Convenient location for visiting Europa Park. Hotel provides free bottles of water in reception which was a nice touch. Check in after 2pm is self-service, which was not an issue for us. Rooms are very spacious and extra linen is provided in the wardrobes. No fridge in the room, but there were communal fridges in the corridors for guest use. No AC but a fan is provided. The TV indicates it is a smart TV but could not get Netflix etc to work, however screen mirroring from phone worked. The Italian restaurant which was only 1 minute away on food was really good and provided gluten free pizza and pasta. Would stay here again if visiting Europa park.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben sogar noch ein kostenloses Parkticket für den Europapark bekommen. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt, bevor etwas fehlen konnte. Unten standen Wasserflaschen, die man kostenlos mit aufs Zimmer nehmen konnte. Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder wählen, beim nächsten Europapark Besuch 👍

Einfache Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis. Sehr sauber. Frühstück war bei uns im Preis mit drin. War für uns ausreichend. Einfacher Check-In. Haben eine Wasserflasche umsonst bekommen.

Während unseres Trips in den Europapark haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da die Lage hervorragend ist. Wir hatten vier Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber stattdessen vier Vierbettzimmer erhalten. Das größere Problem war jedoch, dass in allen Zimmern Schimmel an den Badezimmerdecken vorhanden war. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, wurde umgehend versucht, den Schimmel zu entfernen – leider ohne vollständigen Erfolg. Der Schimmel verschwand nicht vollständig. Als Entschädigung haben wir einen Rabatt erhalten, wobei unser Hund 20 Euro zurückerstattet bekam. Trotzdem mussten wir in den betroffenen Zimmern übernachten.

Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert, allerdings war der Teppich in unserem Zimmer eine Zumutung. Extrem schmutzig und stank fürchterlich. Kein Lüften half um den Gestank loszuwerden. Da müsste zwingend etwas getan werden.. Check-in war unkompliziert (Couvert mit Zimmerkarten) und das Frühstück war super. Check-out war wieder etwas merkwürdig. Keine Begrüßung, keine Frage nach dem Aufenthalt und keine Möglichkeit den Restbetrag mit Karte zu bezahlen. Check-in, Grösse und Standard Zimmer und Bett sehr toll, Frühstück lecker. Check-out und Teppichhygiene eindeutig verbesserungswürdig.

Leider war die Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Ebenso war das Badezimmer, insbesondere die Toilette in keinem wirklich gut geputzten Zustand. Das Frühstücksangebot könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Ferner ist die Terrasse nebst Terrassenmöbel in einem unsauberen Zustand.

Sun Parc is an okay hotel mainly due to its excellent location if your aim is visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. It is about 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, making it a convenient and more affordable option for families. The family room size is good, with a double bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for us with children. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bed presentation was poor, with torn bed linen and a large amount of hair on the beds. When lifting the mattress, the area under the bed was extremely dirty, showing a lack of proper cleaning. As there is no carpet, regular cleaning under the beds should be expected. The shower has excellent water pressure, but the space is small, especially for taller guests, and the curtain sticks to the body. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage-like smell. The hotel is quiet, reception is not 24 hours, and we did not see much staff during our stay. Complimentary water was available at reception, but it would be more convenient if it was placed in the room on arrival. The tourist tax payment - in cash - was not clearly communicated in advance. Nearby restaurants shown as “open” on Google were mostly closed at lunchtime. A nearby kebab house was very good, and The Italian is highly recommended. Unfortunately, no breakfast was available at the hotel during our stay. Overall, suitable for location and budget, but cleanliness and communication need improvement.

Accomodatie is goed voor als je europapark wilt bezoeken. 4 persoonskamer is 1x 2 persoonsbed en stapelbed in 1 kamer. Geen koelkastje of waterkoker.

wie übernachten hier gern, wenn wor in dden Europapark oder ins Rulantica gehen. Sauber, ordentlich und alles was man braucht. Ein me nette Empfangsdame :-) Leider ohne Klima, was im Sommer negativ ist.

Kom ganska sent, men vi hade fått kod och sllt vi behövde fanns i ett kuvert. Stort rum, enda tråkiga var att det inte fanns AC och det var 34 grader varmt ute och för många även inne. Trevlig personal och en helt ok frukost. Riktigt nära Europa-Park, men inte gångavstånd dirket.

This place was great for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great and the view was also. The bathrooms are tiny (I am tiny myself and I kept hitting my elbow on the shower), the internet is basically non existent which made it nearly impossible to work on my computer but all in all a good place to stay for a day or two.

Schöne Zimmer und alles Sauber. Personal freundlich. Einchecken unkompliziert. Nur ein einziges Manko, keine Klimaanlage.

Ideal budget stay for a visit to Europa Park. Railway station and bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away. Italian restaurant opposite and supermarket just around the corner. The shower cubicle is a bit small but everything else was fine for a theme park trip.

A great spot to stay if you're visiting Europa Park. Very convenient to get to from the train station, and they'll reimburse you for the bus to and from the park.

Es war soweit alles in Ordnung auch dass Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Frühstück alles okay.sehr ordentlich.Dass einzige was nicht ganz so schön war ist der Check in. War etwas ungewöhnlich dass alle Zimmerkarten an der Rezeption lagen.Auch dass man alle Namen der Gäste lesen konnten.Kein Personal an der Rezeption.War etwas befremdlich.Aber trotzdem sehr gut. Würden wieder kommen.

Check-in unkompliziert am Abend, alles lag bereit. Information mit der Wasserflasche wär ein Hinweis im Couvert sinnvoll gewesen. Weg zum Hotel könnte bereits weiter vorne an der Verzweigung signalisiert werden. Präsenz wirkt eher unscheinbar im Dunkel von aussen.

We had a strange check-in, there was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. I called and they instructed me to take one of the envelops with a certain room number with the keys. At check-out you need to pay the tourist tax in cash. The breakfast was very good, the room was simple but ok, bathroom had a small shower, for the rest ok.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich und liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Fussläufig ein norma und ein Restaurant. Es ist ein Katzensprung zum Europa Park und Rulantica . Wo vor der Tür auch ein Bus fährt . Es war aber sauber und auch ruhig und nur fürs schlafen völlig ok .

Les moins (mais ce n'est qu'un détail): Pas de chaîne française disponible sur la TV et que la connexion à Netflix ne fonctionneait pas fonctio. n'es

There was no AC, pathetic breakfast and dirty carpets. They even charge for the bus/shuttle service and the theme park is not on walking distance. It should not be even one star hotel
