodige hagen, flott lazy river til topp hotell rom! Super opplevelse! Området rundt hotellet er også flott med mange ulike spiseopplevelser og kort vei til strand.

The hotel is very big but very attractive with wonderful location beside the sea and very attractive grounds and pools. I wasn't keen on the daily entertainment and this was loud in my room but at least didn't go on beyond 11pm. Huge spread at breakfast buffet but cooked items bit tepid. Didn't think they should charge for parking.

Our room was beautiful, with a balcony and stunning view of a pool under us. There was a huge pool with a lazy river, waterfall and bar, where we had our lunch every day. The beach/infinity pool was just breathtaking. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice. Beach is a 5 minute walk and some nice shops on the door step.

This resort has an unique super nice and big garden with multiple pools. Offers entertainment program and prices are alright. Absolute friendly team in all areas. Top gym and spa. The food of half-board is ok, but is not a five star level offer. The resort rebuilt the food system, which lead to crowed queues and in general it should be a bit better quality and more personal service at the food stations.

This is not a 5star hotel however it was clean and the grounds were very nice. Food was not to a good standard and our half board was only eligible for the buffet restaurant and not usable on the other restaurants on the site. Expedia and the hotel should make this clear at the booking listing as we would not have opted for HB and instead gone for B&B only. Buffet was overcrowded and food quality was ok - nothing special but expected when it was feeding a large number of people. Fruit was the high light. The other issue is that at night they had music on till 11ish and if you come here to relax you will hear the music in your room. They are not well insulated. Other than the food and noise the actual hotel has excellent grounds with lovely rooms palm tree lined pools with plenty of sun beds and space to not feel overcrowded. The lobby is nice and its location on the promanade is excellent. Go here if you can book just B&B and bring good ear plugs.

La recepcionista a nuestra llegada no fue nada amable con nosotros a pesar de llegar en un vuelo a las 2 de la mañana.El desayuno no está a la altura de un 5*, faltaba calidad y variedad.lo huevos siempre a la plancha y pasados.El café de las máquinas era horrible.Un chico de la piscina nos retiró en 2 ocasiones las toallas de la hamaca a pesar de estar utilizándolas y estar dándonos un baño.

Beautiful looking hotel, and some of the best pools and gardens I have seen. Hotel was immaculate inside and out and rooms specious and nicely decored. Unfortunately the size of the hotel and the mediocre sevice stop it from being the luxury resort its trying to be. Service and staff while efficient were unfriendly and a little cold. Dining was disappointing for the level of hotel and food fairly run of the mill. Its a very good four star hotel but other hotels around it put it in the shade when it comes to service sadly.

El hotel es sin duda excelente aunque la comida creo que está un poco por debajo de nivel cinco estrellas y sobre todo orientada a clientes extranjeros. Coste excesivo de los pequeños extras como el agua e inconcebible que media pensión no incluya agua en la cena.

Das Marktbuffet Restaurant ist katastrophal. Ein totales Chaos. Früher war es besser. Pools, Garten und Zimmer nach wie vor einzigartig

Hotel is fantastic, facilities especially the OM Spa were superb and the swimming pools are huge and well presented. Only downside is the food in the buffet restaurant is a bit too salty.
