Nice hotel in a quiet location. Good 4* hotel, not sure it is a 5* as per the listing. The arrival and check in wasn't great but when I pointed this out to the Guest Services they were very very good at recovering the situation. Other than that the stay was what you would expect from a good quality hotel chain. The restaurants were very good but beware, the pool isn't heated so a bit chilly in December

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. However what the “Hotel / Resort” has to offer was not what we expected. Food available was terrible, forget about trying to book a dinner reservation as it’s fully booked by the time you get there, but trust me you’re not missing anything great! The bar, prepares horrible drinks, they should invest in getting their entire bar staff trained to make ANY drink the guest requests. As we asks for drinks that were not part of their menu and they said NO we are unable to prepare them. We are very thankful we only did “half board”. The air conditioning in the rooms was deplorable as well. Rooms were hot to be able to sleep comfortably. I was glad to have brought portable fans as we had to use them at night in order to sleep ok. Pool area, was a turn off as well. They don’t have enough loungers for everyone. You have to be up super early to go and grab one otherwise you’re out of luck. No live music during the day to get a nice pool atmosphere, nothing. Overall this is more like a 2 start facility. I’ll be polite about the rating. I will not be a returning guest.

Très bon séjour. Quelques incidents au debut du séjour mais l’hôtel a été réactif et nous a surclassé en dédommagement. Variété au buffet et bonne qualité de la nourriture. Juste dommage que seule une petite partie de la piscine soit chauffée.

Fantástico resort para disfrutar tanto en familia como en pareja. Habitaciones muy cuidadas, limpia y una atención del personal de 10. Si vas con niños cuentas con múltiples actividades, como piscina con barco pirata y toboganes, mini golf, mini disco, etc. Se disfruta mucho más si vas en media pensión o, por supuesto, todo incluido. Tiene un parking muy amplio justo en la entrada. Muy muy recomendable.

The grounds were beautiful however needed a lot of repairs as it looked quite dated. Our rooms were 'cleaned' on a daily basis but there was always still dirt on the floor that hadn't been swept. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the kids pool was so cold that you didn't want to get into it. The buffet food was good and a large variety but the staff were rude and it is almost impossible to get anyone to take your drinks order! There was a larger pool which was heated however all the main pools are salt water so not great for the kids! Very family orientated which suited us however all the information is on the app which is hard to navigate so maybe entertainment could be featured more clearly around the hotel.

Och köer var det till det mesta hela vistelsen. Frukostbuffén var allt annat än 5-stjärnig - enkla billiga råvaror - slafsigt upplaggt och halvtomma skålar/fat. Gymmet var litet och omoderna/gamla maskiner. Väldigt slitet hotell. Vi blev besvikna.

Amazing family stay. Entertainment for kids and adults was on throughout the day and night. Staff were friendly. Food options included plenty of variety. Lots of different pools, only point would be to request that an additional pool is heated during winter months as the bigger ones weren’t used a much. Spa was lovely, games rooms kept the children busy. Room was as you’d expect, a little extra wardrobe space would be good. Quiet spot location wise, roughly 30 min walk (enjoyable along the coastal path) to the sandy beach and shops at a slowish pace. Would highly recommend as a Christmas / New Years break

El apunte que hago es informativo para el hotel. Las sábanas de la cama no se cambiaron en 5 días que yo haya detectado. Estiraban la sábana de arriba pero la bajera estaba arrugada, como la dejamos cada día así como las almohadas (foto). Dicho esto, el hotel, su personal y la comida es de 10! Si surge la ocasión volveremos. La atención a los clientes es estupenda, el entorno del hotel fantástico y la comida si consigues reserva muy buena. Mis felicitaciones!

The hotel was very beautiful. Worth to update to the superior room. We had the most amazing view. The only criticism is that during meals, lunch and dinner, the drinks take a bit too long to come. Sometimes you wait for the entirety of your meal. Everything else was perfect.

I am no a professinal reviewer of hotel, but they must have thought I was... That's the only reason i can think of why they pulled out *all* the stops to make me feel valued and welcome like they did. Wonderful room, wonderful service, really good food - especially the cheese spread, and extra especially the "semi cured flower cheese", which i guess is the canarian version of appfenzeller? Either way, great place, would definitively come back. Also technically not the hotel, but the dive centre on the grounds were excellent as well.

Zimmer sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Schöner pool, gepflegte Anlage. Sehr reichhaltiges Essensangebot, Frühstück sehr gut, große Auswahl auch beim Abendessen, geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich. Im großen Speisesaal ist es extrem laut - es gibt ein paar Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Die Anlage ist riesig, entsprechend viele Gäste. Allerdings dafür erstaunlich ruhig. Wer sowas mag ist dort gut aufgehoben, ich bevorzuge etwas kleinere Unterkünfte.

El hotel es espectacular para niños. Hay muchísimas actividades y la piscina tiene un tobogán en un barco pirata y está climatizada. Además hay opción de dejarlos para cenar en una fiesta de Disney mientras tú ves un espectáculo para adultos. Sin embargo, el personal de recepción no está bien capacitado. No nos explicaron bien en qué consistía la media pensión y tuvimos que estar más de una hora haciendo el check out. Además nadie nos ayudó con nuestras maletas y es muy largo el camino de la habitación a la salida.

