We had a family room. Clean and quite comfortable beds for 2 adults and 3 teenagers of 15yr. The climate control does not work efficiently. It was on 23.8celcius and can not be lower. So it was very hot. We opened the window but down our room there is a little terrace of the hotel where people can smoke. So the smell of the smoke came to our room as we are just 1 floor up from it. And it was loud of people talking there. So we had to close the window and slept in the heat. Room nr 203. The breakfast is great ! Nice restaurant! The staff are friendly ! Close to Europa park. Accross the street is a supermarket. Local Restaurants are also nearby. We had a dinner at Hardys in Rust. Just 10min by car ! Great restaurant and nice food! Beside the temperature of the room, we had a great stay ! In our home we are use to have 18-19 celcius) and in bedrooms 17 celcius.

We had a great stay in the hotel, food was amazing too especially the buffet. It was a 10 minute drive to the theme park too which was ideal! All the staff were friendly and helpful

Breakfast was very good! Mattress was very soft, it needs replacement! On Sunday the restaurant is closed, that is a real negatigve point.
