The staff at the Rixos Towers are amongst the top that I've encountered in Egyptian hotels. The property itself is amazing. We loved how close the beach was to our room. The bar by the pool was very convenient as well.

The service is not like America. They don’t make mixed drinks well and they don’t have enough serves by the pool or beach. Even in the restaurants it takes up a very long time to get water in your cup. The property is beautiful. The ocean amazing. The buffet is great. They need to work on service and drinks

Avoid at All Costs – Rexus Hotel Alexandria is a Scam I honestly don’t know how this place has the audacity to call itself a 5-star, let alone “all inclusive.” From the moment we arrived, it was one disappointment after another. The rooms and facilities are filthy they gave us a dirty ice cube tray, and the chairs were broken. Even the beach was littered with trash. To top it off, when they sat us down at a table by the beach, they didn’t even bother clearing the garbage left by the last group. The so-called “all inclusive” dining is laughable. You have to wake up at 8:00 am just to book a restaurant, and when you finally get in, the portions are tiny and bland. One server was drunk on the job. The restaurant Veranda literally gave us food poisoning, and Turquoise served up food so simple it could’ve been cooked at home for a fraction of the price. Oh, and it’s not really all-inclusive at all. You’re charged out of pocket for things like shisha. Scam, plain and simple. The service and amenities are atrocious. They cut the water an hour before checkout, as if guests don’t deserve to shower before leaving. Our room was in Tower 5, far from everything, and we had my grandmother with us. It took 10 minutes every single time just to wait for a cart to get anywhere. Pools are shallow, menus are nowhere to be found, and the entire resort feels like it’s designed to frustrate you. As for entertainment? There is none. Unless you count drinking yourself into numbness

They don’t over service on the pool or the beach, you have to go order at the restaurant and the waiter out of his kind heart is willing to bring your order to you. Snack bar has only 4 items and the food is already made and sitting on the counter with the flies roaming around it till you order and you get it with a side of food poisoning. Valet broke the tail light and management looked into it but adamantly denied responsibility. The staff is really trying to do their best but the management processes is so poor. The hotel has over 1300 rooms and limited amenities to accommodate the potential number of guests. Breakfast time is so busy like an airport the staff tried to sway me to skip breakfast and enjoy the pastries placed on a table in the lobby. Worst ever experience in Egypt and north coast. Room service was very slow and brought the wrong to the wrong room. Good didn’t taste good which is very strange for a Turkish man agent company. House keeping staff is great very helpful and very responsive. Abdo was our housekeeper he left the room well organized and spotless always stocked water and towels it was the best thing be greeting with his smiling friendly attitude. This is like a Las Vegas resort if Las Vegas had a beach. It is all inclusive. Lots of amenities, beautiful beach with smooth fine white sand. Great views from every room. It’s tailored to families so there are lots of play areas on land and water. It’s also big enough to find private space.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Alamein! The hotel is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and truly focused on hospitality. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s preferences. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ activities — the bubble show, face painting, and the animation team were amazing. Our daughter had a blast and was kept entertained the entire time, which made the stay even more special for us. We’re really grateful for such a memorable experience and would absolutely come back again. Only small suggestion: it would be great to have a few more waiters around the pool and beach areas.

Had A really good time. Good for Family as well. Beautiful beach, lots of pools spacious kids friendly. Make sure to get everything before going there isn’t any stores or clothing stores nearby only banks in the mall.

My husband and I, wanted to travel to Alamein for a very long time and we finally decided on staying at Rixos Premium Alamein hotel. Honestly, this hotel has been the best hotel we been to in Egypt, and we travel at least once every 18 month to visit home and we been at many hotels, but his place really was exceptional. Everything from the housekeeping staff, front reception, and the dinning areas. Everything was A+. We surly will come back again and will bring our kids next time.

Being a regular Rixos customer, this particular hotel is poorly managed for multiple reasons: 1. Availability of Golf Carts, even though there are many Golf Carts around "For Manager(s) Use" which is rediculous 2. Suite location should be considerably closer or this should be clearly mentioned 3. Differentiation between All Inclusive clients and others should be taken into consideration provided All Inclusive is technically paying double if not triple, accordingly the service should be considered 4. Having a cancelled flight, caused the check-in to be delayed by 1 day, yet the Hotel didn't bother to allow an extended night to cover the missed day nor a refund for the 1st night, which is pretty much a cheap and disrespectful action by the hotel given the amount being paid per night. 5. Have booked an Airport pick-up, which never showed up, and when i called the Hotel upon arrival the Customer Service agent was pretty much rude and questioning, which should not be the case for a 5* Hotel 6. The Key Card was stopped before checking out, even though I had an approval on a Late Checkout

Suite location should be considerably closer or this should be clearly mentioned 3. Differentiation between All Inclusive clients and others should be taken into consideration provided All Inclusive is technically paying double if not triple, accordingly the service should be considered 4. Having a cancelled flight, caused the check-in to be delayed by 1 day, yet the Hotel didn't bother to allow an extended night to cover the missed day nor a refund for the 1st night, which is pretty much a cheap and disrespectful action by the hotel given the amount being paid per night. 5. Have booked an Airport pick-up, which never showed up, and when i called the Hotel upon arrival the Customer Service agent was pretty much rude and questioning, which should not be the case for a 5* Hotel 6. The Key Card was stopped before checking out, even though I had an approval on a Late Checkout

