Tranquilidad es el resumen del fin de semana que pasé en el hotel. Por poner una pega, creo que las hamacas balinesas no tendrían que tener un coste adicional para poder disfrutarlas. Todo lo demás perfecto

Super lækkert hotel med store, rummelige og meget elegant indrettede værelser i rigtig god stil. Lækkert badeværelse med rain shower og både shampoo, conditioner, badesæbe og lotion og endda også badekåber. Dejligt poolområde med masser af liggestole, gratis pool håndklæder, shuttleservice til stranden. Rigtig god forplejning (all inclusive) med god variation i maden og nok af alt. Også gode drikkevarer og ikke kun lokal alkohol. Så herfor et stort "high five" herfra - alt var helt i top, og vi vil helt klar vælge et Lopesan hotel igen. Et lille input til forbedring - det kunne være fint, hvis fitness åbnede før kl. 08.00, hvis man gerne vil træne inden morgenmaden (gerne fra kl. 06.30)

Jeg var her i vinterferien med mitt barnebarn på 10 år. En jente. Et perfekt sted for oss. Rolig, trygt, behagelig og perfekt på alle måter. Restauranten var ekstra fin med de deiligste retter i buffeen. Frokost og middag valgte vi å spise der, selv om vi ikke hadde bestilt dette på forhånd.Egne busser fra hotellet til de nærliggende tettsteder var virkelig et pluss. Hotellet hadde en svært så serviceinnstilt personale. Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Renholdet var helt topp, både i hotellområdet og på rommene. Treningsstudio var godt utrustet. Vi var strålende fornøyd med apsolutt alt. Vi kommer så gjerne igjen og anbefaler stedet på det varmeste.

Schöne kleine Anlage. Alles noch recht neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist immer sehr nett und serviceorientiert. Das Meer mit den touristischen Spots Faro oder Playa Ingles ist fußläufig ein gutes Stück entfernt, da der Goldplatz das Gelände von den Dünen trennt. Es gibt aber kostenlose Shuttlebusse und Taxis sind auf GC auch günstig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, daher war das nicht relevant. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Abendessen haben wir nur ein mal getestet. Es war ok, aber keine kulinarische Offenbarung. Wir haben lieber die zahlreichen Restaurants in Maspalomas genutzt. Im Zimmer gab es eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und einen kleinen Kühlschrank für die persönliche Nutzung. Leider gibt es keine Liegestühle die zu den Zimmern gehören. Das wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, da unsere Suite in der oberen Reihe war und ein eigenes kleines Stück mit Kunstrasen davor war. Es gab aber sonst zu jeder Zeit ausreichend kostenlose Liegen am Pool. Balinesische Doppel-Sonnenliegen hätte es gegen Aufpreis (10 Euro pro Tag) gegeben, diese waren aber immer stark umkämpft und die normalen waren für uns ausreichend. Es gab ein kleinen Fitnessstudio mit einer guten Ausstattung (Lufbänder, Egometer, Kurzhanteln, Multipresse, Kabelzüge). Damit ließ sich ein gutes Training gestalten. Die täglichen Fitnesskurse (z.B. Yoga) haben wir nicht genutzt.

Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible.

+ Trevlig personal. + Relativt fräscht. + Poolen. - Maten, väldigt litet utbud jämfört med andra Lopesan-hotel. Dessutom var den ofta ganska smaklös. - Vatten fanns inte att tillgå förutom i små koppar när baren var öppen. Andra Lopesan-hotel har fri tillgång. - Handfatet i badrummet var ofräscht, smutsigt. - Att solsängarna kostade pengar. (Solstolar ingår endast som boende!) - Läget, taxi överallt.

Food and drink fairly priced and of good quality too, so no complaints. Pool area very clean and plenty of beds available for all. I liked that there is no smoking pool side. A smoking area is provided not too far away.

La partie "Adults only" était vraiment très calme et reposante. Le forfait buffet-bar à la journée était d\'un bon rapport qualité-prix. En revanche compte tenu de la fréquentation, le parking dans l\'enceinte de l\'hôtel est un peu petit, malgré la possibilité de se garer à l\'extérieur.

Magnifique hôtel assez calme , belle suite propre bien insonorisée avec terrasse et jolie vue sur la piscine , piscine très agréable avec suffisamment de transats confortables à toute heure (serviettes de piscines à disposition), petite animation par une fille au top hyper dynamique et souriante ,belle ambiance de Noël par l équipe,joli restaurant avec nourriture assez variée et bonne (all in intéressant),personnel très sympa et toujours prêt à rendre service, excellent accueil à notre arrivée par un réceptionniste hyper sympa parlant le français qui nous a de suite plongé dans l’ambiance zen des vacances dans un hôtel au top.Parking sur place.Location de voiture conseillée pour découvrir l île.

Nice hotel, quiet location, good and clear rooms. Excellent pool area, clean and tidy common areas, cozy, I can recommend!

