Très bon séjour dans cet hotel si vous aimez un lieu vivant et touristique . Hotel adapté pour une clientèle plutôt jeune ou couple. Piscine propre et suffisante au vu du nombre de personne , dj toutes les aprem pour une ambiance de vacance. La chambre top , grande , tous les équipements sont là et fonctionnent bien . ( si vous avez un problème il y a une appli , nous avons testés , super réactivité de l 'équipe, bravo) . Au vu de la population jeune et allemande ( et oui car le coin est fait pour les allemands) relativement calme la nuit pour bien dormir. Les repas demi pension top aussi , régaler le matin et soir avec buffets à thème chaques soirs. 5 min à pied de la plage et de toutes les attractions , commerces , bar ....) Pour conclure si l ambiance festive allemande ne vous dérange pas , vous y serez très bien .

Hallo also der Empfang und mein Zimmerwunsch wurde mir gleich erfüllt. Am 1. Tag hatten wir schon Sorgen wegen der Speisezubereitung uns Auswahl. Danach war es in Ordnung. Was mir und meinem Enkel nicht so gefallen hat, dass Fleisch und Fisch im Voraus auf dem Grill war und dann fast immer nur noch lauwarm war. Das kann man besser organisieren. Mit dem Nachfüllen hat es auch nicht immer funktioniert. Zimmer verwohnt aber Sauber. Die Bar am Abend war immer zu unserer Zufriedenheit die Getränke waren super und man bekam immer Nüsse dazu. Auch die Livemusik jeden Hammer super!!! Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat war die Hygiene im Hallenbad und Sauna. Also die Besucher rennen da mit Straßenschuhen rein ohne duschen ins Hallenbad das geht gar nicht. Leider waren auch Büschel von Haaren im Wasser. Die Gäste rannten auch mit den nassen Badesachen in die Sauna raus und rein. Unmöglich sogar mit dem Handy in der Hand. Da sollte echt mal der Rauch reingelassen werden. Nach dem 3.x bin ich dann auch nicht mehr ins Hallenbad und die Sauna hab ich mir verkniffen obwohl ich mich auf diese sehr gefreut habe. Aber alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren immer super nett und zuvorkommend und höflich. Minigolf kostenlos ist natürlich auch schön aber die Bahnen sollten dringend in Ordnung gebracht werden. Also ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen aber auch offen die Schwachstellen benennen.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere Zimmer, mit großem Balkon und großer Dusche. Am Nachmittag DJ am Pool. Sehr großes Frühstücksbuffet. Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis top für Urlaub am Ballermann. Einziges Manko ist, dass es nur eine große Bettdecke gab.

The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is amazing. The reception works very professionally, resolving all issues instantly. A special mention goes to the excellent housekeeping team. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the cleaning was impeccable. Many thanks! The bar staff downstairs is simply outstanding—very attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff are true professionals. Everything is well-organized, extremely clean, and the breakfasts are excellent. The spa is wonderful, featuring a large indoor pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor area. It also includes a hammam, sauna, ice bowl, and a massage shower. The only downside is the lack of changing cabins. However, the spa is very clean, and free towels are provided. In the room: a nice balcony with a sea view, a spacious wardrobe, a very comfortable bed, and an Italian-style shower. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic holiday! I highly recommend this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super nicht mal 10 min mit dem auto, parken, einkaufen ,essen gehen usw ist alles zu fuss möglich, das Frühstück ist für den preis auch super sehr viel Auswahl, jedoch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe staub überall flecken im Badezimmer die duschköpfe sind völlig ekelhaft das waschbecken war auch noch komplett mit flecken bedeckt und im Wc sind braune spuren gewesen , auf der oberen bett leiste sind überall weiße flecken kaugumis oder Rotzspuren da sollte mal wircklich was geändert werden.

Very old and unpleasant place with cockroaches in a bathroom. Towels in a bathroom and bed sheets are no longer white color but almost grey. Breakfast was nothing you would want to touch. We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, but wouldn’t recommend this place even for such a short visit.

For us it was a perfect location. Very easy and reliable bus service into Palma. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the guests were not very considerate. Due to the large numbers of cats at the entrance to the hotel it smells of strong urine all the time and inside the hotel! Would we recommend, yes possibly. The cats need to be removed.

O hotel está muito bem equipado e tem pessoal super simpático. No entanto, o material de alguns quartos já está muito gasto e não são feitas as devidas reparações. As portas dos quartos estão cheias de pó e partidas e a higiene na casa de banho no primeiro piso não era a melhor. No 6 piso, o quarto era melhor e a higiene também, apesar de não recolherem os copos sujos diariamente. A gestora de clientes, Fernanda, e o pessoal do restaurante são todos incrivelmente simpáticos e profissionais. Uma das empregadas da receção cria algum nervosismo nos clientes quando não sabe resolver as situações e desconhece apps de reserva de hotéis, nomeadamente a Hotels.com

Eigentlich fast alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind etwas netter als die Zimmer. Aber es ist alles da, bis auf eine wirklich gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das fehlte uns sehr bei den heißen Temperaturen

Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out.