I enjoyed my stay here with my family for 3 nights, 4 Days, we got all inclusive which is perfect for a family with kids/teens. However on my last day, I had money stolen from my room 9,500 egp, around 300$, and the way it was handled with no urgency whatsoever, is just unprofessional. I waited for an hour and a half , requested to see the cameras and they took their sweet time, and never showed it to me. I felt as if they wanted to see who stole the money to go divide it amongst themselves.... Even though I had a great time, but this situation ruined my perception of the hotel. I don't think I can ever come back...... I work hard for my money, it's disgusting to think it's ok to steal from tourists because they're rich. Mr. Moheb, Ms. Menna, and the security head himself are all jokers. I will make sure this experience is shared on all the platforms. Shame on you Rixos !

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Alamein as a family of three and had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and professional. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained — just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. We dined at the Italian, Seafood, and Mangal. Each had its own charm and high standard of food, but we particularly appreciated the hospitality at Mangal, where Menna M. and Ahmed Sh. stood out with their helpfulness and warm welcome. Their attentiveness added a lot to our dining experience. At the front desk, Maryam Saif was especially helpful, always available with a smile and quick to assist with any queries we had. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Amr Mustafa, who stepped in with great professionalism to help resolve a misunderstanding we had with one of the golf cart drivers. His follow-up and continued offer of assistance throughout our stay were both thoughtful and appreciated — a true reflection of excellent guest service. The beach was a highlight for us — stunningly blue, exceptionally clean, and very pleasant to spend time by. The whole ambiance of the resort was serene and luxurious, perfect for a family escape. The service is not like America. They don’t make mixed drinks well and they don’t have enough serves by the pool or beach. Even in the restaurants it takes up a very long time to get water in your cup. The property is beautiful. The ocean amazing. The buffet is great. They need to work on service and drinks

They don’t over service on the pool or the beach, you have to go order at the restaurant and the waiter out of his kind heart is willing to bring your order to you. Snack bar has only 4 items and the food is already made and sitting on the counter with the flies roaming around it till you order and you get it with a side of food poisoning. Valet broke the tail light and management looked into it but adamantly denied responsibility. The staff is really trying to do their best but the management processes is so poor. The hotel has over 1300 rooms and limited amenities to accommodate the potential number of guests. Breakfast time is so busy like an airport the staff tried to sway me to skip breakfast and enjoy the pastries placed on a table in the lobby. Worst ever experience in Egypt and north coast. Room service was very slow and brought the wrong to the wrong room. Good didn’t taste good which is very strange for a Turkish man agent company. House keeping staff is great very helpful and very responsive. Abdo was our housekeeper he left the room well organized and spotless always stocked water and towels it was the best thing be greeting with his smiling friendly attitude. I spent 2 hours in the reception waiting for my room to be ready, and every staff I dealt with will start from zero and ask same question over and over again. This is like a Las Vegas resort if Las Vegas had a beach. It is all inclusive. Lots of amenities, beautiful beach with smooth fine white sand. Great views from every room. It’s tailored to families so there are lots of play areas on land and water. It’s also big enough to find private space.

Had A really good time. Good for Family as well. Beautiful beach, lots of pools spacious kids friendly. Make sure to get everything before going there isn’t any stores or clothing stores nearby only banks in the mall.

Avoid at All Costs – Rexus Hotel Alexandria is a Scam I honestly don’t know how this place has the audacity to call itself a 5-star, let alone “all inclusive.” From the moment we arrived, it was one disappointment after another. The rooms and facilities are filthy they gave us a dirty ice cube tray, and the chairs were broken. Even the beach was littered with trash. To top it off, when they sat us down at a table by the beach, they didn’t even bother clearing the garbage left by the last group. The so-called “all inclusive” dining is laughable. You have to wake up at 8:00 am just to book a restaurant, and when you finally get in, the portions are tiny and bland. One server was drunk on the job. The restaurant Veranda literally gave us food poisoning, and Turquoise served up food so simple it could’ve been cooked at home for a fraction of the price. Oh, and it’s not really all-inclusive at all. You’re charged out of pocket for things like shisha. Scam, plain and simple. The service and amenities are atrocious. They cut the water an hour before checkout, as if guests don’t deserve to shower before leaving. Our room was in Tower 5, far from everything, and we had my grandmother with us. It took 10 minutes every single time just to wait for a cart to get anywhere. Pools are shallow, menus are nowhere to be found, and the entire resort feels like it’s designed to frustrate you. As for entertainment? There is none. Unless you count drinking yourself into numbness

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Alamein! The hotel is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and truly focused on hospitality. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to suit everyone’s preferences. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ activities — the bubble show, face painting, and the animation team were amazing. Our daughter had a blast and was kept entertained the entire time, which made the stay even more special for us. We’re really grateful for such a memorable experience and would absolutely come back again. Only small suggestion: it would be great to have a few more waiters around the pool and beach areas.