Hotel is really well maintained, looks completely new. Employees are nice and friendly… Pool is big and always enough sunbeds. But….. Its in middle of nowhere, nothing is nesr and impossible to ealk when it gets dark as barely have any street lights. Most guests are golfers and bikers… Bed is to short, never had a bed where my legs were hanging out, and i am regular hight…. And last the worst, every day we had a at least one cockroach… thats was really frustrating…. We wouldn’t come again or recommend!!

Inte helt nöjd med städningen, en riktigt stor kackerlacka i badrummet var inte heller så kul.

Laken vom Bett wurde trotz Blutflecken erst nach 3 Tagen gewechselt. Ansonsten war immer sauber. Nicht gut fand ich, dass man für den Handtuchwechsel Geld bezahlen musste. Bei 4* Hotel erwarte ich kostenlosen Tausch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kumara. It was a great place for family; it has a shallow pool for small children as well as a small play area. The layout allowed us to stay outside our room whilst being able to watch our little one in these areas. The hotel was extremely clean. Only negative we have is food could be better for small picky eaters, by no means healthy but suggestions would include eg pizza, chicken nuggets; (there was more variety for adults).

Séjour incroyable !! Le personnel était incroyable et super attentionné. La propreté impeccable !! Une vue et une piscine incroyable.

Das Frühstück war mager. Kein Wlan im Erwachsenen Bereich. Die Saubarkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Verarbeitung der Dusche sehr schlecht (das Wasser kam an den Seiten der dusche raus)somit war das Badezimmer nach dem duschen komplett nass. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, die kamen durch ein Loch und das Personal hat lediglich nur ein Insekten Spray gesprüht (hat nicht geholfen). Ich würde leider nicht noch mal buchen. Das einzige gute war die Klimaanlage und maybe der Pool. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, geräumig, kleine Terrasse gleich vor dem Bungalow. Schöner Pool, angenehme Grösse der Anlage. Allerdings recht abgelegen, einmal rund um den Golfplatz rum. Mietauto ist empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit ruhigen komfortablen Zimmern und leckerem Essen.

Allt väldigt bra! Vackert hotell med hög standard och väldigt rent. Väl värd frukostbuffé och snabb och serviceinriktad personal. Enda små nackdelarna var att sängen var något hård, wifi-anslutningen ibland brast och att det låg lite avsides. Lugnet var dock skönt och hotellet hade shuttle-buss som gick till och från playa del ingles eller playa de maspalomas några gånger per dag. Taxi för några euro enkelväg. Rekommenderar starkt!

Veldig fint og ålreit hotell hvis man bare skal ligge å late seg i solen hele ferien. Hvis du skal inn til «sentrum» må du endten gå 20min eller ta taxi (50kr). Vi leide sykler som vi tok oss rundt med. Buffeen er grei nok, ikke noe å rope hurra for, men det er noe for de fleste. Endrer seg minimalt. Samme mat hele tiden. Sengene er veldig harde, slet med ordentlig søvn i 14 dager. Veldig hyggelig personale. Fikser det meste på kort tid og er veldig hjelpsomme.

Das Essen war sehr einfach und einseitig. Vieles hat sich wiederholt. Manches schmeckte fad und fettig. Sogar beim Obst morgens gab es täglich das gleiche. Abends gab es noch nicht einmal eine Käse Auswahl mit verschiedenen Obst Variationenen. Morgens ist mehrfach das Baguette ausgegangen. Wir hätten uns mehr Auswahl gewūnscht und mehr Qualität. Auch die beqemlichkeit der Stūhle lies zu wūnschen ūbrig zumindestens im Aussenberech des Restaurants. Von einem vier Sterne Hotel erwarten wir da definitiv mehr. Postiv zu erwähnen sind die bequemen außen Sonnenbetten und auch die sehr bequemen Matratzen, sowie das große und Moderne Bad (in der Suite).

This was a lovely property but quite remote, if you want to walk to playa Del ingles it’s 40 mins as you can’t get through bu the golf club sand dunes so on the map it looks like you are really close , also no tea making facilities, only coffe machine which was disappointing

The hotel has a nice entrance and lobby area where you can sit and enjoy views of the rest of hotel. I got my room just after 2pm (check in time). There are lower rooms down at pool area level and upper rooms which surround the pool one level up. There is an optional secluded adults area which have same rooms and a small pool which you pay extra for if you want to be away from busy family area main pool. Junior suites were decent. Nice bedroom, small lounge with TV, and a nice spacious modern bathroom with shower. They forgot to put a coffee machine in my room. You only get water bottle on first day, rest of time you need water you've to purchase. I found the AC in room a bit weak, you don't feel it much coming out of vents. You have to put it on for sometime for the room to get to required temperature. Restaurant area has a bar near pool where you can have drinks and snacks. Service is ok... But some of the staff can't speak /understand English well enough in my view. You have to repeat yourself. Main restaurant area seating is ok, slightly small and congested compared to other hotels I have been. So you keep having to dodge people if the place is busy. Food is average in my view. Fish was terrible. Other dishes such as beef and chicken were good. Not a huge selection of deserts like other hotels. Service was friendly enough and efficient. Parking is available outside.