Foyer is beautiful and it smells gorgeous. Reception Staff are so pleasant and helpful. Bar service can be very slow but waiters are very pleasant. Maybe need more staff behind the bar. Simone particularly was very kind and extremely helpful.

Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

El hotel es maravilloso, con unas instalaciones de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Estamos muy contentos y queremos dar las gracias a todo el personal del hotel en general, desde limpieza, bufet, restaurante, jardín, recepción, piano bar, etc. Solicitamos una habitación en las plantas mas altas posibles y nos dieron una superior a la que reservamos. Nos regalaron una botella de cava en la habitación, todo el minibar, un día en el spa y una cena en el restaurante el Volcán, increíble. Además teníamos media pensión porque queríamos visitar la isla y al segundo día nos ofrecieron todo incluido también gratis. La verdad que parecía que nos hubiera tocado la lotería. Tenemos que agradecer personalmente a María, no recuerdo su segundo nombre pero es italiana, de relaciones públicas por su atención y simpatía. A Yaiza de recepción por su atención y paciencia. A todo el personal del bufet tanto camareros como cocina por su interés en ayudar y proporcionar cualquier cosa que se le preguntara o pidiera y sobre todo a Héctor, el maitre, por dirigirlos, coordinarlos y ayudarles en todo momento y por su atención hacia nosotros. El hotel es H10 Rubicón y realmente es de 10, por todas las instalaciones pero sobre todo por su personal. Volveremos seguro. Gracias por todo

The hotel welcome was a lovely touch with complimentary access to some of the amenities which was nice. The sea front location and hotel grounds were amazing with enough pools and sun loungers which was good and avoided the rush of people running to reserve them like to see in other hotels, plenty activities to do around the hotel. All in all, had a really good holiday, the only point which need improving is on the food, although good a varied with plenty options, it was not always seasoned and got repetitive.

Parcontre les gens sont irrespectueux des le matin ils mettent leur serviette afin de monopoliser les transats toute le journée meme si ils y vont peu de temps. Et nous nous retrouvons sans pouvoir avoir un transat!!! L'hotel est bien situé. Notre chambre etait parfaite. Il y a de longue balades à faire en partant de l hôtel le long de la côte. We have stayed at a H10 hotel before and really liked so it was a no brainer. This hotel kept up the excellent experience and did not disappoint at all - it was a super nice, comfortable, chilled, always with good service/friendly staff. Depending on your point of view it's a little out of the way but there was local transport. We did not use as we hired a car.

The food options were not as expected. The staff were very quick to clear up and not a good experience. We had to inform reception to ensure the minibar was stocked, this should have been done and checked prior to stating the room is ready. The voucher we were given for the Bottle of Chava, we had to ask the Restaurant (El Valcano) twice to provide a bottle. Not a good experience. Service in the Piano bar was very poor. And not enough staff. Had to wait over 40mins to be served. As privilege customer the self service area provided was not a privilege, this area was not worth the extra cost we had paid. On the positive, the Sakura restuarant was very good.

We stayed for a week and upgraded to privilege (which i would recommend) the majority of staff were fantastic and very helpful. Food was very good with plenty of choice for an all inclusive. The problem we did have was booking specialty restaurants and the choice wasn't great. They book up very quickly. But both the steak and Italian were good. Sports bar was limited opening hours, which was disappointing when there was football on. On another positive the manager of the vulcan was superb and very friendly. Bruno in the piano bar was also excellent. Very attentive. I would definitely recommend but only with privilege

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. However what the “Hotel / Resort” has to offer was not what we expected. Food available was terrible, forget about trying to book a dinner reservation as it’s fully booked by the time you get there, but trust me you’re not missing anything great! The bar, prepares horrible drinks, they should invest in getting their entire bar staff trained to make ANY drink the guest requests. As we asks for drinks that were not part of their menu and they said NO we are unable to prepare them. We are very thankful we only did “half board”. The air conditioning in the rooms was deplorable as well. Rooms were hot to be able to sleep comfortably. I was glad to have brought portable fans as we had to use them at night in order to sleep ok. Pool area, was a turn off as well. They don’t have enough loungers for everyone. You have to be up super early to go and grab one otherwise you’re out of luck. No live music during the day to get a nice pool atmosphere, nothing. Overall this is more like a 2 start facility. I’ll be polite about the rating. I will not be a returning guest.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Lovely hotel with a variety of activities taking place during both the day and evening. Food of a reasonable standard, it was definitely worth paying extra to go privilege for access to the additional restaurants and bar

The grounds were beautiful however needed a lot of repairs as it looked quite dated. Our rooms were 'cleaned' on a daily basis but there was always still dirt on the floor that hadn't been swept. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the kids pool was so cold that you didn't want to get into it. The buffet food was good and a large variety but the staff were rude and it is almost impossible to get anyone to take your drinks order! There was a larger pool which was heated however all the main pools are salt water so not great for the kids! Very family orientated which suited us however all the information is on the app which is hard to navigate so maybe entertainment could be featured more clearly around the hotel.

Zimmer sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Schöner pool, gepflegte Anlage. Sehr reichhaltiges Essensangebot, Frühstück sehr gut, große Auswahl auch beim Abendessen, geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich. Im großen Speisesaal ist es extrem laut - es gibt ein paar Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Die Anlage ist riesig, entsprechend viele Gäste. Allerdings dafür erstaunlich ruhig. Wer sowas mag ist dort gut aufgehoben, ich bevorzuge etwas kleinere Unterkünfte.
