Rengøring virkelig dårlig, blev redt senge og tørt let over gulvet som det eneste, hotellet er ret slidt på værelser, poolen er så dyb at den ikke egner sig til børn. Over 2 meter dyb over det hele.

Usual good experience. Some blocks are better than others, but good overall. Some days the buffet offering is better than other days. Some facilities are tired but clean and serviceable. Excellent Bike facilities and always very friendly staff.

The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.

This hotel is brilliant for and well used by cyclists with secure bike storage. You can check in no matter the arrival time as there is a night reception. Take towels for the pool or it is €10 deposit which is returned at the end. The apartment hotels have a a kitchen hob, microwave fridge etc so you can chill your drinks and do some simple meals. Service was excellent. Breakfast had a big choice.

Welcoming staff, great location and good entertainment. Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! Excellent tennis, padel and gym facilities. Restaurant Girovolta was really nice! Rooms spotless, food was good and the overall experience was brilliant.

The property was a good fit for our requirements, and close to the town and beach with a shuttle bus provided. The immediate area was ok but had limited amenities. Especially good place to stay if you are into sports but still great with two young kids!

Die Zimmer sind schön und praktikabel, die Betten waren super bequem. Wir hatten eines der hinteren Zimmer und da war die Straße allerdings störend. Frühstück war ok, wer englisches Frühstück mag, für den gibt es sehr viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Hotel wegen des Spa Bereiches gebucht- das war eher enttäuschend. Das wasser war zu niedrig damit die Whirlpooldüsen funktioniert hätten und es gibt nur 4 liegen, absonsten keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es herrscht einfach kein Wohlfühlambiente. Das Fitnessstudio war hingegen sehr gut ausgestattet.

Scarsa manutenzione, bagni troppo vecchi, lenzuola macchiate e con strappi, bagno con ventola rumorosa, la domenica non vengono effettuate le pulizie, buffet di scarsa qualità. A mio parere non può essere definito un 4 stelle. Non lo consiglierei.

This was our first stay and there were some positive and negative aspects. It is classed as 4-star but would consider 3-star hotel. Positives - Food - there was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The dinner options were all very tasty and plentiful. - Tennis & Padel - the facilities were first class, with 5 padel courts and 2 tennis courts. The hotel was selected for the options available and didn’t disappoint. There was always availability to book and rackets were provided free for hotel guests. Albeit the cost to book the courts were very high. - Access - the town is a short 15 minutes walk, and found much easier to walk the back road than the main road. There is also a bus stop very close by in the main road which allows travel into Pollensa, Alcudia and Palms a great option. Negatives - Property condition- the rooms were very dated and in need of a refurbishment to be classed as 4-star. The restaurant was okay, but major trip hazard in middle and the charges for drinks were quite excessive. Pool - the main pool was a fair size and the fresh water suited although my son developed an ear infection and suspect this was the cause and also knew a number of other children developed infections. The pool bar was always open, although the prices were quite high. The toilet facilities were always dirty and had a dodgy lock which caused my son to get locked in, fortunately were able to prise open from outside. All in all a good 3-star hotel.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, appartement propre et confortable pour 6 nuits malgré une salle de bain qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, balcon avec une vue sur la montagne, canapé confortable et petite cuisinette, l’accueil a été très sympathique et chaleureux, les explications nous ont été données sur papier en français ce qui a beaucoup facilité le dialogue. Le restaurant italien vaut le détour un délice… on s’est senti chez nous pendant une semaine. Parking gratuit et toujours de la place pour se garer. On a profité d’une journée pluvieuse pour aller au spa. Les piscines extérieures en septembre sont presque déserte ce qui est très agréable pour un bain de soleil sur les transats mais l’eau était trop fraîche pour nous qui sommes assez frileux.

Visited for a cycling trip & the hotel was perfect for that. Close to Formentor and mountain routes, or Campernet / Sa Pobla etc if you want low-level routes. Roomy & comfortable self catering apartment, short walk from town with selection of bars restaurants, bike hire/shops and a large supermarket. Secure cycle storage was useful too. Would recommend.

Hotel was in a good location, 15min walk from Puerto Pollensa. Nice and quiet at night. However, the apartment was very tired and old, we would not have said 4 star, probably a 3 star at best.

Fint hotel, men ligger desværre ud til en vej men pænt meget trafik, så får man en lejlighed "som vi fik" men terrasse ud til vejen er der en del støj, men god lokation for cykling og udflugter.

Apartahotel tranquilo para ir en familia, bien comunicado y cercano al pueblo. Los colchones son mejorables. Y el Wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitación. Por lo demás todo bien

Great stay for cyclists! A lot of parking spots and the breakfast buffet is perfect before the rides. Good service! The room is spacious and have everything that you need.

Usual good experience. Some blocks are better than others, but good overall. Some days the buffet offering is better than other days. Some facilities are tired but clean and serviceable. Excellent Bike facilities and always very friendly staff.

The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.