Es gab freundliche Servicekräfte, aber auch weniger freundliche. Die Abrechnung in der Kaution stimmte nicht.

Un sejour genial le resto super les piscines au top La propreté de l hotel rien a dire La proximité des commerces a 7 min en taxi et taxi pas cher. Petit bemol pour le personnel pas un mot français juste anglais ou espagnol. Sinon RAS je vous le recommande tres tres calme

Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider im Service oft noch nicht ganz eingespielt oder unsicher an z.B. der Bar. Alles war schön, aber kleine Details waren leider nicht so schön, kaputte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen und die Klobürste war eine Zumutung. Auch defekte Waschbecken, Seifenspender an der Pool Toilette wirkt so als wäre es egal. Vegetarisches Essen war leider hauptsächlich Gemüse mit Aioli oder Salat nach über einer Woche sehr eintönig. Würden wieder hin, aber nicht für 9 Tage.

Amazing place with amazing service!

Check in chaotic. First time I have ever been asked to fix a time on check in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Housekeeping was not great - linen not changed for several days even when requested. Smell of drains. Area around pool dirty with old cups and straws that other customers don't place in bins. Alot of confusion around all inclusive and extra all inclusive. Kuch nicer hotels in same area for price range

I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service. The room was also clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and I definitely recommend it to other travelers. Thank you!

Nice hotel , location away from resort centres so need car or taxi , no amenities close by

Très beau club. Possibilité de passer en all inclusive pour 15euro par jour. Le seul point négatif cest que cest éloigné pour se rendre à pied jusqu'au phare. Il faut aimer marcher, ou prendre la navette ou taxi pour 7 euros.

Great hotel and excellent staff. I just didn't like the location. Nothing near by and the surrounding area is run down and empty. Hotel is fantastic so we just stayed inside for three days .

Muy nuevo Aislado y con pocos servicios

El hotel ha estado genial hemos estado en todo incluido y el unico pero es que no entre todas las bebidas en el todo incluido si no que tienes que pagar uno premium y ni aun asi tinenes todo , el todo incluido es todo incluido. Tampoco dan botellas de agua embotelladas solo vasos. El hotel esta genial muy tranquilo buffet bastante bueno y variado y personal super amable con unas buenas instalaciones. El hotel esta ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo con parking gratuito, pero no hay nada alrededor, lo que hace necesario tener un coche o taxi. El hotel dispone de autobuses gratuitos que te bajan a la playa y te suben y eso esta genial.

Wir waren ca zum 4x im Hotel. Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage, freundliches Personal und hat alles was es für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Vegetarische und vegane Gerichte können auf Wunsch aus der Karte ausgewählt werden müssen aber explizit erwähnt werden sonst ist das Buffet sehr fleisch bzw tierlastig. Aber alles schmeckt sehr gut und frisch.

Overall the hotel was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and kind. The lady from entertainment team was great with pilates and stretching classes. However, there were a lot of 'hidden' fees which I didn't like. You want to play ball pool - pay; want to use safety box in your room? pay. You need to iron your clothes? you need to pay for laundry service per each item you need to iron. Also, if you opt in for all inclusive a lot of drinks are not included in it. It didn't matter much for me as i'm not a drinker. Location wise - if we didn't have a car it would be tricky as the hotel is bit far from main centre.

Super lækre rækkehuse med god terrasse til, dejlige fællesomgivelser med lækker pool og masser af liggestole. Super venligt personale, gode p-forhold for lejede biler. Eneste minus er kvaliteten på maden i restauranten. Udvalget til morgenmadsbuffet er stort og lækkert. Men kvaliteten er ikke så heldig, ost er helt gul og viser tydelige tegn på at have været skåret mange timer før, kaffen i kaffemaskinerne er Nescafé og smager forfærdeligt m.m. Spiste aftensmad på hotellet 1 aften ud af 14 og var glad for at vi ikke havde all inklusive. Det var ikke godt. Når hotellet ligger så langt fra byen er man næsten nødt til at spise morgenmad der og nogle er også nødt til at spise aftensmad på hotellet. Forbedre kvaliteten af maden, det vil gøre en verden til forskel.

Bra för golf och trevligt poolomåde samt trevlig personal. Men har man ingen bil och vill promenera är området runtomkring riktigt tråkigt. All inklusive smakar samma, samma och är riktigt trist. Vi bodde här två nätter och ledsnade redan efter en dag. Kvällsunderhållning med tjej i Palestinasjal. Vi kommer tyvärr inte tillbaka.