Staff is friendly and can help you with every need you may have. Breakfast is good, no fancy stuff but everything good and fresh! The only big minus is the internet service, which is useless! You won't be able to open any page or download any email. I have used my entire quota with mobile internet as the hotel's network is completely useless, as mentioned. Another minus is the lack of welcome package - would have appreciatted a bottle of water in the room, at check in! We've arrived at 23:00 hrs, checked in and had no water to drink. Bought a bottle of 0.5 l still water from the vending machine in the lobby with 2,40 eur! Drank it and went to get a second one, but guess what - there was no other remaining in the vending machine, so I felt asleep thinking of a glass of cold water to chill! It would have been so easy and cheap to fix such an issue by the hotel!

Hotel was overall okay. The beds were extremely hard and literally hurt to sleep on. The breakfast was nice, there was a lot of different options. Both pools were nice especially the inside pool which was warm. For the price, it was a decent stay.

LADIES BEWARE! Maintenance men will enter your locked room without prior notice. Hotel staff not at all helpful and did not seem to think it’s a big deal. Other than that, it was a typical hotel, very tiny room that hopefully you won’t be in much, decent pool, and good breakfast and dinner buffet.

The breakfast buffet was great. Our bartender on the lower level bar was excellent, very nice man. Kudos to Maria who happened to check us in and out of hotel. Only professional staff at check-in, she was very helpful, made you feel welcome, and smiled the whole time. Everyone else at the desk were either rude, miserable or didn’t want to be there and we can feel their energy. However, the bed in room was too hard, I had to sleep on the couch. We asked the front desk for another comforter and we never received it. The room was too hot, uncomfortable to sleep at night. However, Supermarket is walking distance and the beach isn’t too far of a walk either.

O hotel está muito bem equipado e tem pessoal super simpático. No entanto, o material de alguns quartos já está muito gasto e não são feitas as devidas reparações. As portas dos quartos estão cheias de pó e partidas e a higiene na casa de banho no primeiro piso não era a melhor. No 6 piso, o quarto era melhor e a higiene também, apesar de não recolherem os copos sujos diariamente. A gestora de clientes, Fernanda, e o pessoal do restaurante são todos incrivelmente simpáticos e profissionais. Uma das empregadas da receção cria algum nervosismo nos clientes quando não sabe resolver as situações e desconhece apps de reserva de hotéis, nomeadamente a Hotels.com

Just had a wonderful 3 night break at Taurus Park the staff were all amazing from our check in to our meals and to the cleaning. The food was absolutely fantastic so much variety and plentiful. We had one small issue with the hairdryer but that was resolved. Would definitely highly recommend and would happily stay again thank you everyone at Taurus Park

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Minuten entfernt vom Strand. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im 7. Stock mit einem tollen Rundumblick. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl. Für einen Kurztrip zum Party machen super geeignet, weil es sehr zentral liegt. Für einen gemütlichen Pärchenurlaub nicht gerade geeignet, weil es sehr groß und nicht unbedingt gemütlich ist.

The best thing about Grupotel Taurus Park is that it is close to city center Palma if you drive a car, they also offer free parking lot. The price vs services is fair, the hotel offers great breakfast options. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum Megapark ausgewählt gehabt. Dieser ist zu Fuß nur knapp 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber ausreichend wenn man sich nicht so lange darin aufhalten möchte. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, wenn auch qualitativ nicht auf dem höchsten Niveau. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wer allerdings großen Wert auf Nachtruhe legt ist hier falsch. Durch die vielen Partyurlauber ist es nicht wirklich leise. Da wir allerdings selber Partyurlaub gemacht haben war dies für uns nicht schlimm. Zusammengefasst für Partyurlauber sehr zu empfehlen.

Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage to the mall by the airport and they have free luggage storage!! Spent the afternoon shopping before continuing to bus to airport and fly out.

Bra och prisvärt hotell. Bra frukost och man hade även möjlighet till en enklare frukost från 04:00 om man ska med ett tidigt flyg. Saknade en vattenkokare på rummet. Kylskåpet är kopplat så att det bara är på när nyckelkortet sitter i. Detta gjorde att det aldrig blev riktigt kallt i skåpet. Så om man vill kall dryck så måste man lämna ett kort i hållaren. Men då försvinner syftet med denna. Men vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.

Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff.
Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff.