The two gentleman on reception went above and beyond to help me the day that I had a problem locating my husband and daughter. They couldn’t have done more or offered more to help. Wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend to others.

This hotel is brilliant for and well used by cyclists with secure bike storage. You can check in no matter the arrival time as there is a night reception. Take towels for the pool or it is €10 deposit which is returned at the end. The apartment hotels have a a kitchen hob, microwave fridge etc so you can chill your drinks and do some simple meals. Service was excellent. Breakfast had a big choice.

Welcoming staff, great location and good entertainment. Only downside was the area around the main pool was only partially non slip - walking through the bar from the pool could be quite slippery! Excellent tennis, padel and gym facilities. Restaurant Girovolta was really nice! Rooms spotless, food was good and the overall experience was brilliant.

Visited for a cycling trip & the hotel was perfect for that. Close to Formentor and mountain routes, or Campernet / Sa Pobla etc if you want low-level routes. Roomy & comfortable self catering apartment, short walk from town with selection of bars restaurants, bike hire/shops and a large supermarket. Secure cycle storage was useful too. Would recommend.

Hotel was in a good location, 15min walk from Puerto Pollensa. Nice and quiet at night. However, the apartment was very tired and old, we would not have said 4 star, probably a 3 star at best.

Fint hotel, men ligger desværre ud til en vej men pænt meget trafik, så får man en lejlighed "som vi fik" men terrasse ud til vejen er der en del støj, men god lokation for cykling og udflugter.

Went here on a short break with my partner. Apartment was clean and tidy. We found the shuttle bus useful but a taxi to port de Pollença was only €6 which is very good. Would recommend if you are looking a chill holiday getaway

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, appartement propre et confortable pour 6 nuits malgré une salle de bain qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, balcon avec une vue sur la montagne, canapé confortable et petite cuisinette, l’accueil a été très sympathique et chaleureux, les explications nous ont été données sur papier en français ce qui a beaucoup facilité le dialogue. Le restaurant italien vaut le détour un délice… on s’est senti chez nous pendant une semaine. Parking gratuit et toujours de la place pour se garer. On a profité d’une journée pluvieuse pour aller au spa. Les piscines extérieures en septembre sont presque déserte ce qui est très agréable pour un bain de soleil sur les transats mais l’eau était trop fraîche pour nous qui sommes assez frileux.

This was our first stay and there were some positive and negative aspects. It is classed as 4-star but would consider 3-star hotel. Positives - Food - there was a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The dinner options were all very tasty and plentiful. - Tennis & Padel - the facilities were first class, with 5 padel courts and 2 tennis courts. The hotel was selected for the options available and didn’t disappoint. There was always availability to book and rackets were provided free for hotel guests. Albeit the cost to book the courts were very high. - Access - the town is a short 15 minutes walk, and found much easier to walk the back road than the main road. There is also a bus stop very close by in the main road which allows travel into Pollensa, Alcudia and Palms a great option. Negatives - Property condition- the rooms were very dated and in need of a refurbishment to be classed as 4-star. The restaurant was okay, but major trip hazard in middle and the charges for drinks were quite excessive. Pool - the main pool was a fair size and the fresh water suited although my son developed an ear infection and suspect this was the cause and also knew a number of other children developed infections. The pool bar was always open, although the prices were quite high. The toilet facilities were always dirty and had a dodgy lock which caused my son to get locked in, fortunately were able to prise open from outside. All in all a good 3-star hotel.

Excellent hotel for cycling, with a secure and accessible bike garage. Well-equipped gym/spa; and Comfort apartment spacious and modern. Dinner buffet a bit limited and lukewarm in parts.

Fantastic accommodation and very good value for money. Our children were kept entertained by Luciano and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The apartment was kept beautifully clean. The shuttle bus was fantastic and meant we could get into Puerto Pollensa with ease. Some days we went in morning and evening. We will definitely return!

Renhold av rommet var ganske dårlig. Var endel maur på rommet to av dagene. Det burde hotellet tatt med tal i når vi informerte om det. Ellers var hotellet fint, med to basseng, treningsrom, padel bane og to restautanter. Så totaltsett var det et fint opphold.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Duva Spa, though there were a few things worth flagging for future guests. We'd booked a one-bedroom premium apartment but were disappointed on arrival to find it didn't match the photos on Hotels.com or the hotel's own website - the images used are actually for the two-bedroom apartments, which is quite misleading as they show a separate kitchen-diner distinct from the living space. The apartment itself was also a little tired, with marks on the walls, uneven floorboards and light fittings hanging off the wall. It didn't quite live up to the 'Premium' billing. That said, the space was comfortable and clean, the air con worked really well, and we had a large private balcony with beautiful views over the hills. There's daily cleaning (apart from Sundays) which is an added benefit. One thing we particularly loved was that sunbeds were always available around the pool with no early-morning towel-saving here! It meant we could come back from a day out and enjoy a swim and a proper relax. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety on offer, there's plenty of free parking within the complex, and the staff were consistently friendly and warm throughout our stay.
