Good location near Cathedral. But needs refreshed: tired and not up to brand standard. Breakfast choice good but staff probably new to contract as abrupt and uncertain (not deliberately). Car parking is underground at Cathedral: OK once found! Parking outside hotel not too easy. Don't arrive on bi-annual market day as all the streets are closed off and finding hotel is a nightmare!
